Today's episode is a heartfelt pep talk and invitation for those of us in the world that are spending maybe a little too long getting ready to be ready. This is for the people in the back who've been taking notes, gathering the tools, and have been talking about those next steps yet aren't actually taking them. It's a message for myself and a reminder to everyone that's listening that there is a big difference between going through the motions and actually moving forward.
