Cyber scammers are out there EVERYWHERE preying on vulnerable people of all ages, but our older friends and family are especially targeted due to many reasons which we will get into with our special guests, Vicki Oprian and Karen Rossi, who are part of the Senior Protection Program for the Council on Aging, Southern California.
