consistently getting therapy every week and there's some
weeks I might miss, but but I'vebeen the last year pretty
consistent and I needed it. I love it.
I'm doing a lot of healing, growing.
Yeah. Transformations going on.
So I'm, I'm really in a good place.
I'm feeling upbeat and, you know, bringing the joy back into

missing a little. I love it.

You know, I am definitely very, very peaceful place right now.

(03:08):
Yeah, I love it. I'm, I'm, you know, it's, it's
amazing that you know, I'm working less but working more,
if that makes sense. No, no, no, just kidding.
So, yeah, so I'm being intentional about that.
Yeah, I'm saying so. And I'm not worrying about
anything when it comes to like finance and like that.
(03:29):
Let the man upstairs take care of that.
But if this is your first time, you know, we do have some first
timers, you know, head to over head over to our website is W
Oh, I'm not going to say WW no more.
It's R&B Dash live.com. And if you want to hit all our
DSPS, that's R&B live podcast onall social media platforms and
(03:51):
make. Sure y'all check us out.
Yeah, yeah. We're really active and you
know, Season 5 is in full. In effect, you know we're
missing a couple of our kings. Yes.
We got, we got Mr. Elian. He's, he's out sick.
You know the brother's never sick.
Never. Never sick, so you know, so you
know, we we want to you know, make want to make sure you
(04:12):
you're getting back healthy brother and a very you know, we
miss you too. A very you know, you know, we're
going to, you know, make sure hegets back as soon as possible as
well, you know, so we. Miss our kings, we love you.
Yeah, we miss our kings, you know so.
But let's let's do a toast. Well, wait, wait.
We have a really good topic today.
(04:33):
Yes. What's our topic?
Our topic is the Unrated kings and Queens of R&B.
We are getting into it all the unrated artists that don't get
their flowers. We want to give you your flowers
and let you know. We appreciate it.
We see you, we know what you're doing in the culture.
(04:55):
So, so I'm excited to. Touch to dive into that yeah,
yeah, yeah 'cause there's a lot of artists that don't get their,
their, their, their coins and their flowers.
Yeah, you know, and we and I gota kind of quite a few of my on
my in my head right now about some of the 90s.
Yeah, R. And B singers, male and female,
have not, you know, got their just dues.
(05:15):
So we'll we'll definitely dive into tabbing before we do that,
we want to do our celebratory toast as we always do.
And obviously I'm not going to tell you what's in this big old
glass, and neither the lady is going to tell you what's in
their glass. All.
Right. But I want to, I want to
definitely continue on with thattheme of mental health and also
(05:37):
mental finance. Let's do that, OK?
You know, mental finance. Mental Finance.
Yeah, so, so you want to speak into existence or or already
know? Oh yeah, I'm already rich girl.
Yeah, yeah. So speak that, know that, be
that. I love it.
Think, think. Yeah.
(05:58):
I can sing through the the the shades the shades are given.
Yummy. And to show who we got on the
1st on the first Oh, Oh yeah. Wait, wait, wait, wait.
Let me let, let, let Dems do it because.
Well, since we're, yeah, yeah. This is this is this is Dems
(06:20):
favorite artist. I like, I don't have a favorite,
but I do like her a lot. I was listening to YouTube Music
and I want to say the song Ghostcame on.
I was like who is this? Her name is the artist and she
just dropped a dope album and this song is called Gravity.
You heard it first right here. R&B Live Podcast, Kiefer.
(06:44):
Tisha. Dimples Music.
And what? We are the culture.
(07:11):
Your light is like a song. I'm trying to build a planet.
Just want to be inside your space, girl.
Is that something we can manage?I'll take a trip to Mars to get
closer to your heart. Open around the stars.
(07:35):
However many scissors it take toget to know your heart.
So it's just one small step for me, one last step for I love.
If you're going to be hung caught up in your gravity,
gravity the way you're pulling me in you gravity, I can't get
(08:06):
away from your gravity. May not know it's on the other
(08:41):
side, but I want you you so it'sworth giving it a try.
Try. It's just one small step for me,
one last step for I love if you come to be hung caught up in
(09:03):
your gravity gravity where you pulling me in a you gravity.
I can't get away from your gravity.
Where you pulling me in a you gravity?
(09:41):
I'm going to tell you right now,the artist is definitely on the
pulse right now as well. Definitely.
For sure, yeah. She, she, you know, I haven't
got a chance to listen to the album yet.
Than you say I haven't either but I've heard.
Demps, you said the album is is.Like it's real smooth.
It's really her voice is very, very, her voice is soft but like
(10:01):
still strong enough to like get the point across.
I love how it's just, she just seemed real mellow and real
chill. Like I could hang out with her
and just chill. Yeah, yeah.
You know. Yeah, I love it.
I love it, Yeah. I feel like it.
But yeah, I like her sound. It's super smooth, super R&B
super. Yeah, Super R and.
B and then she looks different. I like that she has like, yeah,
you know, she's she's cute. Yep.
(10:23):
I like it. Yep.
I like that song. She's.
Being her true self, I love that.
She's pulling me in. She was pulling me in with the
video. You know, sure.
That video fire. The video fire.
Yeah, yeah. Check it out you.
Got well, let's, let's talk about the unrated, you know,
kings and Queens of R&B, you know, spotlight, they're
artistry had artists that did not get their flowers.
And I'm, I'm, we got this list, but I, I, I want to go back to
(10:48):
the 90s, OK. You know, there's one particular
artist I think that really male that really did not get his true
justice of, of like I, I think he should have won Grammys.
I think he should have won more. They I don't even know if you
want any Soul Train or BET awards, and that's Donnell
Jones. Oh yeah.
Oh, definitely. You know so.
(11:10):
Also a dope songwriter. Oh, shoot.
Which? We had to touch base on on this.
Song. Yeah, yeah, A.
Couple episodes we talked about songwriters.
I mean, I mean what I mean his all his albums.
I mean, he had three albums, right?
4/4 albums, something like that. They're all fire.
I still listen to where I want to be.
Like it came out yesterday, Yeah.
(11:31):
I was listening to that song theother day.
Avery, get back. When that when that song, when
that song came out, I played that and dropped by my windows
and I pull up to a girl, I said.Which one?
What song? The the where, where where you
at? Where you at?
No, no, what's the song that that I see you driving in my in
my drop top? Pull up to the Yeah, yeah, I
(11:55):
know she found me watching my myway.
I know she won't look, but that's the one.
That's the one. That's the one.
Under pressure, don't know what to do.
Yes. That was a storytelling fool, I
think, yes. Yes, and I got a quite a few
numbers from that. I think I did too, actually.
And my grandma's Saturn. Girl, you could.
(12:17):
You could, yeah, you could probably drive in.
Drive a Pinto and you'll get numbers.
Have y'all seen new pintos? No, they found it out.
I was just bullshit. No bad ass.
They got a new Pinto out. I promise you.
It's the Mac. Yeah.
OK, But yeah, Donnell Joe's kindof really dead.
He stuck out for me. Yeah, for sure.
(12:37):
He was a great storyteller. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Who else? Who else you think?
You know what I went to a concert in last month?
Duran Bernard. Oh yes.
Oh, Duran Bernard. Yeah, he is really good.
Nominal show, funny as hell. Funny as hell.
One man show. I think he had like a drummer in
(12:59):
which as him I had the best time.
I didn't even know all his songswith Doran Bernard, look out for
him. He seems underrated now, but I
give him by next year he going to be the person everybody
trying to book. Wait.
A wait, that's the brother that could sing like his his.
He sings every every key, every key.
The man is bananas. He's hilarious too, but he's
(13:22):
definitely a dope songwriter. He has a great Tiny Desk
performance where he dressed up like someone from I can't think
of the character's name right now, but from Proud Family he
dressed up as I forgot it's a it's a character on Proud Family
that he dressed up like during his tiny dance I.
Think I see I. Know Oh yeah yeah yeah I did see
that he's. Really, really good.
(13:43):
Like I think right now my favorite song by him is probably
yeah, he got so many overqualified.
Overqualified. Yeah, he dope when I say dope
like. I mean and and.
And praise Ball. What's that?
What's that? The he?
The way he sings is effortlessly.
(14:03):
Yeah, You know, he'd be playing around.
He was playing around. Yeah.
Yeah, he was joking. Like, yeah.
And I was like. He was joking a lot like.
You just listen to this, brothers.
And he's like, he's in all theseoptics.
Yeah, at the same time and now, you know, breathing the the
breathing technique is yeah, So yeah.
Yeah, he dope. I agree.
(14:24):
I agree with you. By next year, he's gonna be
yeah, he's gonna be on that SoulTrain.
He. Definitely is.
I'm surprised, I'm surprised he wasn't on the Soul Train.
Not Soul Train BET awards because he's like one of the up
and coming. Yeah, he needed to.
That's their loss though. Yeah, backs, period.
Who you? Who you got miss?
Miss Tasha like underrated. Yeah, there's so many snow
(14:47):
Allegra. She's definitely underrated.
Definitely need to get her flowers.
I mean, she's saying she's right.
She's she's a great vocalist. I have not seen her live but
would love to see her live. Have you guys seen her live?
No, I haven't seen her. No, no.
I. Haven't seen her live, no.
So she, she definitely. Needs that.
(15:08):
And she's from Switzerland right?
Or is she from the UK? Yeah, I'm not.
Sure. I think it's like Switzerland or
Sweden. Sweden, yeah, yeah.
From Sweden, yeah, so. You know, a lot of these
international artists are reallystarting to, like, come through
the cracks. And and and put R&B like, like,
you know, back on the map to, toa certain extent, you know,
because they are this, they're they're, they're bringing back
(15:30):
the essence, you know? Yeah, they're all the, all the,
you know, the way they're, the way they structured their, their
music is, is, is almost like howit was in the 90s, how you know,
and the storytelling. You know, so they're for sure.
What was that? What was that other artist we
was talking about today? That's for the E, the brother
with the beard. Oh.
(15:52):
God, he's he's he's actually a. Arabic.
He's the Arabic. He's the Arabic Arab.
My God, I cannot. G Willikers.
G Willikers. Think I remember his name.
And we must be the culture. I know we are though.
We are though, don't get it twisted.
OK y'all? Y'all don't know everything
either. Shit.
(16:12):
Yeah, no one knows everything, no matter exactly, no matter
what. But Sid is a good one too.
Oh, yes, Sid. Yeah, she's she's.
Definitely dope where she want to be though.
I feel like she don't necessarily want to be like.
Yeah, yeah, I think she's in my pocket.
Yeah, exactly where she wants tobe.
But I still feel that we as a culture, should give her her
(16:35):
flowers. A show.
I mean, I mean, when she with the with the the Internet, the
group they were, they were kind of like mainstream, right?
You know they so. I feel like if you know, you
know. Yeah, OK, OK.
Yeah, they didn't quite, you know.
They know. They known enough.
Yeah, they. They definitely know.
That's funny because I, when I first heard, when I first I've
heard of the Internet, I went tosee Janae Aiko in concert and
(16:59):
they open up for her and I was, excuse me, I was up.
I was like, and this is at Cosmopolitan.
I forgot the name of that. The Pearl, I guess, was the the.
No, that would be the Chelsea. The Chelsea, yeah, Chelsea
Theater. Yeah, so, and this is back in
like 20. 16 But see, back in that time, the Chelsea used to
(17:19):
only book artists that had a great following, but they
weren't really considered big because they wanted people to.
They wanted the people who bought the tickets to actually
be fans of the artists. Yeah, yeah, because I was
tripping. I when I I said the Internet
what and everybody. I was like, yeah, where the hell
are? Me where?
The hell are me in? And when Sid out there was
(17:40):
singing, I say, Oh my God, Becky, she is killing.
Me, My God. Becky, she was killing it.
So yeah, that's my that was my first introduction and I met
you, you know. So yeah, I thought, shit, the
way they was crowd, the crowd was going, I thought she was,
the group was famous to me, so. Yeah, yes.
There's one person I keep seeingon my timeline.
Her name is Sasha Keevil. She's from the Uki think that's
how you say her name. Sasha.
(18:01):
She's a British song or a British soul, R&B
singer-songwriter. OK, check her out.
Yeah. Sasha Keeble and Jack.
I want to say Jack. What is his name?
He keep popping up too. When I listen to K1.
He pops up a lot. His name is Jack.
It's spelled JVCK. J.
O Oh yes I have. Seen Jack James?
(18:23):
Yeah, Jack. Yeah, he is good.
Also from the UK. See another another year.
Yeah, they are coming out the scene, coming out the woodworks.
But then we do, we do have Kenyon Dixon.
We do have October London, yes. Yeah, we do.
Have we got you know? We got ours.
We got ours and stuff, but yeah,I mean, the music is musicing
right now. I loved I'm Sorry Destin Conrad
is growing on me for sure. Destin Conrad I like.
(18:46):
Him as well, funny enough, him. All the artists that I like are
on tour. K1 is on tour, the artist is on
tour. Destin Conrad is on tour.
Ran Bernard's on tour. Yep.
So I mean so we need. To check one of them.
Out Well, we, we're already scheduled.
We, we, we're, you know, the team and I, we're, we're
thinking about doing the Brandy and Monica tour.
(19:06):
Yeah, we definitely would like to check.
That we're going to try to see. If we not try, we go and see.
Brandy. And Monica, you know we're going
to make that happen. The tickets go on sale I think
next month, so I'll be texting Y'all see?
We all want to see it. Yeah.
And I'm gonna see, I'm gonna seeif we could get some some media
(19:27):
passes too, so we maybe go back behind scenes.
Yeah, you know what I'm saying. You.
Know then you know and touch Brandy well.
And I would like to say hi, Brandy.
You pause. Let's just put a pause right
there. Let's get into the next music
break, you guys. Yes, who we got oh, speaking,
Speaking of. Another great flowers flowers.
(19:51):
He go and go and go and make theintroduction.
This this artist definitely deserve his flowers.
We love him. He's amazing.
His vocals. This is Joe the love scene I.
Love it Joe, when you just go byyour first name.
Hello. Yes, this is the Army Live
podcast. He definitely.
Don't get his flower. Girls to Shah.
Kiefer. Dimples.
(20:12):
Yeah, we are the culture. So what do you think?
(20:51):
She looks. Perfect.
Baby lying on the bed, exotic fantasies going through her
head. I jump into my SL6.
I gotta make my way to the crib.I see my baby as I step inside.
(21:13):
She's staring at me with those bedroom I take money's sipping
on some Chardonnay. The sex is even better when
she's feeling that way. I don't give a damn about here's
the sun. Who will be in the given till
the sun comes out, yet ever willget lost inside the road.
(21:47):
Let's speak. I've seen Steamy in Blue give
right memories for an audience of two and we'll make a love
scene, Let the foreplay begin and replay each moment again and
(22:11):
again and again. Let you lose it.
Just ready for us. We step into the water and you
tremble at my gut jinx. I see you get steaming girl.
It just the bubbles that's been hitting us.
Take it on, take it on. Take it on till you get none.
(22:32):
Oh only way that you like it's OK coming.
Yeah, don't give a damn up, but who gives us give a sign out
until the sun comes? Oh, we'll get lost and Oh yeah,
(23:01):
this week make a love feed and my beast for an audience served.
I'm going to keep loving. I'm going to keep loving you,
(23:34):
baby. Love, baby, let's Make Love
sing. Let's Make Love sing me.
(23:56):
See, I got what you want. You've got what I need for.
And I is up to. And we'll Make Love sing, We'll
Make Love sing. Oh, baby, we play.
Yeah. From your cup No, no, no, no,
(24:22):

Oh, girl, take the ship. From your cup.
From your cup drink from a fountain of love.
Oh, 61 was a very Goodyear. Do you remember, girl, What made
my dear? Oh, but 69 was a very Goodyear.
(24:45):
I can remember. So I like to, you know, I'm, I'm
going to be doing some disclosure, but you know, I, you
know, I, I played, I played thatsong quite a few times and
(25:08):
requested, you know, that we make some.
Yeah, OK, we will continue. Man keeper.
Welcome back to the R&B Live podcast.
The ladies are here in the building and we know we miss our
brothers, you know, Avir and thepastor, the really on pastor,
you know what I'm saying? So get well, get back, get soon,
(25:28):
you know, but we're going to continue on with this topic of,
you know, people, then, you know, some of the kings and
Queens of R&B are, you know, getting their proper due.
No, not at. All you know what I'm saying and
who else we got on the list thatyou know, I we felt and and for
those that you know, if you if we missed any money that you
think that we need to be on thatlist, put it in the comments,
(25:50):
drop a comment, e-mail us, say hey, y'all forgot about this
person, 'cause you know, 'cause Densby's schooling me on some
new artists to shall be like, you know, 'cause she hanging out
with the young young people's. Young folks, you know what Tedra
Moses. Her name keeps popping up too.
Oh yeah, she's. She's.
Definitely underrated. She's been around for a while
(26:10):
though. She has.
She's she. Had you know, and I think I
learned from her from what's hisname?
What's the guy's name? Bernard No.
No, no, no. The one that produced.
They work together as well. Yeah, but this is old.
We just talked about man I shouldn't even bring it up.
I forgot his name it just it. Just you have Google.
(26:32):
I mean, there's always a Google.Yeah, but I mean, I don't want
to be like. Well, you need to know, hey, why
not? I forgot her name.
Oh. Shit.
You guys heard of of Sebastian Michael?
No, but he's. He's really Yeah and definitely
need his flowers. Yes, Bash.
Oh, what about Elena? What about what's her name?
(26:53):
The one is that that had a song with Chris Brown.
Which he didn't got a He got a song with everybody.
Yeah, yeah. 77 Streeter. Oh yeah, 7 she's definitely.
She dope dope writer too. She's.
Definitely she should have been on a songwriters.
As yeah, she's. Really.
Too many. Too many.
It's so many. Yeah, well, I mean, but it it
(27:14):
the one. That's why we I.
Just want to say it's so much music.
Like, when you get here, it's like I'll be trying to figure
out like, damn, who should I say?
What should I say? And try not to say the same
people over and over and over and over and over.
Yeah. Like, it's so much music to
consume like. Do you think?
Do you think you. Think that R&B is in a good
place? Yeah, I do.
I think so. Yeah, I think so.
(27:35):
I think R&B is actually startingto really come come around, you
know? Yeah, I mean, I don't.
I feel like it's always been there.
I just feel like people didn't feel like digging for it.
Yeah, and I mean, it's and it's more accessible now, but I
think, I think, and I hate this because they always judge genres
on where they are in the charts.Remember back in the 90s, R&B
(27:56):
kind of like had the R the charts locked down.
So yeah, for for for 10 years almost.
And then 2000 it was hip hop that kind of like the southern
rap then. So the hip hop has been kind of
like in the charts mainly. But now we got we got coming
back, we got we got more independent artists that are
(28:17):
hidden in those. Tribes.
So, you know, like my guy Jay Brown, yes, he's he's he's, he's
in the the top 100 the field boards, you know what I'm
saying? On 2 songs.
So and he's independent. So you know, so I big shout out
to Jay. Brown I love the independent
king. Yeah, yeah.
OK, say it again. I say queen, but you say king.
(28:38):
But but what about Xavier? Was that Xavier Mar?
Yes, I think yeah, yeah, He's from Houston, I believe.
Is he from Houston? I believe he is from Houston.
He's very dope, very unrated. I love him, very unrated, love
his music. If you guys have not listened to
any of his music, you guys need to go and check him out.
James Fontleroy. You just pull that out your
(29:02):
spine. I.
Was going to say something that's going to get bleeped out,
but no, I'm not. No, my daddy probably watching.
He want to be on the show too. He told me to tell you that.
Really. Yeah.
He love he's a 70s funk. You know, all the every time
somebody make a song he'll like,he send me the actual.
You know, this was that song that you listen to today that
(29:22):
was in 19. I mean like damn I thought he
was original. Gim gim, give the schedule.
I thought he was original. Give the schedule, we'll get,
we'll get, we'll get pops on the, on the, on the.
Pop. Yeah, we'll put him right in the
seat over there. Yeah, he you know it.
So we, we yeah, we'll, we'll do some.
See how much? See how much he do know?
Yes. He been asking for a minute.
(29:42):
No, that's tight. That's tight.
But yeah. And then Brett Fryer or Fiery.
How do you say it? How do you say it?
Nope. Not help me.
How do you? Say it so let me drink.
Let me drink some. What is?
This. It's Brett Fryer, No.
Brett, it's Brent. Brent.
Oh, I said the first name wrong too.
(30:03):
Damn. He didn't take ever.
Brent yeah, no, he's, he's definitely dope.
I think he needs his flowers as well.
I would agree he needs to be on that list and he's from the DMV
so he's definitely representing.Okay, yeah, yeah, you represent
the DMV people. Got to got.
(30:24):

The whole genre, Yeah, Dimples. Music is underrated too.
Well, you know what I'm saying. Hey, that's your opinion now
running with it. I have a mic in front of my
face. I could say, say what you want.
(30:45):
Yeah, I could say what you want. And that's why they hate people.
That's why they be like, take all the microphones from the
podcast, stop selling microphones, shut it.
Down. No, we got this thing.
This thing is hot. It's on just like.
Listen, whoever does R&B, I'm, Iwant y'all to win because for a
long time R&B was getting shitted on like, oh, it doesn't
progress, it doesn't change. It's just it's the same old

So, baby, take a ride with me. I fulfill all your fantasies.
And when the rain starts fallingdown, all the love that's lost
(33:32):
will be found. I'll make your mind lose control
over your body. That's my goal.
So, baby, just come down here. Just let the gravity all you
need like you need your mind. Baby, I can't know what you're
thinking. I know what you think.
(33:54):
And it's all right. Can you feel me?

grinding slowly. I can read your mind.

do you pronounce that? The Alchemist.
It's Alchemist Song is called next to You, The Alchemist.
(45:24):
You heard it first right here onthe R&B Live podcast Mankeeper.
Your girl to shot. Damn post music.
We are. The culture.
(46:06):
Music. I.
(47:05):
You're the only one that gives me life.
We go back like no worries to beand we use it.
You know what it? Is it's a brave banner?
(48:11):
None. None.
(49:19):
I told you. I told you.
None. Sometimes.
(49:48):
No. Contracts require you to just
put something out real quick. You don't.
Get sued, but let let we, we, I I love this this one of this one
of the segments that we do here is to Shaw's mental note and
segment. And we actually got a viewer, a
listener that actually emailed us with a question.
I love that so. Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead and
(50:09):
read the question and see what you can do.
All right, so this is from Tanyaand she's asking how can I
better identify and understand my mental health triggers.
Hmm. That's a.
Yeah, so so she can better understand it more effectively.
Wow. Yeah, that's a good question
(50:30):
because we we all can have a different mental triggers that
can trigger us from PTSD to, youknow, just how childhood trauma,
so many things that we all go through.
So I would, you know, definitelylet Tanya know that to identify
him first, we may have emotions that come up that we may shut
(50:51):
down. You know, some of us may shut
down, don't want to talk. So that's definitely a trigger
that you want to pay attention to.
Also another, it may look like me yelling or getting angry, you
know, with someone that can be another trigger, you know, just
so you can identify and all of these things.
A lot of people look at them as a negative thing.
(51:13):
But even for myself, I used to look at it like I got negative
emotions, right. But all of our emotions are so
important for us. They're actually like indicators
and guidance for us. So when we're feeling angry,
when we're feeling upset and feeling frustrated, every
emotion, even the positive ones, you know, is to identify that
(51:36):
something's going on, you know, with ourselves.
So I would tell Tanya, if you'rehaving any triggers to one,
identify, am I feeling mad? Am I feeling angry?
Why start to question yourself when these triggers are coming
up, you know, and asking yourself like, why am I really
(51:56):
angry? Why am I really upset?
Is it because of the situation that happened?
Sometimes we want to blame the person, but it's the situation.
So we want to start like just being mindful.
That's just one just to start just being more mindful and
aware, right? We want to be conscious when we
are, you know, facing our triggers and embrace them.
(52:17):
Like this is going to tell me something.
This is going to tell me something I need to identify.
So I'm not feeling this way anymore, you know, So sometimes
you also may need to speak to someone just to have someone
being a listening air for, for yourself.
You know, you don't always have to go to deep therapy, but I do
(52:40):
want to encourage people to get therapy.
I'm getting I'm a therapist. I'm I'm a life coach and I get
therapy, right. So we all need it.
So hopefully that helps you, Tanya and anyone else that's
listening out. There.
You know so. And it's and it's OK.
It's also OK to, you know, release it.
Yes, absolutely. We're human this, don't stay in
(53:03):
it. Don't stay in it, feel it.
And that's something I had to learn to do.
It's like to feel my 'cause I don't like to feel nothing
negative. So I'm like, let's, how can I
get to the positive state like ASAP, right?
You know? But it is important for us to
feel so we can identify, you know, what we're truly feeling
and you know, so we can move forward in a healthy, healthy
(53:26):
way. I love it.
Thank you, girl. Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you for that, that we
really appreciate that. Keep bringing the questions on.
We want to hear from you guys and I'm here and the whole team.
We're here to, you know, help the culture in any way that we
can. So I love it.
Yeah, emails, emails at info@r&b-live.com and just and

black, white, Asian, Hawaiian, all the things.
