Roundtable with Emma Spencer & Molly Seidel

Emma Spencer is an elite distance runner, running coach, software engineer and runs for the Tracksmith Boston racing team. She has a marathon best of 2:37 (BMW Berlin Marathon 2018), which qualified her to race the 2020 US Olympic Marathon trials, where she ran 2:41:40. At the 2020 Marathon trials, she ran 2:41:40 and placed 56th.

Molly Seidel is a professional runner for Saucony, living in Boston, MA. She graduated from Notre Dame with four NCAA national titles to her name and remains the only woman to date with wins at both the high school Foot Locker Cross Country National Championships and the NCAA National Cross Country Championships. She ran her debut marathon at the 2020 US Olympic trials, running 2:27:31, to take second and a Tokyo Olympic berth.
