In this episode, Golsa is sharing her testimony about growing up in Iran in a loving Muslim family but facing a great challenge once she gets older. Practicing Islam for many years caused her to sink deep into depression and question the purpose of life. She was asking God every night, “Who are you? What is your name? How can I have a purpose in my life if I don’t know who my Creator is?…”
In this episode, we briefly talk about our background: Being born into a Muslim family in Iran and growing up as devout Muslims, then encountering Jesus! We will share a short version of our testimonies as well as why we were led to start Reaching the Nations Ministries. We dive into the heart of this ministry and history of revival in Iran as the fastest growing church in the world, despite all the persecution and closed borders!
