There are products that have income protection and an elevated amount of income is available if there are ever LTC type expenses. The worry with most accounts is, that if needed to cover LTC expenses, they run out. These products will increase available cash flow during an LTC event but, will always have at least a level floor of lifetime income even after the account balance technically reaches 0.
