Running Dialogue

Follow us and our Running Dialogue podcast as we explore - not just running, walking, and training - but a wide range of topics related to physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Whether you're new to Crim or have been a fan for years, this podcast offers something for everyone. The podcast is hosted by the Crim Fitness Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving wellbeing across Flint & Genesee County. What began as a 10-mile road race in Flint in 1977 has grown into a cornerstone of the community, with events like the signature HAP CareSource Crim Festival of Races, Crim Training Program, and other year-round programs in sports, mindfulness, nutrition, and neighborhood impact that engage over 20,000 residents annually.
