Jeff Van Horn

I am joined in this episode by Jeff Van Horn, owner and founder of Lucky Road Run Shop that serves the central Virginia. What started as an idea between friends, has become the pinnacle of Jeff's lifes work. However, Jeff doesn't just sellf running shoes. Jeff combines his passion for running, love for running gear (especially shoes), and knowledge gained about body biometrics to make sure runners are comfortable with their running shoes.

Jeff beleives a good pair of shoes work with a runner, and that runners shouldnt have to work against their shoes of that their shoes might cause injuries. Check out this episode, as Jeff and I talk through the run shoe industry, how he tries to help those in the Central Virginia running community to be healthier runners.
