But not just women empowerment, we are going to get real about competition in the workplace as it relates to women, and some of our own inherent competitive ways that not only sabotage ourselves but others as well.
Growing up, little girls are socialized to be likeable, friendly and be chosen. And as we grow up we continue to want to be “chosen” in every aspect of our lives, with the belief that there is no room for more than one at the table. As we get older we learn the importance of unlearning these behaviors, but for some it takes much longer than others. We will be joined by entrepreneur and all around badass Sarai Ashari, founder of Luxe & Chic Company, co-founder of the After Party NYC, and host of the Grls Pod.
