Respect for the environment

In the tenth (and final) part of our 10-part series on the 10 principles of fair trade, Lia discusses the tenth principle: respect for the environment! She'll do her best to explain the various types of rules around agriculture in particular, as well as how more case-by-case situations might be treated.
