Ep. 126 The subconscious mind. It’s mysterious, dark, powerful – yet largely hidden beneath the surface. In psychodynamic therapy, the goal was to make the unconscious conscious. Think of the classic iceberg metaphor: the visible tip above water is the conscious mind, while the vast bulk beneath the surface is the subconscious. That hidden iceberg under deep, dark waters hints at enormous power.
But here’s the truth: the subconscious mind isn’t only ominous—it’s a game-changer. It can elevate your performance in any skill. It can shift how your body responds—not unlike the visceral reaction you feel when you look over the edge of a tall building. That physical, electric “something happening” effect shows just how real the subconscious is.
And even more: we can speak directly to that hidden part of the mind. Through suggestion framed in the immediate moment rather than the distant future, we can trigger measurable improvement—whether it’s skill mastery or body healing. In other words: when you engage the subconscious right now, you activate what you thought was hidden—and watch transformation happen.

Why this matters:

  • Because 95% of our mental processes live below the surface—and that’s where true change gets made.

  • Because when you tap into that powerful under-water iceberg of your mind, you don’t just think differently—you respond differently, physically and mentally.
  • Because framing suggestions in the “now” triggers direct subconscious shifts, bypassing resistance and giving you real results.
If you’re ready to explore how the subconscious mind can help you perform better, heal faster, or unlock a new level of being—this is your entry point. Take care and walk well.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
