عــمر فتــحي المدير التنفيذي لشركات Divine Worx, TRM, ALOM & FATiNC أسس شركة ديقين وركس وتولى رئاستها، وهي الشركة المالكة لسلسلة مطاعم "مكاني". تمكن من توسيع العلامة من فرع واحد إلى شبكة واسعة من الفروع، كما أطلق علامات تجارية ناجحة مثل "ست الحسن" و"مطابخ القاهرة"، وغيرها. تابع مسيرته التوسعية بتأسيس شركة ثرايف لإدارة المطاعم، المالكة لسلاسل "إيتاري"، "أوتو"، و"ليتل إيتاري". أثبتت الشركة نجاحها محليًا ودوليًا وحصلت على العديد من الجوائز. كما أسس شركة فات إنك، وهي شركة متخصصة في تقديم الاستشارات الفنية في مجال إنشاء وتشغيل المطاعم. نال جائزة رواد الأعمال في مصر تكريمًا لأداء شركة ثرايف المالي والفني. أطلق لاحقًا شركة ألوم لإدارة المطاعم (ذات مسؤولية محدودة)، وابتكر علامتها التجارية الجديدة "كوكومو"، التي افتتحت تحتها عدة مطاعم ناجحة.
عالية حلمي المدير التنفيذي ومؤسسة مشاركة في شركة "Restaurants Projects". من أحدث إنجازاتها افتتاح مركز الطهي Eatery Culinary Hub و World of Food تتمتع عليا بخبرة واسعة في صناعة الضيافة، هي أيضًا المؤسسة المشاركة لشركة Divine Worx، وهي الشركة الأم لعدة علامات تجارية محلية.
