As Rotarians, we are "People of Action!" While we may not define ourselves as project managers, we use many of the skills, tools, and methods of project management in Rotary. We are all Rotary Project Managers. We will look at ways to manage Rotary projects better and increase our impact on the world. Whether you are an experienced project manager, completely new, or anywhere in between, we want to share ways to take your projects to the next level. Hosted by Rotarian Thomas Paul, this is a Rotary Club of Halifax Harbour podcast.

In this episode, Rotarian Chris Hornberger talks about what stakeholders are, why they are important, and how to analyze them.
Have you ever been on a project or committee without understanding its purpose? Were you the only one who was a bit lost? Chances are, if you were lost, so were others.
In this episode, we discuss three foundational assets to consider when starting your next project: project charters, team charters, and scope statements.
