It may be poisoning me.
It's doing something from theinside.
I know it needs to happen.

reach for somebody who willcause you even more pain.
Now, not only am I still tryingto heal from the old wound, but

(02:27):
you came and gave me a newwound, so now I'm trying to heal
from the old and the new at thesame time.
Sometimes, even after yoursurgery, you have the scars to
prove that you've had surgery, but after it's healed you'll be
able to touch it withoutexperiencing the pain of it.
It doesn't cause you pain tohear his name anymore.

(02:50):
I don't have that knot in mystomach when I have a memory of
the incest.
I'm on the other side of it.
The last steps of recovery it'sgetting easier.
I'm moving without feeling pain.
I can exercise again.
I'm returning to myself.
I can return to work.

(03:11):
I'm making a full and completerecovery At the end of it.
If I watch what I try to use,if I watch and make sure I don't
use a bad bandage, if I watchand make sure I don't give
somebody access to it and reopenit.
If I watch and I'm careful andI begin to move slow, but I'm

(03:31):
moving I begin to heal again, Ibegin to laugh again without
having to splint it because ithurts.
