Chaque année, à travers le monde, il existe ce fameux mois de l’histoire des noirs. 28 jours ne sont pas suffisants afin de bien prendre le temps de reconnaître, pas seulement les mêmes personnes qui sont toujours reconnues années après années, mais toutes les autres personnes issues de la communauté afro-descendante et ethnoculturelle qui ont percées et réussi à créer et faire des belles œuvres.
Le podcast sous forme de Talk-show, produit par ''MissLady Rain event'' et ''P&R Management'', invite des personnalités de toutes les sphères professionnelles possibles afin de faire connaître et promouvoir les talents de la vraie diversité noire d’ici! Pour nous, cette reconnaissance aidera la fratrie ainsi que la jeunesse à s'approcher de ce sentiment d'appartenance, à s'identifier, à croire que cela est présent et possible. Ce podcast vise à prouver aux personnes désirant réaliser des projets à succès, que ce n’est pas impossible dans notre société.
