Jezmina (00:18):
Welcome to Romanistan the week ahead.
So this is for the week ofAugust 4th 2025.
And we're going to record them, usually ahead of time, so we'll
see how it resonates witheveryone.
So this week we are going todraw three cards the first one
for love, the second one formoney and the third for guidance

(00:40):
.
So the Page of Cups is here forlove, the emperor, for money
and for overall guidance, theking of swords.
All right.
And so love is so multifaceted, right?
It can be platonic, it can beyour family, it can be your love

(01:00):
life.
What are you feeling about thePage of Cups for this week?
Paulina for love love life.

Paulina (01:06):
What are you feeling about the page of cups for this
week, paulina?
For love.
So I feel like the page of cupsis about creativity as well as
kind of opening up to newopportunities.
The little fish in the cup isusually for me like that's kind
of what we interpret as likemanifestation, growth, good luck
as well as prosperity.

(01:28):
Basically, I view the page ofcups as new beginnings and
creativity pages in general, kind of grasp at creativity, fun
, manifestation, growing, likesomething growing.
So sometimes it can representnew love growing.
It can represent being creative, specifically within your love
life.
I feel like let's just say youguys the audience are our

(01:52):
clients.
I would say, if you get thiscard for love, it seems like
you're going through somethingwhere the energy feels like it
needs to grow.
So you, you might feel like Ineed to be creative, like within
love or within this or withinthat, and you might have felt
stuck previously where it's liketalking to the same person or

(02:15):
doing the same thing or havingthe same conversations or or not
, and sometimes in general, ithas to do also with being
creative and loving yourself aswell, and so finding that,
basically finding thatcreativity within how you
interpret love in your life.

Jezmina (02:33):
I love that.
Yeah, I think of the littlefish sometimes as a subconscious
, or maybe even the inner child, and the page being the page.
Who's holding the cup with thelittle fish in it being the
adult self or the conscious mind?
And so, with respect to yourrelationships, whatever kind of
love relationship it is, I thinkit can be helpful for you to be

(02:56):
in tune with your deeper needsand emotions and be aware of
what you're feeling and whatthat means for you.
Sometimes the things we feelare not always reflective of the
truth, but they do reflect ourinternal landscape and what
we're going through, and we'rejust a lot better at being in
tune in relationships and lovingpeople back when we know what's

(03:19):
going on with ourselves.
So I agree that Page of Cups issuch a playful, joyful card.
I think it's such anencouragement this week to do
things that are joyful with thepeople you care about.
Then we have the Emperor formoney, so this can be career or
any aspect of your abundance.

(03:40):
What do you think about theEmperor for this week?

Paulina (03:44):
The emperor is not like a king or a queen.
The emperor is a ruler thatrules with their people.
So I view the emperor assomeone that can help elevate
the money, career, work andpurpose all together along with

(04:05):
their people.
So for me, I would say I viewthe emperor as you, the listener
, being in a place where yourfocus is not completely making
money and surviving and workopportunities and stuff like
that.
I feel like the focus is aboutpurpose, taking your time ruling

(04:29):
with the people and stillsurviving, because we live in a
crazy country.
If you are in this country, welive in a crazy world in general
and, yeah, there's a level ofthat leadership capabilities to
take ownership over your ownopportunities and also find your

(04:53):
purpose, whether it has to do,whether it's bringing in money
and it's lucrative or not, andmaybe even taking on a new role.

Jezmina (05:05):
So there could be new opportunities coming up for you.
Yeah, I'm thinking with theemperor.
This is such a good time tostep into your power and your
expertise and really shine.
We're coming into well, we'restill in Leo season when we are
recording this and releasing itand it's about your ability to
command attention where you needto.
You don't have to be a superoutgoing person in general to

(05:26):
step into your emperor archetype.
Don't have to be a superoutgoing person in general to
step into your emperor archetype, and this might even be about
navigating systems andstructures to get things done,
or perhaps even working withmentors or colleagues who you
feel like have more informationor more experience than you do.
But especially when we're insuch a challenging time
politically not just in the USbut worldwide learning how to

(05:48):
work within these powerstructures and maybe make
changes or improvements fromwithin feels really important,
like understanding what theemperor's palace looks like and
how do you move around within it.
Then the king of swords, forour overall guidance for the
week.
What are you feeling there?

Paulina (06:11):
I just feel like it really resonates with me
personally.
This is just, I think, as wekind of said before, like this
is a difficult time.
This is not the easiest time.
There are still opportunitiesand love in the world, but the
king of swords shows overcoming, having to conquer whatever

(06:34):
these challenges are.
I view swords as like literally, either sword fighting or
protecting, defending, and so Iam feeling this king Swords as
like the guidances hang in there.
Yeah, keep fighting.

Jezmina (06:54):
I so agree with that.
I also really appreciate howthe King of Swords is such a
direct communicator, like reallystrong boundaries this week,
which makes sense, with you knowfiguring out how to enjoy love
and be receptive to love, butalso how to step into your power
and work and money.
But we're still in the midst ofMercury retrograde.
We will be until the 11th andthen the shadow period lasts a

(07:17):
while longer, and so this issuch a good time to be really
clear, double check your work, make sure people understand you,
make sure that you understandothers, and the clarity of the
king of swords, I think, is agood guide right now, and I
think this is a wonderful timeto use written language also to

(07:38):
process whatever you are goingthrough.
So you make sure you know whatyou need right now, because
that's the first.
What am I trying to say?
That's the.
The first struggle or the firsthurdle in any kind of movement
forward or growth is like whatdo I even need and what am I
doing?
So definitely agree with that.

(08:01):
