Rock Photography Museum

The Rock Photography Museum, or RPM, is an initiative launched in 2019 with a presentation at the South by Southwest conference in Austin, Texas. The co-founders are Drew Evans, Steve Walker of Modern Rocks Gallery and Hugh Brown, former creative director of Rhino Records. RPM is currently just an idea, but the plan is to create the world's first museum devoted specifically to music photography. It will feature rotating exhibits, a research archive, licensing services, and a fine art gallery. You can find out more at rpmarchives.com. The plan for the RPM podcast is to pair up photographers with their subjects. Less interview and more conversation. Almost as though they have run into each other in an airport bar while waiting for a flight. And you're a fly on the wall for the chat that follows.

If you had back pain, and had tried everything else, Dr. Duntsch could give you the spine surgery that would take your pain away. But soon his patients started to experience complications, and the system failed to protect them. Which begs the question: who - or what - is that system meant to protect? From Wondery, the network behind the hit podcast Dirty John, DR. DEATH is a story about a charming surgeon, 33 patients and a spineless system. Reported and hosted by Laura Beil.
