As Rotarians, we are "People of Action!" While we may not define ourselves as project managers, we use many of the skills, tools, and methods of project management in Rotary. In this episode, Rotarian Chris Hornberger talks about what stakeholders are, why they are important, and how to analyze them.

In this episode, we discuss three foundational assets to consider when starting your next project: project charters, team charters, and scope statements.
