Mike Friday is one of the most transformative head coaches in USA Rugby history. He took a USA Rugby Sevens team that was poorly performing and had no expectations of making an impact, to one of the most electric teams in the world. After 3 Olympic qualifications, several top 3 finishes in the HSBC Sevens tournament and several elite players that have represented the USA, he retired from the organization. Now that he's stepped down, he speaks on what drove him to coach rugby, where he think the future of the USA Rugby Men's Sevens team is going, and so many tidbits that make you want to see the state of USA Rugby differently.
