What if mythology’s River Styx converged with America’s iconic Route 66, sending unsuspecting travelers on a roadtrip between realties? If you’re unfortunate enough to find yourself at Charon’s Freight & Fuel, buy anything but the gas. Paying for gas pays the toll. The road you’ll return to will be different from the one you left, you may have more (or less) passengers than when you started, and what you’ve been running from your whole life might finally catch up with you. Welcome to where the Road goes on forever and all roads come to an end. Welcome to Route Styx.

Episode 4. Here’s the problem with running a ghost hunting show. It’s not the drama that comes with making a production with your family. It’s not the middle-of-nowhere recording locations like Charon’s Freight & Fuel (a gas station, of all things). It’s not even trying to find enough supernatural content to make a full, worthwhile episode.
It’s when the “content” already knows your name.
Episode 5. When hell breaking loose is an almost daily occurrence, “trust” only goes so far. And only now does Denice realize how much she’s lost on the Road. But what if putting her trust elsewhere means leaving the safety of the Freight & Fuel for the insanity beyond the station? Surely any risk would be worth the chance of getting home. Right?
Trusting any stranger. Taking any lead. Wandering into any hall.
Episode 1. Denice is ready for the freedom (and simply, space) college can grant from her parents. Of course, a brief stop and refuel at a strange gas station won’t change that. Surely the musical hitchhiker that Denice meets outside the station is all she appears to be. There’s nothing that could change all that’s lined up next in her life.
There’s nothing that can change what’s always happened and what will happen ...
Episode 2. Denice is alive. And doesn’t have much else going for her. With no sign of her parents or the mysterious Orly, Denice is determined to escape the Road and get back home by any means necessary. But struggling to pull away from Route Styx only pulls her deeper into the insanity of this strange in-between world... drawing both unwanted and dangerous attention to her presence at Charon’s Freight & Fuel.
Episode 3. For violinist Jaime, a quick stop at Charon’s Freight & Fuel is just an opportunity to grab some road trip snacks with friends. He doesn’t see it as the definitive move in a years’ long, supernatural game. He doesn’t understand the bizarre stranger that (maybe?) knows what’s really going on.
He doesn’t know the true stakes at play in a wager with a hellish figure who’s willing to make a deal.
But he will.
