Ambassador Carmen Lomellin is the principal at Lomellin Global Partners. From 2009 to 2014, she served as U.S. Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States and the National Coordinator for the Presidential-level Summit of the Americas. Before leading the U.S. Permanent Mission to the OAS, Ambassador Lomellin was the Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Commission of Women for the OAS.
