PJ Thompson is a leader in the Austin running community and leads the group 5RUN2 Austin. He credits mentors, coaches, friends, and even strangers for showing him a positive running mindset. This positive attitude has helped to birth his own positive spirit as he runs with community in his run club, the Austin running community, and in every race he participates or cheers in.
PJ joins the pod to chat about this positive spirit he brings, when it is tough, and how he has sought to build community to help runners to grow and be the best version of themselves.
