Between 1970-1973 28 young teenage boys were brutally, tortured, raped, disfigured and murdered by 3 men in Houston, Tx. Then one night in Aug of 1973 the mastermind behind these grisly murders tried to take the life of one of his accomplices' friends and girlfriend, turning the two against each other, leaving behind 2 witnesses and one of the most heinous serial killers of that time dead.
