This week we visit with fellow full-time RVers and RV America Y'all Posse Members Boyd and Judy from Michigan, who decided to ditch the condo life and hit the road as full-time travelers... but first they needed to downsize and find an RV!
During COVID, Judy and Boyd decided they had had enough of sitting still. So within 6 months, they had downsized their possessions, bought a motorhome and headed south to escape the Michigan winter. As Boyd says, "We didn't know what we were getting into". Flash forward a few years and they are still traveling full-time and checking off their bucket list.
In this episode, they share some of the challenges they have faced, their learning experiences, how they have adjusted to motorhome life, their planning process and more nuggets of wisdom. We also talk about how full-time travel teaches you how to be more comfortable with uncomfortable situations and how to make downsizing easier.
