Welcome back to rogue ways were today. I was guided
to bring you a meditation. If you'd like to join,
if you'd like to meditate, if you'd like to reach
into your heart and feel some peace and share that
with the world. I think it's a good time to
do it. And so I was guided to bring this

(01:00):
meditation forward and share it for everybody. And so you know,
obviously right now, I actually don't know what will be
happening by the time you hear this, because I'm pre
recording it to release it for you as I will
be doing my one Day of Brightness, which is actually
the Blazing Brightness Retreat. This summer solstice in which many

(01:20):
people are coming to gather in Prestone, Colorado. Usually we
do this virtually, and this year we all get to
meet in person, and so we're having this beautiful retreat,
and so I will be at this retreat while you
are receiving and joining in this meditation. What's really cool
about that is, especially if you weren't able to join
us for the retreat, you just have this little piece
of connecting to that field, because again, as you are

(01:42):
listening to this and perhaps going to join into this meditation,
you are also then connecting with the summer solstice highest
of energy is just super really pure consciousness gets to
come into Earth during this time, really lift us up,
really give us a boost for our life force energy.
And if we use it in this way we're conscious

(02:03):
of it, then it really allows us to have an
even more powerful effect on ourselves and on our world.
And so that, but also the field that we're all
creating there at this retreat, there's some high level things
going on. So again, if any of you have ever
worked with me, you understand the nature of these things
is outside of time and space, that it doesn't matter

(02:25):
where you are or even actually when you are hearing this,
it could be months later and you could still be
connecting with that field and that energy, because that's just
how it goes. Spirit knows no bounds, and so you
get to connect with that energy, the Solstice energy. And
all of these people who are doing this retreat, I'll
just say, I don't think they'll mind me saying they're
really accomplished people too, Like they're very spiritually aware, awakened

(02:48):
people with big hearts and big spiritual channels and so
really a lot of energy. The place we're in, the
time we're in, and who we're sort of with in
our highest intentions make this such a powerful thing, and
so you get to connect with that right now too.
But what's even more beautiful is that everybody who connects
with this meditation also amplifies all of that again, no

(03:13):
matter where or when, because that's just how it works. Right.
We're doing the positive version of what I call synchronous recasting,
which is to use an energy and amplify it, to
meet it sympathetically in the same wavelength so that it
amplifies it. That's what we're doing essentially, and so you
don't have to believe in certain things, or have practiced

(03:34):
a bunch of times, or have meditated a lot, or
did anything to join us. You can just do this
as you are, as you wish, as you can, as
you may. It's just there's no must, there's no requirement.
It's really just about you. And so I do always
invite everyone to get comfortable. You know, a lot of
people want to sit in a chair with their feet
flat on the ground. That's great. If you are sitting

(03:54):
in a chair, I just wouldn't like cross your legs
or your ankles. I would keep your feet flat. Some
people want to sit criss cross sauce Indian style. Do
that if you like it. Some people want to lay back,
that's great too. The various types of meditation and practices
all have different ideas about the way you should do it.
In my experience, in my teaching, you do it however

(04:14):
it's best for you, how whatever feels best for you.
It is really a personal experience you're creating, and the
more you can get into your experience of it and
your space of it in your way, the better, the
better for you, better for everyone else. So we're going
to do this piece meditation. The intention overall is just
that we bring peace to our own hearts, and then

(04:39):
we imagine at least that that can be shared with
everybody on earth. And it can be. And you may
or may not understand that or believe that or agree
with that. That's cool too, That the very least, when
we're bringing peace to our own heart, we are increasing
peace on earth. You know, I also know just for

(05:00):
my own experience, no one else has to agree with
it or not for me to know that what we
hold in our hearts does affect everyone else on earth.
What we do and what we say and what we
think and what we are affects everyone else on earth.
And so I already know we're affecting everyone else on Earth.
And that's part of why I get guided to do
these things, because all of us then get to experience

(05:23):
a higher experience in ourselves, a higher consciousness than ourself selves.
And also we get to experience our effect on the world,
and we get to also be in service to people.
And that's one of the most beautiful things we can be,
is in service to others. That never means putting ourselves
down or not giving ourselves enough, or sacrificing everything we have.
I mean it could for you mean those things, but

(05:45):
that's not what I mean. I just mean that we
have the intention and we act in that intention of
making the world a better place or helping others in
some way. So this is a type of service meditation
or service spiritual act. But it also increases your again,
your peace and your heart, your field and the clarity

(06:08):
of your field. And it also has all of those
effects that we know that meditation has, which is suthing
for the mind, it's good for your heart, for your
blood pressure, for all of these different aspects that have
been studied for so long, over and over again, and
so we know that there's those benefits too. So those
are all the reasons why we're going to do a
peace meditation here today. And again, you know, whatever you

(06:32):
believe in is cool. I might say God, I might
say sores, I might say some of these things. It
doesn't matter how you call these things or what you
think of them, it's not what's important. What's important is
that you have that same intention of giving peace to
yourself and sharing it therefore with the earth and with
all of humunity. So with the height of the summer

(06:53):
solstice and with this amazing retreat, and all of the
energy there we're going to join together and also add
to this intention again, right now on Earth, there is
a lot going on that is very directed towards war,

(07:13):
and you know, war comes and goes. War is often
created by humans for various reasons. And we also know
that this specific war that may be even hotter by
the time that you are hearing this, or maybe it's
totally down by the time you're hearing this, But we
know that it may be orchestrated for various reasons. And

(07:33):
none of that is really important to us in this meditation.
So whatever is or is not going on, whatever we're
meant to think is or is not going on, not important.
It's important as this piece we hold in ourselves an
offer to the world. And it is also not important
that we imagine that we could measure the effect we have.

(07:55):
Sometimes I do things like this and people say like, oh,
but it didn't stop the thing, the thing we were
amy didn't stop. But we can't know how much of
it actually was prevented by what we have done. But
what we can know is that it is true that
we do affect the world, and that we at the
very least affect ourselves. We are in the world, so

(08:16):
we affect the world. So we also don't have to
get attached to like how could we ever stop this
war or how could we ever create peace? That's not
what this is about. In fact, it's one of the
least helpful things we could ever waste our time wondering about,
because it's not up to us to specifically find the

(08:37):
way to stop the war or create peace. It is
only up to us to be the best we can
be where we are at, to do what we can.
That's it. You know, if wark comes to you, then
you cannot participate in and that's great. Now you do
even more, even more directly to stand for peace, but

(08:57):
you're not going to control government, banks, armies. That's not
your job. Oh and if it is, go ahead and
choose face, that's awesome, But it's not probably, So we're
not imagining how to stop this in the three dimensional reality.
We are instead creating the vibrations that are sympathetic with
so many others in this time to uphold and stand

(09:20):
with peace. Okay, so there's some of the groundwork as well.
And so again if you want to join, and let's begin,
so as you like, do whatever is comfortable for you.
I'm going to close my eyes. You're welcome to do
so too. So even though this is a video, you
may just be watching me close my eyes this whole time.

(09:41):
That's cool. It's up to you. I also put a
hand on my heart, at hand below my belly button.
Sometimes that changes. I'll switch hands part way through. Sometimes
I drop my hands because they're not comfortable anymore. Again,
it's not so much the position you're in as how
comfortable you are and allowing yourself to be present with yourself.
So however you like your hands, you put them face
down on your thighs, face up on your thighs. You

(10:02):
can hang them by your side. You can put both
hands on your heart. A lot of people really like
that one. That one's pretty good. But whatever feels good
to you, just go ahead and do that. Now again,
I'm gonna put one ripe below my belly button on
one right on my heart, and you can close your
eyes if you haven't yet, and if that's comfortable for you,
and you can just start to take some deeper breath

(10:24):
and release fully everything that came before now, all the stuff,
all the questions, all the thoughts, all the things. Just
breathe in deeply and whoa them away. And it's really
nice if you're doing these first few breaths to just

(10:48):
do some deeper breaths and blow out, like I've said,
but also for a few breaths, just think about however
long you breathe in, doesn't matter how long. Just breathe
out a little bit longer than you breathed in, and

(11:08):
just do that a few times. You don't even have
to count, but you can if you want. But just
any length, breath in whatever's comfortable, and then just breathe
out longer. And you think you're done exhaling, just blow
out a little bit more again, not to the point

(11:29):
of discomfort, just a little bit extra. And you may
have already felt it after doing that once or twice,
but your vegus nerve will release. And your vegus nerve
runs from your brain all the way down through your
core to every organ and when it gets to release,

(11:49):
you get to actually relax and be present in your body.
If you want to play with that a little bit longer,
you can. But if you have done exhale longer than
the inhale, you have achieved your goal. So now you
can just be present in your body and just start

(12:14):
to notice your breath as it comes in, goes down
to your abdomen, down to your belly. However long your
breaths in are, you just notice that your belly expands
when they come in. However long your outbreaths are. Now

(12:35):
you don't have to worry about how long. You can
just let them out naturally, and you'll feel your belly
moved back towards your spine and breathe into your belly
nice and full. You're not pushing or forcing, You're just

(12:57):
letting your breath extend naturally, just watching it come in
and out, and you can start to notice that breath
is actually a light. It's an energy. It might feel

(13:19):
a certain way too. You might see it with your
internal eyes. You might imagine it coming in as light
as an energy flow. This is just the life force
energy you've always then connected to it. You're just noticing
it now. You might not seem to feel it, might

(13:44):
not seem to see it, and you can still imagine
each breath comes in and it fills a light in
your belly, and your belly is now blowing with this light.
It's a warm, beautiful light. That's just the breath's job.

(14:06):
It's just what it does, and you're just noticing it
now as it gathers down in your belly. You can
give some love and some gratitude to the breath. Think
you think you thank you breath, love you love you
love you. You can give some love and some gratitude
to that light that's gathering in your belly, thank you,

(14:28):
think you think you love you love you love. You
can know that every breath in that light grows brighter, bigger,
and you can know that as you breathe out, it's
like blowing on the embers of that light. It just
gets even brighter, it condenses. No need to try, it's

(14:53):
just happening no matter what. You can just keep bringing
your attention back to that breath time it seems to wander,
and that heat will start to fill up. Whether you
feel it physically, whether you see it with your eternal eyes,
or whether you just know that it's happening. It will

(15:14):
also warm up that central channel that's your energetic body,
and it'll just come up past the belly button like
a light, like a fire, like an energetic rising. No
special effort from you. It's just happening because this is

(15:37):
just what your body is made for. And as it rises,
you might feel or think, or just know or see
this light beginning to warm your heart. Your heart is
just opening and safety and love and this internal warmth,

(16:06):
this is your beautiful heart, more beautiful than you probably know.
Your heart is warming up with this breath, with this flow,
with your attention, with your intention. Your warming and opening
heart is entangled quantumly with every other spec of light

(16:33):
in the universe, the Sun, the center of the milky Way,
the center of all things. They're the same place. That's
how magical you are. Give your heart some love and gratitude.

(17:03):
Thank you, thank you. Think you love you, love you,
love you. We're just going to acknowledge or call in
whatever spiritual guides or allies you trust and love. You
don't have to know for sure. You could just say,

(17:25):
my good, true and beautiful spiritual allies in your heart
or in your mind. You can just know that's what
you intend. You may have some you do know. You
might call on Jesus or certain buddhas or saints, or
you can just say to yourself and your heart and

(17:45):
your mind that you're calling in God or source your angels,
doesn't matter. Just know that it's a good truth, beautiful.
Just give some love and gratitude to whoever your spiritual
guides and allies are. Think you, thank you, thank you,

(18:07):
love you, love you, love you, and feel their love
and gratitude for you and your heart. They're so glad
you came today. Will also call in deeper connection your

(18:28):
divine spark, that which is most truly and uniquely you
and of God, little peace that was broken off just
so you could exist here, and now you've love and
gratitude to that gift. Thank you, thank you, thank you,
love you, love you, love you that connection to source,

(18:51):
feel that love for you and your heart. Give some
love and honor to your ancestors as well. They got
you here. Every cell in your body comes from them.
They live on in your DNA and your ancestral memory,
epigenetic memory. All of their gifts, all of their beautiful presence.

(19:18):
All that's good, true, beautiful. Just give love and gratitude
to them. Thank you, thank you, thank you, love you,
love you, love you, and feel their love and gratitude
for you and your heart. They are so proud of
you that you've come this far. Not always easy, is it?

(19:40):
Thank you, Thank you, thank you. Will call in finally
your higher self, your highest self, your infinite potential to
you that is already reintegrated with the oneness guides you
every step of the way, will help you to be

(20:03):
in deeper connection today and to receive all you're going
to receive, to give all you're going to give. Feel
that love and gratitude for yourself in your heart. Thank you,
thank you, thank you, love you, love your life, and
as you like, you can just imagine now, maybe that

(20:25):
you rise up, that you're safely escorted and surrounded by
all these good, true, beautiful energies. To rise up above
where you are, up into the sky. Maybe you see

(20:46):
some landmarks, some rivers, some trees and mountains, some geographic
point nearby. As you rise higher, safe and loved, up
to the atmosphere, perhaps you see your region, your state,
your countries. You fly higher, you see the oceans. A

(21:13):
little higher, you begin to see your hemisphere, your section
of the earth, and you higher and higher, and you
can fly out and imagine that you can see the
whole earth. Perhaps also imagine that all of the people

(21:39):
who are connected to this meditation are all floating around
the earth as well, and feel that network of light
we've created. Perhaps you also feel that beautiful, big old sun.

(22:04):
It's pretty far away, but it's very bright up here.
You can feel the connection to your heart and the sun. Remember,
you're entangled with the sun. That sun is such a
high consciousness, and here at the summer solstice, it is
some of the highest connection we get to have with

(22:25):
the sun, this most beautiful consciousness here to support and love.
That is a powerful ally that is part of our
network of light as well. Feel yourself in connection with
that sun. You may also feel that Sun and connection
with the center of the Milky Way, and connection with

(22:47):
the center of the universe and all things. But you
are here with your beautiful heart in this network of light,
and you're already at peace looking down at this beautiful earth.

(23:11):
The Earth herself is already at peace. You may imagine
the light and the center of the earth that is
also like the light and the center of you. You
might see it, you might feel it. You might just
know that they're shining. That her heart is also of

(23:33):
the highest love, highest consciousness, and highest entanglement with divine will,
and at peace. It's already present on earth right, breathe
deeply into that peaceful feeling that it's connected with all

(23:56):
those souls that are holding this peace now, all these
spiritual guides that surround us in this effort, all of
these beautiful energies that are also mirroring back to the
earth at peace that is eternal is always present all

(24:25):
the way from the center of all things to hear
you hold in your heart as you watch the earth
below you, beautiful, and you may now see also how

(24:50):
this resonance of peace entangled in the hearts of all
of those gathered here and is able to easily bathe
the whole earth with just that simple message of peace,

(25:12):
the simple feeling of peace, the simple value of peace,
and the earth radiates it back and you may feel
it coming right back to your heart, and then you
bounce it back again and it comes right back to
your heart. You can see how this is magnified. Can

(25:34):
feel love for peace in your heart, that gratitude for
peace in your heart, that growing of peace all throughout
the cosmos, all throughout the solar system, all throughout the

(25:58):
Sun and the Earth. And however you might see or feel,
know or imagine, just notice that every human on Earth
also feels this peace in their heart. Every person has

(26:25):
known peace at some point, their soul knows peace. You
might imagine every person suddenly remembers, suddenly feels it, suddenly

(26:47):
smiles to consider peace. You can imagine that every person
on Earth has received this message of peace in their heart,
that they've felt the love of peace and the gratitude

(27:10):
of peace. You may notice as you do. Peace is
this light that you've held in your heart all along.
It's the same light that has been in the earth along,
shining back at you, and that no darkness or lack

(27:35):
of peace could ever overcome peace. Darkness can't snuff out light,
it can't smother light. It can't push light away. But
light can banish any darkness, and you might watch it.
Do so, feel that love for the peace that prevails

(28:00):
on Earth in your heart, Feel the gratitude for the
peace that prevails on Earth. You thank you, thank you,
thank you, love you, love you, love you to this
piece that prevails they think you think you, thank you,
love you love you love you to the center of
all things, and the piece that it shares all the
way down here into the Milky Way galaxy, into our

(28:23):
solar system. Into the sun. Thank you, thank you, thank you,
love you, love you, love you to our sun at
this summer solstice moment for assisting us and reconnecting to
this piece that is ever present. They thank you, thank you,
thank you, love you, love you, love you to all
the souls gathered here to create this peace, to remember

(28:43):
this piece, to harmonize with this piece. So many other
groups are also doing this. So many other people are
also magnifying this piece. So you may notice that as
well and give gratitude and thanks high fives all around.

You may also start to come back into that earth.
She loves to have you here, so you may move
close or into your hemisphere. Thank you, thank you, thank you,
love you, love you, love you. To your continent, thank you,
thank you, thank you, love you, love you, love you.

To your region, thank you, thank you, thank you, love you,
love you, love you. To your area, to that place
where your body is, thank you, thank you, thank you,
love you, love you, love you. Come back into your

body with gretitude and love for your highest selfs guidance
through this, for your ancestors who brought you here, for
your divines, spark and connection, for your spiritual guides and
allies and love and gratitude to yourself. Thank you, thank you,

deeper breath, start to move your fingers, your arms, your legs,
your toes, and you might just notice how you feel
as you open your eyes, you might notice the brightness

around you. You might take a moment to really enjoy that.
You might take off right now because you might have
had some experiences you want to write about or to
make a note of or reflect on more deeply. Or
you might want to go right back in because you
really liked that. So you're welcome to do whatever you
need to do. And just remember we don't have to

(30:54):
know exactly how the future goes in order to continue
to hold this light through whatever darkness may come. And
dark times often come and life always prevails, So whatever
you need to do in order to stay connected to
that is probably what you should do. I'm always here

abundance or the meditation for peace or any of these
other things. And you can also always feel free to,
you know, grab any of these ways that we do
this and make them your own right. You can change
slightly how you do it or whatever. You you have
the spiritual freedom to do that. So I always offer,

you know, some of the tools that I am able
to offer and that I feel work really well. But
it is really such a personal thing. So I also
teach various methods and various spiritual approaches, and so we
can also talk about that one on one if you
would like to book a session with me, and otherwise
