ممثلة مصرية، والدها هو (محمود رضا) الذي أسس مع أخيه (علي رضا) فرقة رضا للفنون الشعبية، بدأت شيرين من عمر 11 سنة كفتاة إعلانات، وفي عام 1989 لفتت شيرين الأنظار عندما قامت ببطولة (فوازير فنون)، وهو عرض تلفزيوني استعراضي ضمن سلسلة شهيرة اعتاد تقديمها المخرج الراحل (فهمي عبد الحميد) خلال شهر رمضان، بعد ذلك قامت بدراسة تصميم الأزياء في لوس أنجلوس بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، لذلك جاء انطلاقها الثاني بفيلمين متتاليين أمام النجم الراحل (أحمد زكي)، وهما نزوة عام (1996)، وفيلم (حسن اللول) عام (1997)، لكنها توقفت فترة ثم عادت في مسلسل (لحظات حرجة) عام 2007، وفيلم (أشرف حرامي) عام 2008، وبعدها توالت الأعمال عليها ومن بينها: مسلسل (الصفعة) عام 2012، وفيلم (الفيل الأزرق) عام 2014، وفيلم (كدبة كل يوم) عام 2016، وفيلم (فوتو كوبي) عام 2017، وغيرها من الأعمال.
