截止到节目剪辑期间得知的结果，尽管主流搜索引擎对于此词汇搜到的结果基本都是我们的内容，但目前 B 站仍然认为这已经算“某种通用表达”了，“用户无法对此主张独占使用的权利”，并且认为这是“简短的文字排列组合”，不具备独创性。我们表示难以吐槽、非常愤怒、无可奈何。
多次被抄袭之后，感觉这节目都快到了“每期聊版权被侵，每期都有新发现”的地步…… 如果觉得这类事嚼舌根子，对唔嗨住。
KT 在得知没有办法搞定这件事之后的态度是：“随便吧，哪天把我榨干了，这圈子会变好的。”毕竟这就是没有多少流量、没有多少盈利、没有多少情绪价值、极其耗时耗神耗听力的写稿日常。
