Complex trauma that includes a history of trauma bonded relationships.I developed a Trauma Bond from the “Trauma 2” who impacted me from what they did, from yelling me in front of 8th grade (93/94), to the wrath in front of 102 members of marching band my junior year at band camp to the relationship I had with one and the other said it was wrong to speak up. I am not a victim. I am a survivor and I have developed a Trauma bond with them and it sucks. Writing is how I heal.
