Guest Bio |
Michelle Lang, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Operation Honor: Rural Salute™, has a profound connection to the challenges faced by rural veterans transitioning back to civilian life. Born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania, Michelle witnessed firsthand the obstacles that her husband, Chris, a former Army serviceman, encountered upon returning to civilian life.
Inspired by their personal struggles and the realization of the scarcity of accessible resources for veterans in rural areas, Michelle and Chris founded Operation Honor: Rural Salute™. The nonprofit is dedicated to guiding veterans to essential resources, fostering community support, and ensuring that rural veterans are empowered to lead fulfilling lives. Michelle’s leadership is driven by her deep commitment to service and her passion for making a lasting impact in the lives of those who have served our country.
