Angie is a results-focused Human Resources Consultant with expertise covering all aspects of HR and the value solid HR practices can bring to both individuals and companies. She especially enjoys working with small to medium sized businesses in the professional services industry and has been fortunate to work in both a Human Resources and an Operations capacity enabling her to understand HR as a competitive advantage to the inner workings of every company. She uses this knowledge to partner with business leaders on how to best integrate Human Resources as a contributing function of the business.
After 15+ years of serving as internal Human Resources leader for private businesses, Angie founded Milestones HR, LLC in 2014. Milestones offers Human Resources services to companies who need HR expertise but do not require a full time Human Resources department. Milestones has proudly partnered with over 100 companies; whether their need is ongoing Human Resources support or support only until they grow to a size when they’re ready to hire an internal Human Resources leader.
