Jess Hofheimer is the founder and one of the coaches for Pace of Me Running. Jess talks of running in terms of what she has learned in being able to coach and lead as part of a community of runners. To her running is about more than just putting one foot in front of the other. It is about discovering who you truly are and what you are capable of.
