why should you think about detox in your body? Well,
we are bombarded with a lot of different chemicals, a
lot of different inflammatory things in our life, even before
you leave your home.

Feeling like you have headaches or brain fog, or digestive issues,
inflammation or mood swings. I had a lot of this
stuff many years ago before getting introduced to this, and
I just absolutely love this program. I've been helping thousands
of people around the world understand why they should detox
in a safe platform and how they can incorporate this

in their everyday life. Maybe you've got chronic pain, maybe
you're not the best sleeper, maybe you do have some
weight to lose. But there's lots of different reasons why
you need to detox. I think we're all aware that
we live in a world that is toxic, acidic, and inflamed.
People are out of balance, overworked, exhausted, and definitely undernourished.

And what that basically looks like.

Because people always say to me that they are healthy,
they eat healthy, but they don't understand the amount of pesticides,
fungicides and herbicides that they are ingesting on a regular basis,
you know, even from just eating out, grocery store, your
friend's house, the holidays, on vacation, you name it, and
what they're breathing in the air as well, again, even

before you leave your home. I had to make a
lot of changes over the years understanding from my laundry
detergent to your cleaning supplies right to your makeup and
hair care to candles. It's a lot to learn and
understand what we're breathing in and how that's impacting our health.
And then we look at the water, right, we need
water to survive, and a lot of us drink on
a plastic water bottles, And now all the studies show

all those nanoparticles of plastic because they sit on hot
trucks and in hot warehouses, and that plastic leaches into
our water, right, and you know we are ingesting like
a credit card size worth of plastic on a weekly basis,
so kind of scary. Why we need to get that
out of our body. And of course you know overuse
and long term effects of certain medications can be very

toxic to the body, and a good detox will help
you get your health back on track. We definitely are
undernourished because of the fast food restaurants on every single
street corner, and the genetically modified foods that are out there,
from wheat and corn and soy, the prepackaged foods. You know,
there could be no better if that you don't know

how to read labels right and looking for the seed
oils and the hidden ingredients that can cause gut.

Issues and inflammation.

It can be really scary, and all of a sudden,
you wake up one day and you've got a lot
of chronic issues that you don't know where to start
to reverse them.

Yes, it plays a toll on your health, which impacts
your sleep. So we're going to talk about all ways
that you can reset the body and detox. So our
program is kind of set in thirty day increments. Okay,
So thirty day challenge is what I challenge you. You
can keep going longer or not totally up to you.
The first seven days, I want to introduce you to

our core system. This is what our company is designed
on to cleanse the toxins out of your body, balance
your pH and hormones and build yourselves up with good
nutrition so your body has the ability to heal itself
to ward off disease and infection. Now, that's kind of
like getting your body used to that the first week,
then the rest of the month, we're going to kind
of you male versus female, from your chloric intake to

your protein intake, what you should be eating and when
you should be eating it, and then of course fitness
or movement. Now, I taught fitness for over twelve years.
I'm certified in four programs. I have been the health
and fitness space for over twenty five years. I have
seen just about everything. But what I do know is
sitting is the new smoking. And most people get less
than two thousand steps a day in and we're going

Prioritize your movement. You're going to feel better, you're going
to have more energy, you're gonna help reach your weight
loss goals if you're looking for that, and of course
you know understanding the importance of lean muscle as well.
All right, so I'm going to walk you through our.

Core system, starting in your morning routine with what we
have organic sulfur. This is a mineral the number three
most abundant mineral. Your body can't live without, all right,
So organic sulfur. It's going to help to reduce inflammation.
And the root cause of most illness and disease is inflammation.
Oxygenate your blood, create new cells in your body, all right.
So this is a game changer. Especially people struggle with

Don't worry about that. And it's not like you're running
to the toilet or anything like that. So it's a
bunch of herbs and botanicals. It's amazing, but it's like

For females, we want you to aim forgetting about fifteen
hundred calories per day, all right, with one hundred grams
of protein per day.

And for males, we want.

You to aim for two thousand calories per day, about
one hundred and fifty grams of protein per day. Now,
there is a calculation based on your body weight. You
know how much protein you should be getting in, but
this is about average for people, and most of us
don't get enough protein.

Fiber is what's going to keep you fuller longer, all right.
So you're gonna see on here literally spells out for
you what you're taking in the morning. We're going to
go over some metabolic boosters for you. Your morning breakfast
smoothie with live pure, what you're eating for lunch, all right,
which does include a protein, a carbon, a fat, Your
snack is a fruit or vegetable with protein, and then

your dinner is a veggie, protein, fat, and a carb.
And of course your bednight bedtime routine. Like I mentioned,

but I know that can be hard for some people.
So let's aim for five to seven and work your
way up to eight, et cetera. My husband and I
have a competition all the time how many steps we're

getting in each day, and do we need to go
around the block a few more times. If you can
start to lift weights at least three days a week,
that's awesome, I know, not everybody.

Can do that or has the ability to do that,
even with it's just.

Some hand weights at home, but focusing on you know,
a different body part.

You're going to see some examples here.

My whole goal with everybody is to understand as you're aging, right,
you're losing lean muscle, and sarcopenia is a thing. So
we want to maintain as much lean muscle because if
you don't use it, you lose it. While we're burning fat,
you know, and cleansing and detoxing the body.

Okay, so again, let.

Me just recap three meals, one snack a day, fifteen
hundred calories for women, two thousand calories for men, one
hundred grams of protein for women, one hundred and fifty
grams approaching for men.

There's a lot of apps that are free that you
can download on your phone to track your calories and
your protein intake when you make your choices on our
food guide. All right, working up to moving ten thousand
steps a day and hopefully three you weight workouts per
week so you can build that lean muscle. I told
my mother the other day, she's eighty I said, you
can even grab some cans, you know, and sit there
(16:55):
and do some arm movements just to get your muscles
to continue to grow. Okay, we're going to talk about
the rest of the Live Pure products in a second.

number changes, I don't want people to get so tied
up on the scale number versus what's happening on the

an in body scan as well. I do recommend you

keep track because that and take your measurements and even
before pictures because things will change.
