On this episode of the Robotics Process Automation Podcast, Matt talk about setting achievable short-term goals in your digital transformation as it relates to RPA.

Matt discusses the following questions:

  1. As part of our short-term goals, should we focus on where we need RPA the most, or the areas that give us the quickest returns first?
  2. Does the deployment of digital workers require changes to our computing applications?
  3. Lets say I am one of many decision makers at my company. I’m all in on RPA. Others not so much. What can I do to get more buy-in from my counterparts?
  4. Lets pretend that we have plenty of talent and plenty of time. How much can we do on our own implementing and maintaining RPA?
  5. There’s apparently an abundance of information out there on RPA, why haven’t I heard much about it?
