Speaker 1 (00:03):
Welcome to Romanistan
we're your friendly
neighborhood gypsies.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
I'm Paulina and I'm
Jez and we are here for your
tarot for the week ahead for.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
For love, we have the
empress, yep.
For money, we got the highpriestess, and for guidance, we
got the king of wands yo okay, this is fun new cards.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
We haven't had any
repeats.
So, what do you feel about theEmpress for love?
I love the Empress for lovebecause I feel like, if people
are looking for stability ineither love with yourself or
(01:03):
love in either love withyourself or love.
Comfort in your friend group, stability with a partner even
though sometimes instability candirect you towards stability,
this card suggests that there'ssome shifts right now where it's
like you are settling intoyourself, you are feeling
empowered, you know who you areand this is also a good time, I
(01:25):
think, to prioritize the kindsof relationships that do make
you feel stable and nurtured andsupported, Because the Empress
is taking care of everyone witha lot of power and leadership.
But also it's another of thosedeep compassion cards.
There's like a lot of nurturingenergy and you need people to
(01:47):
meet you at that energy soyou're not just exhausted
chasing after everyone, but itfeels like maybe you're
empowered enough to know thatyou need that.
I really like that what do you?
Speaker 1 (01:58):
think for the empress
, I feel like I think there's a
way to go about love that couldbe like well, maybe it's about
love and friendship, maybe it'sabout love with career stuff,
but not for me.
I feel like this is about love.
This is about, like, that kindof love.
(02:19):
This is about possibly intimacy, emotional intimacy, sexual
intimacy and it is aboutmanifestation, like I do Empress
right Fidelity card, and sothis means whatever it is that
you want to grow, like it startswith a little seed and then you
can, you can let it grow, whether it's with a new person,
(02:42):
whether it's with a newsomething.
It could be a friendship, butthere might be a little bit of a
love interest in there, likeyou know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
I do know what you're
saying so.
Speaker 1 (02:54):
There's a little
something going on right now and
it's starting small.
So even if it's, if it is witha partner or an interest that
you already have, it's kind ofabout watching this new part
kind of glow, grow and flourishlike into something else,
whether it's just yeah, like adifferent course or or doing
(03:15):
something more seriously orgoing in a different route, or
you know, just yeah, startingsomething from nothing.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
That's how I feel
yeah, I like your point about it
being a fertility card and youknow I really appreciate that
you're more of a romantic than Iam, because sometimes people
really need to just lean intolike this is a really powerful
love card and I'm often tryingto just like smooth it out, but
um, which is good too, becausenot everyone is, uh, is romantic
.
But I really like that you are, because it reminds me that it's
(03:44):
okay to be hopeless romanticand a codependent, so I could
talk about that, okay.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
So then we got the
high priestess.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
I mean that makes
sense for us, that's our job.
But I mean what a nice messagethat your intuition is paying
off around money.
It is also very difficult tolisten to your intuition around
money.
I was just talking to a friendthis week about how capitalism
(04:24):
and intuition can sometimesreally feel like they're at odds
.
For instance, small side storydiversion I got targeted or
hacked yes, I got hacked bysomeone posing as a client and I
had like I know, and I thinkit's fine, but the only Because
when okay, when he firstmessaged me, pretending that he
(04:45):
was going to book me to um readat his wedding, I just had a bad
vibe.
It wasn't specifically that Ithought he was a scammer, he
didn't say anything, scammy.
I was just like I hate this guy, I don't like this, and I was
like don't be ridiculous.
Like you need the.
Yeah, I was like you need thealgorithm boost on this like
website you're paying for to,you know to be on it, and
(05:05):
everything.
And they kept like the more youbook, like, the more visible
you'll be, it'll pay off, and soI had this like tension.
If it was just a random clientreaching out, and I was like I
have a bad feeling, I wouldn'thave taken it, because I had the
pressure of like this is thefirst time I paid for
advertising, and I didn't listento my intuition.
And then he sent me a Zoom linkthat was actually malware, and
(05:28):
so I was like I knew it, though, but I already knew it.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
You have our own
links from now on.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
Yeah, and I normally
do, but it was like this is good
advice for anyone too.
It's like I don't know if anylisteners are familiar with a
different.
Like there's Zoom Gov.
It was just very, very slightlydifferent.
Different even though it lookedvery legit, and because he was
25 minutes late and I was in arush, which is how they get you.
They kind of like make you latefor stuff or they make you feel
(05:56):
like there's a time crunch.
Um, I was just like whatever, and I just clicked the link and
it was also a mercury retrograde, so I was behaving strangely
anyway, but, um, yeah, and sothis was.
It's a good thing to know, butit's so hard to listen when it
feels like there's money on theline, especially if it's like I
shouldn't do this or like Ishouldn't take this job.
(06:17):
But yeah, on the other hand, though you might be intuitively
led to a yes, you might feellike this is a good time to take
a bet on yourself or trust yourgut around, your ability to
pull something off which whichis really empowering and cool,
and I hope that maybe we cangive you like a little pep talk
into listening to your heartaround business and money,
totally.
Speaker 1 (06:38):
What do you think
about?
Oh sorry, go ahead.
Oh, I was just agreeing withyou and I really do hate that
that had happened and I reallydo hate that that had happened.
But I think, like when it comesto the high priestess, like
letting your intuition guide you, and also maybe it has to do
with like taking the high road,a little bit Like the spiritual
(07:02):
high road.
Speaker 2 (07:02):
You know?
Speaker 1 (07:04):
Yes, tell me more,
say more you know, yes, tell me
more, say more.
I'm just thinking because Ifeel like I can, I guess,
connect to it just like you can, because this is obviously what
we do um, but sometimes, like weget a really interesting crowd,
like I'm really thankful and Iabsolutely love my clients to
death.
Same, and sometimes I still getlike people that I think are
(07:29):
like trying to like do a certainthing or like their intentions
are not good and we just have tolike take not when someone's
trying to scam you.
That's different you know, butI'm just talking about when
there's clients or people ingeneral in your work that you
really just can't deal with, Ithink being the high priestess
and just kind of like smilingand nodding, like having that
(07:51):
stupid customer service you knowattitude really.
But also, maybe it doesn't haveto be like that, like maybe we
could look a little bit deeperand be like well, maybe this
super angry, you know weird, crazy person is actually like
just going through something orblah, blah, blah, like you know
what I mean?
I don't know yes no way theywould like.
(08:12):
Looking at them basically aswho?
Speaker 2 (08:15):
they are.
That makes a lot of sense.
I think that's good advice too, especially if you I mean most
people have to deal with peopleon some level and in the ways
that y'all are making money, andso that's good advice.
And and it reminded me too thatthe high priestess is in her
temple and people come to herand she does her best work in
solitude, and so if you arefeeling like you're having to
(08:36):
mentally take the high road alot because people are driving
you bananas, maybe it would bebetter for your abundance If you
can take a little time forsolitude and do some high
priestess kinds of things.
So, meditation, reflection, youknow that kind of thing.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
So then we get the
King of Wands for guidance.
So what do you think about that?
Speaker 2 (09:02):
So spicy.
I mean I love the action takingof the King of Wands.
I think that it can be aninspiring card, especially if
you are feeling like you needmovement and action and you need
to be bold and it's like now isthe time.
But I also like to think abouthow every card has its
(09:23):
challenges and its assets, and achallenge might be being led by
anger, which kind of leads toyour point around the high
priestess.
Maybe we don't want to act outof anger this week.
We want to try to cool down andreflect, because that can be a
tendency of the king of wandsbeing like a little too spexy.
Um, but I do think it's a goodtime to make moves based on the
(09:49):
king of wands as guidance.
What do you think?
Speaker 1 (09:51):
I feel like it brings
me back to like we had wands
again in our last guidance wedid.
We had page we graduated.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
We graduated from
page to king yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
So yeah, like, I
think it's that whole like
passionate, fiery guide, butalso really take the lead and
take control and it's in yourcontrol.
I also feel like you know thatwhole like kind of like fire
energy, like it's intense andthe King of Wands is intense and
(10:26):
so, yeah, I think it's like, when it comes to guidance, I
guess you have to be intense.
Guys like you have to reallystrap in, buckle down and get
your shit together yeah, probably also considering that
the page of wands was theguidance for last week.
Speaker 2 (10:46):
You've been fucking
around and now you're finding
out, or, like you've been, you've been exploring and doing
that kind of gentle playfulnessand now it's like, okay, this is
what I learned, this is what Igotta do for sure yeah, yeah
well, what a wonderful adventure.
