This was a fun show as I did a live remote from the Open House of the brand new Kramer's House Downtown, a cool new concept in affordable community living space. It has 18 individual, private rooms each with its own vanity, work desk, closet and dual personal climate system, with shared "water closet" between every two rooms. I broadcast from inside one of the rooms and I got to show on camera how it's like a super-upscale boarding house.
Joe and Chris joined me on camera and told about how the kitchen features two ovens and locking fridges, there's a dual-set laundry room, a comfortably furnished common area with big screen TV, and all utilities are included along with WiFi.
