My name is Samuel Shin. I was a mental health clinician (therapist) for 7 years before becoming a teacher, coach & mentor to spread a message of healing & transformation for the world. My personal journey has spanned diving into human sexuality, doing lots of therapy (as a client & therapist), 10+ years of meditation, and so much more. With this podcast, I hope to add color & nuance to a lot of the conversations we hear about these days, and have deep conversations with my friends, old & new, to help everyone grow, learn & win.
In this episode, Samuel Shin, a therapist & coach for men, dives into what he says in his practice when men are struggling to find meaning & purpose in their lives, and what he does to help them.
