Speaker 2 (00:59):
Hello, every buddy, and welcome to this evening's presentation. I'm
going to be pulling up our hosts here in just
a minute so that you get to see their beautiful faces,
and we're so glad that you're all here. It looks
like our emails and our posts on Facebook and on
social media have created quite a response. A lot of
people are super excited about joining us tonight, clearly because
(01:20):
this room is filling up fast. Welcome everybody. So we
have Jennifer von Hagen and Jen Murphy running our presentation
this evening, and they are going to be your host
for this phenomenal presentation. No matter what stage of life
you're in, I have a feeling this is something that's
going to be very interesting to you. So I'm going
(01:41):
to disappear for the majority of this time and turn
it over to these lovely ladies.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
Welcome. I have no idea how many people around, Jen Button,
it's definitely in the triple digits. And this is the
most people we've had to our little party. And what's
started out I'm Jen von Hagen and we'll do the
introt in a second. But what's started out as us
just talking from you know, a few ladies on a
zoom has blown up into this amazing community full of
(02:08):
women who were out here to learn and get themselves
in the best health of that they can be and
learning about their bodies in a way that maybe our
moms just didn't tell us, So thank you all for coming.
We're going to just get right into it on the
agenda this afternoon, and we have time from seven to nine,
(02:29):
but don't worry. A lot of that at the end
is Q and A for you, and a lot of
people wrote in some questions Jen, so I'll be giving
you some of those questions, but some quick intros from
Jen and I to start with, and then we're just
going to go straight into it. I want to tell you,
guys my story. I want to find out if you
can relate to some of the things that I went through,
and then Jen is going to walk us through really
(02:51):
some of the more scientific clinical definitions of menopause, what
these things mean, what's actually going on in our bodies
that we may not really understand yet, and maybe we
don't have a health professional in our lives that has
listened to us and taking the time to explain it.
So we have the health professional here and she is
(03:11):
going to do that. She's going to bust some myths
around menopause research. We're going to tell my story and
kind of use me as the guinea pig so that
as she's walking you through the things that we were
looking at in the biomarkers. We've got someone to point
back at and you can understand the story as we
go along. Den Jen's going to walk us through the
(03:31):
six pillars of managing menopause, and then we're going to
flip to one of the more important of those pillars,
which is nutrition. So that's where we're going to take
a pretty deep dive into how do you get the
right nutrition into your body in a way that's actually doable,
that you can execute on every single day. Then we're
gonna turn it over to Rachel Garcia, who is our
(03:53):
special guest tonight, and Rachel's going to bring it home
for us by talking about what we can do with
this next era of our lives. It can be so empowering,
so we want to get into that as well. There's
you know, there's the labs, there's the HRT, there's the nutrition,
but then there's like, what's the mindset that we're going
into this next era of our lives feeling. So we're
(04:16):
gonna address at all the whole thing, the whole holistic
thing is going down right now, and then we're gonna
wrap it up with some questions and then there's a
raffle So I can't tell because I can't see a chat.
To save my life, I can't see where anything is.
So I don't know how many of the house hostesses
are out there. But last check I had there was
around seven watch parties happening, So I'll be interested to
(04:39):
find out how many are out there and how many
people had fun tonight together. If you're a hostess, I
do want you to take a quick pick of you
and your party, and I want you to send it
to Linley Pasky text it to eight five zero five
six seven one four. So sometime during this presentation, get
(05:03):
in there, get a little selfie with your girls and
send it to Linley. That's how we verify who's having
a watch party. And then we're going to raffle off
an entire set of Censia Korean skincare of what you
will learn about because this is amazing. And then all
the ladies at the party a box of masks for
each of you. So there's ten absolute rose oil masks
(05:26):
in here, and they are like Ritz Curlton masks. So
it pays to be in the club right now in
the clearer, let's go, we're gonna get started with introducing ourselves.
So I am Jen von Hagen. I am a marketing
I'm a chief marketing officer at Paysetter. We're in the
pay Cetter office right now, actually because we wanted to
have some space. And so I have a full time
(05:49):
marketing career and it's in a technology company and I
absolutely love it. And I'm also a mom, and so
I'm a menopause mama. I started my journey through menopause
I want to say, like forty eight. I'm fifty three now,
but that's when the symptoms started piling.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
On for me.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
And I'll tell you a tiny bit about my story
and then and then Jen's going to take it away.
So I'm holding off on introducing this lady because I
want to. I want to give you the introduction you deserve.
But for those of you who don't know me, menopause
hit me like a ton of bricks. First. It was
like slow, and I kept blaming all the symptoms on
other stuff, like I stopped sleeping for a while, like ooh,
(06:30):
I must just be really stressed out. And then my
hair was thinning a little bit, and I'm like, well,
that's just kind of weird. I have no idea, what's
going on there? Maybe I should stop dyeing my hair blonde.
And then a little bit of weight started creeping on
and then it all went really fast, like all of
a sudden. He woke up and I'm like, what is
this belly I have? I've never had this before? Why
(06:52):
do I want to absolutely kill my husband? Because he's
chewing ice? Like what is that? That had never bothered
me before? And I was like, I'm going to kill
you in your sleep or right now while we're driving
down the highway. It doesn't matter. I just I didn't
understand where all this like crazy rage was starting to happen.
And I went to see my guynecologist and I was like,
(07:13):
what is happening? And I've trusted this man for many
many years. He delivered my babies. And he's like, he's like, well,
welcome to getting old. And I was like, well, you
can kiss my you know what, because there is no
way I'm going down like this. I was like, you're
telling me there's no answer to this, and he's like, wow,
you could try some hormones, that's all he said. And
(07:34):
then we ran like a quick blood test, which was
like nothing compared to what Gen's going to show you.
And then I got one of those pellets put in
my butt cheek in the back, and I was on
a testosteron roller coaster that I could not get off of.
Fast forward two months and I'm on an RV trip
in Wyoming with my husband and my teenage son and
(07:56):
our dog. And suddenly everything look sexy, The trees look sexy,
everything looks sexy. The testosterone kicks in. I'm stuck in
an RV. It was a nightmare. And the other fun
thing that happened when that kicked in was that my
hair started falling out in clumps. So two week road
(08:18):
trip and by the time we got from Wyoming back
to Jacksonville, Florida, which is where we are, I had
lost a significant amount of hair and was already I
already had wigs in my cart at Amazon. I was
freaking out. So all that to say, I had a
pretty erratic, dramatic journey here. Towards the end, I felt
(08:41):
like the wheels fell off. And that's when I came
to GEN And so I want to introduce Jen. She
has absolutely helped me turn it all around. She's made
a huge recommendation on hormone replacement therapy for me. She
has put me on a nutrition schedule that is absolutely
helping me with my symptoms, which we will go into.
(09:02):
And you know, all I can say is Judy Bloom
didn't write the second book, and we really needed the book,
and all of these symptoms are what Jen is helping
me with. Jen is my concierge hormone specialist. She has
her own practice here in Florida. She practices in a
couple of other states as well. I know there's people
from all over the place here, but Jen, take it
(09:26):
away and please tell them about your experience prior to
coming on board and becoming a hormone specialist.
Speaker 5 (09:33):
So thank you Jen for that introduction, and hello everybody.
I'm excited to be here and hopefully you guys can
learn a few things tonight. But I am a nurse practitioner.
I've been practicing for over now nineteen years and a
nurse longer than that. I've been a nurse probably twenty
six twenty seven years. I was in sickcare medicine. I
did liver transplant and hypatology liver disease for fifteen years,
(09:57):
and then after that I went into pollyte medicine, which
it was definitely chronic disease, end of life for about
seven years.
Speaker 3 (10:04):
It started at a local.
Speaker 5 (10:05):
Hospital here, so that kind of burnout on sick care
medicine following COVID and wanted to do more. So I
had linked up with a nutritional company that you're going
to learn about tonight, and then also wanted to kind
of get to the root cause. Deep dived into functional medicine,
got certified, and then as well as hormones, because you
really can't get to things root cause without understanding hormones.
Speaker 3 (10:28):
So here we are. We're going to talk about hormones tonight.
We are. Anybody else you know, show a hands or
whatever in the chat, like what are what are the
worst symptoms you're dealing with? I'd like, I'd like for
you guys to chime in so we know. But right
here is a quick list of what I was dealing with. Moodswings,
feeling hot and cold, crazy, vertigo, you guys, I had
no idea those things were related to menopause, brain fog.
(10:52):
I hired I heard someone in Peter fifty six thousand
dollars a year to take notes on the phone with
me because I was getting my I had a marketing agency,
and I was getting us in trouble oops, because I
couldn't remember anything and I had to pay her to
be my brain. Like I said, the waking low libido
anybody else, anybody else looking at their husband, like insomnia,
(11:13):
joint and hip pain like I had stabbing hit pain.
I didn't know that was a menopause symptom. Skin changes
like dry patches on my skin that was never a
problem before. And then, of course we've already talked about
the hair changes, but we'll get into that a little
more later. So Jen, please tell us what.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
In the heck is menopause because nobody told us I know, right,
So we have phases, stages of menopause.
Speaker 5 (11:37):
We start out in premenopause, and that is us when
we were in our twenties, we.
Speaker 3 (11:43):
Had menstrul crams.
Speaker 5 (11:44):
We may had trouble sleeping at that time, mood swings, irritability, but.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
It's really and that kind of more.
Speaker 5 (11:50):
The premenopause is actually your reproductive years, and then we
head into.
Speaker 3 (11:52):
That perimenopause phase.
Speaker 5 (11:54):
You can start heading into that perimenopause phase early in
your mid thirties. Some women go late thirties. Some women
go early forties.
Speaker 3 (12:05):
It doesn't at this point. It's a span of time.
Speaker 5 (12:09):
During that period, we start to see a decline a
progesterone and a fluctuation from day to day of extra
vowel levels. You can experience night sweats or flashes or flushes,
weight gain, which Jen was talking about, and we're going
to see that in the next couple sides hot flashes.
Speaker 3 (12:24):
Low libido.
Speaker 5 (12:26):
I want to raise awareness that you start to have
mood changes as well. Depression, anxiety starts to creep in
early on. And actually the highest risk of suicide is
between ages of forty five and sixty all related to
around this perimenopause menopause transition. And I've just heard something
interesting today that are in the midiaval times or early
(12:48):
eighteen hundreds, the witches.
Speaker 3 (12:49):
You know, we're basically.
Speaker 5 (12:51):
Women menopause a women who men thought were crazy.
Speaker 3 (12:55):
And so yeah, we head into the menopause.
Speaker 5 (12:58):
Menopause is defined as one full year of without mensis.
If there's any bleeding or spotting even in between that time,
the clock starts over, so you do it is good
to look at blood work. Sometimes you can go into
early menopause when progesterone levels drop, and then after that,
obviously when you're hit that one year of no mensis,
(13:19):
you have no hormones and you're in the post menopause base.
Speaker 3 (13:23):
So it's a very short window.
Speaker 5 (13:25):
We During that time you have more bone laws, urinary track,
infections from vaginal microbiome changing risk, heart disease, and the.
Speaker 3 (13:35):
Likes of keep head on to the next one. How
do we get to this point?
Speaker 5 (13:39):
Well, Women's the Women's Health Initiative that was published in
two thousand and two, they produced a the largest study
and still to date of a lot of misinformation, and
what it did was basically stated, They stated falsely that
all hormones can cause breast cancer, heart disease, strokes, and that.
Speaker 3 (14:00):
We know today is not the case. We know it's
not true.
Speaker 5 (14:02):
We are now understanding and doing more research now with
hormones to understand actually that hormones have a good prognosis
and women who are on hormones and get breast cancer. Ironically,
so there is a lot more coming on. But because
during that time we went two decades of no hormones,
education was stopped. People women were left to defend for themselves.
(14:27):
It was like one day they were doctors of providers
were prescribing, and the next day gone. So till still
to this date, the NIH is only spending about eleven
percent of money on women's studies, which is really kind
of sad because there definitely needs to be a lot
more information. There's a lot of misinformation out.
Speaker 3 (14:45):
There right now.
Speaker 5 (14:46):
And we can thank Mary Claire as being one voice
in Oprah Rimfrey as another voice because she just had
a recent levised about menopause, But.
Speaker 3 (14:55):
There's a lot of misinformation.
Speaker 5 (14:57):
And then, you know, we are still trying to backped
and instead of getting an antidepressant, maybe possibly let's look
at hormones. So Hart is not the villain. I'm going
to share it with you.
Speaker 3 (15:06):
What is the villain?
Speaker 4 (15:08):
All right?
Speaker 3 (15:08):
And you know something else I think is interesting is
like all of these women will complain to their doctor,
and complain is not even like the right word. I
feel like it's I'm going to go explain what is
happening to me, and just ten percent get a prescription
for what they need. Everyone else just gets an anti depressant.
I think that is insane and terrifying. So anyway, that's
(15:29):
my two cents.
Speaker 5 (15:30):
So in the menopausal phase. We wanted to bring this
up to your attention that all of your systems are affected. Everybody's,
every woman's system, the reproductive, your brain. I had a
good example of patient who had stopped her hormones and
it really was affecting her. And she was like, I
think have cancer. I think you know, I've lost twenty pounds.
I'm really depressed. I said, okay, do we need an antidepressant.
(15:54):
What do we need to do, and let's get let's
get some blood work. And ironically she had stopped all
of our hormones and and so she had to go
back on the harmons.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
The moment she put was back on.
Speaker 5 (16:04):
She was, you know, her sense of elation and you
know her mood had significantly improved. Some women need that
for their brain. Someone need it for their mood. Cardiovascular disease,
we see more heart disease. We see the vessels of
the heart become more hardened, blood pressure goes up. Respiratory issues,
we see more seapap need where sleep abnea, and we're
(16:26):
gonna talk about sleep apnea.
Speaker 3 (16:27):
Sleep is very important.
Speaker 4 (16:29):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (16:29):
Bone loss, bone density loss, the most amount of bone
loss is actually done during this perimenopause, menopause transition. They've
looked at this, they've studied this, and so if you're
at high risk I'm being one of them, is that
the smaller frame you are, the more at risk you are,
and so you have to take measures now before you
get into that menopause state. I'm not far from gen
(16:51):
I'm just a few years behind, but I'm already to
be on symptoms.
Speaker 3 (16:54):
I'm blazing the trail. So bones anyway, it's not that bad.
Speaker 5 (17:02):
Okay, So we're gonna talk about metabolic system on the
next side.
Speaker 3 (17:06):
Okay, all right, So this is You're welcome everybody. That's me,
that's this is Jen.
Speaker 5 (17:11):
What we don't talk about are two hormones unrelated to
estra dile progesterone to salscerone.
Speaker 3 (17:17):
These are the grellin and the leptin.
Speaker 5 (17:19):
And what happens is is when our estra diyle levels
are start bouncing around, and when they're down, you end
up having more cravings of hunger and then leptin sensitivity
where it's you're you're also I'm hungry and my cravings
are more and I you lose that sense of fullness,
you have reduced activity, you become slower to recover, and
(17:40):
then you have a redis distribution of belly of fat
instead of even seer gen storing it.
Speaker 3 (17:46):
And are really.
Speaker 5 (17:48):
Forget We're going to talk about her case specifically. But
sleep becomes a problem. Some people complain of hot flashes
the corse, the levels start rising at night, and then
that also can lead to belly fat.
Speaker 3 (18:00):
Does cortisol going up make you wake up? Yes, okay,
I'm the poster child, okay, and you're gonna see it
from my lab works. I got into this like cycle
where I would go to sleep and then clockwork wake
up at three every time, every time, and then of
course couldn't fall back asleep because then your mind starts raising.
(18:20):
Of course, But yeah, the insamia and the hot flash.
Like I didn't have hot flashes, which is I think
what I thought the only metabolic or the only menopause
symptom was, you know, according to I don't know everyone,
but I never had those, so like the only one
I didn't have. I had like thirty five other ones,
but not that one. So anyway, I had no idea
that cortisol was causing me to never sleep.
Speaker 5 (18:42):
So one of to add this in so you can
get a visualization of what is the villain.
Speaker 3 (18:47):
Well, the villain is the visceral fat that you can
see there.
Speaker 5 (18:49):
That is the fat that lines the organs, lines around
the liver, and that is what we don't want because
that actually causes more inflammation, leads to more disease processes,
and so we are all trying to avoid that. And
so you're going to learn tonight.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
About about the mist get rid of that mad That's
what we're gonna do.
Speaker 5 (19:11):
So we don't want to test. You want to You
don't want to guess, you want to test. And before
I look at anybody, even if they tell me, oh,
I haven't had a period in four years, does not
necessarily mean that they're full menopause. Ironically, I know that
sounds crazy, but when you start looking at the LH
and F s H, which is really these hormones that
stimulate any kind of uh follicle ovary turnover, you're looking
(19:37):
at that, but you're also checking then the estrogen levels,
your progesterone, and then you can see their thiroorid is
included because that's a hormone. And I love a vitamin D.
I see a lot of vitamin D deficiency even though
we're here in Florida. Vitamin D is a huge hormone.
It also helps your immune system. And then obviously the
insulin levels, which there's a calculation there. You can calculate
(20:00):
if you don't get an insulin level. And so we're
checking for pre diabetes. You want to make sure we're
not going to, you know, head into that picture. That's
insulin resistance and how do we get ourselves out of
insulin resistance?
Speaker 3 (20:13):
That's the buzz. It's just a quick side note of housekeeping.
These labs. We've listed them all out in a checklist
that you can take to your doctor so that you
can advocate for yourself, you know, and say these are
the labs that I want. Those are available through a
PDF and they should be on the Medpossible page. Whoever
(20:34):
invited you will have access to this. Maybe we can
get them in the chat. I have no idea.
Speaker 5 (20:38):
Yeah, this is just a screenshot of labs for Jen's case.
So there's a lot more labs that I get that
you can bring tick to your primary and see if
they're willing to draw them. So in her case, you
can see her insulin.
Speaker 3 (20:49):
Level was nine.
Speaker 5 (20:50):
I like an insulin level of less than six. Her
quartersol level was forty four point six.
Speaker 3 (20:55):
That is extremely high.
Speaker 5 (20:57):
So that waking up at two or three in the
morning and not going back to bed is telling her
brain that she.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
Is in fight or flight mode.
Speaker 5 (21:04):
She is ready to start her day, and you can
see it is impacting and impacted her glucose at one
thirty one. So that all led to her picture of
being pre diabetic. With the hemoglobin a one c F
five point eight. We knew her extra dial levels were
gonna be low. We knew her UH testosterone.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
Was level was low. Obviously progesterone.
Speaker 5 (21:24):
You weren't skipping periods yet though, right, okay, so she
was still menstruating. And then obviously her thyroid panel at
that time looked pretty good for her. And then vitamin
D and magnesium levels were also within range, so that
they were optimized.
Speaker 3 (21:38):
I found out that vitamin D was coming from cottage cheese.
She was eating lie and yogurt. She'd getting a long koger,
lots of protein.
Speaker 5 (21:44):
Yeah, okay, so we reverse this insulin resistance metabloc syndrome picture.
We need to lower down the insulin. So Virgin, we
made some big adjustments and your nutrition. We trimmed down
her color intake. Right, you want your We're going to
talk about how to eat on the next upcoming slides,
(22:05):
but really you want to start consuming less calories towards.
Speaker 3 (22:08):
The end of the day.
Speaker 5 (22:09):
You want to make sure you don't go to bed
on a full stomach.
Speaker 3 (22:12):
We want to.
Speaker 5 (22:15):
She was already you're doing resistance training. So she was
already doing the resistance training that is needed, and we
recommend about three.
Speaker 3 (22:21):
Or four times a week.
Speaker 5 (22:22):
And then we saw we started some adaptogens and utilizing
them at night with progesterone, and that really helped to
calm you and get some sleep. And then we started
some testosterone which also helped mobilize the fat. Right, and
so we were seeing significant improvements. And we also put
(22:43):
a glucose meter on the back of her arm so
she could figure out what foods were triggering her sugars.
Speaker 3 (22:50):
Yes, and I also wanted to see if I could
still have a bourbon every once in a while and
what that would do. It's good news, but if we
still need to limit it, but it was good news.
No Freney drinks ladies, just cut that out. Okay, so
just one more time because I like to show you
my fat belly before. This is what fifteen pounds of
(23:10):
inflammation looks like. Yes, for sure.
Speaker 5 (23:13):
And let me just also add that progesterone for her
was also lack of progestionin was causing a lot of blooting.
So that picture too does show she probably hasn't bloating
going on.
Speaker 3 (23:23):
I know you're removing your bowels regularly.
Speaker 5 (23:24):
Yes, so we know when that progesterone and hormone levels decline,
that microbiome, your gut microbiome changes and you have to
feed it. We're going to talk about what you nutrition
wise to feed the gut, but that certainly does contribute.
Speaker 3 (23:38):
Okay, Yeah, we absolutely like took a nutritional assault to this,
which we will explain to you guys. There's probiotics involved,
there's el carnatine involved, there's a mela involved, There's a
lot going on to attack and reduce that fifteen pounds.
So we love this slide.
Speaker 2 (23:54):
What is it?
Speaker 3 (23:55):
Me and Jen?
Speaker 5 (23:55):
So we're all going to go through menopause one hundred
percent of us. We don't escape it. We uh, it's
always everybody has different symptoms. Some women can actually just
go through menopause.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
As a breeze. You've already experienced.
Speaker 5 (24:08):
Some of GEN symptoms. I'm now experiencing some of those symptoms.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
A couple of years.
Speaker 5 (24:12):
I'm going to be turning fifty. So we all are
in a different place, but we all go through it.
Speaker 3 (24:17):
Yeah, And I watched the Oprah Special Guys, and I
thought it was really interesting when Oprah asked Holly Berry,
what surprises you the most about menopause? And she's like,
I thought I was gonna I thought it was going
to skip it. Oh like it was going to skip her. Yeah,
And Oprah like was like what, and she goes, well,
I had, you know, been taking really good care of myself.
I was doing all the things and eating right and
(24:38):
working out, and I thought it was gonna skip me. Well,
I was like, oh my god, same, I thought it
was gonna skip me too. So anyway, it turns out
now didn't.
Speaker 5 (24:48):
So we want to talk about pillars when we address
and some resistance for GEN or anybody that I sit
down with. One the pillar is nutrition and you're gonna
learn that you can't eat enough in one day to
get the minerals and new trains that you need. As
we age, we need more nutritional minerals and vitamins, and
(25:09):
so you have to supplement. So we're gonna learn about that.
We're gonna talk further about that.
Speaker 3 (25:13):
Movement. It's not optional. You have to move.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
I always say after you eat, you need to move,
don't sit and we'll just watch TV.
Speaker 3 (25:22):
We strive for.
Speaker 5 (25:23):
Seven thousand steps, seven to ten thousand steps, fifteen thousand
if you can do it. Resistance train is huge. You
need to that helps the grellin and there's craving hormones.
We were talking about that grellin and leptin. That actually
helps with leptin sensitivity and so that we know that
muscle is the organ of longevity. So you have to
move and you've got to move more now. So like
(25:44):
our little lady here holding a three pound weight, she
actually needs to be holding probably a heavier weight. And
even into your sixties and seventies, we need to be
lifting weights. It's not it's to your weight resistance not
not to what you think think it should be. We
are unfortunately training like men and have been for many years,
and the research is now changing that women can't train
(26:06):
like men. So one of the other pillars is sleep.
It's very important to make sure some people have oar rings.
I love that some people have those bed pods that
where they monitor the temperature at night.
Speaker 3 (26:19):
I love that.
Speaker 5 (26:21):
But you have to make sure you're getting seven to
nine hours of sleep. You really want to try to
get rins sleep, get into that dream state, you have
to utilize a sleep regimen. We can't, you know, we
have to make ourselves good aout and you can't be
on your phones all night, waking up at two or
three in the night.
Speaker 3 (26:37):
It doesn't help either.
Speaker 5 (26:38):
So we need to make sure we're taking appropriate supplementation
progesterones and example, if you can't take hormones, then there's supplementation.
We have great products to help that are on the
market to help with symptoms and to get induced that sleep,
and definitely need the adapter gens, the ashwaganda to leave
(26:58):
the stress or the MoU mio. Those are certain you know,
rodola or certain herbs that can help induce that.
Speaker 3 (27:04):
And we're going to talk about some of those and
why are they're beneficial In just a moment, Let's talk
about the movement really quick though. It says seven thousand
steps a day, is that sufficient? And then as far
as resistance, how many times a week should you be
doing that? So seven good question.
Speaker 5 (27:19):
You know, if you take the average population, most people
are not getting seven thousand steps today.
Speaker 3 (27:26):
They're probably only getting three to five thousand steps.
Speaker 5 (27:29):
I always say, challenge yourself and increase up by a
thousand steps every day if you can get to that
goal of ten thousand, okay, and then resistance train I
would say three.
Speaker 3 (27:41):
Times a week. Okay, fair enough?
Speaker 4 (27:44):
All right.
Speaker 5 (27:46):
Balancing hormones is key. We talked about that with Jen
and her case today. Obviously, mental and emotional being, you
got to clear your mind. You have to come up
with ways that are going to help you destress, whether
it is walking on the ocean, you know, getting the
ocean breeze, meditation, prayer, reading, whatever is going to help
to relieve stress. That it is not the best way
(28:06):
to then reach for the glass of wine.
Speaker 3 (28:09):
You know.
Speaker 5 (28:09):
We always like, oh, let's sa it's wind n let's
wind down wine, you.
Speaker 3 (28:13):
Know, wind down Wednesday, wind down Wednesday.
Speaker 5 (28:16):
And then yeah, so we want to kind of try
to minimize that part of it because actually the alcohol
can interrupt your sleep and so sometimes you need other
like melitonin for sleep too.
Speaker 2 (28:27):
But whatever, to get.
Speaker 5 (28:28):
To that emotional and well being mental state you definitely
you know adapter gens Ashwagander agreed for that as well.
And then I put on hydration. I don't think people
drink enough. We're going to talk how to eat in
a minute, but the hydration is key in terms of
the at least getting half of your body weight and
non cafinated fluids okay.
Speaker 3 (28:47):
Well, and with respect to the mental and emotional wellbeing,
I think a huge part is finding your purpose. Uh.
You know, this is a time in life where a
lot of us are experiencing empty nest and the kids
off to college, and all of a sudden we're like,
what am I doing with my life? And I think
it is more impactful than we give it credit for.
(29:08):
And we're like quietly suffering through that. And so for
me having this renewed passion for something in this community
in and of itself, just working with Jen on this
has given me something exciting to do. As you know,
I still have a child at home, but just it's
showing me a path forward to be excited about life,
(29:30):
and I think that's really important. I don't think enough
people are talking about that.
Speaker 5 (29:33):
You know, everybody is working or there we're working towards
something and then sometimes that you need a pivot and change.
So it's always going to have another good, something other
than work that makes you happy.
Speaker 3 (29:44):
Ye okay, So.
Speaker 5 (29:46):
We're all talks at Barbiees. We are exposed to toxins
throughout our day. Even at the start of the day,
we're exposing ourselves to toxins classics. Somebody to speed u up,
because I know we're time rise, but parasites, we're not
moving as much. We have environmental stressors, but the toxins,
the pesticides, the herbicides you might be familiar with, you
(30:07):
might be eating organic, but still then we're still It
doesn't matter how clean.
Speaker 3 (30:12):
Of a lifestyle that you try to live.
Speaker 5 (30:14):
A UKA app everything with my daughter, we try to
the best, but we're still exposed. And what happens is
the reason this is in here is those endocrine disruptors
of these toxin sit on your hormone receptor sites and
so it's really important that you detox. It's really important
that you clean out the liver that the liver has
time to detox. That's why sleep is also very important
because we need to metabolize estrogens. We need to you
(30:38):
know back to that visceral fat. These toxins can get
stored in the fat or fat cells, and those fat
cells is what leads to the cancers down the road.
So that is why I didn't clarify earlier. But why
then the visceral fat is the villain. So all this
toxins and whatnot can disrupt your bipro biome, can disrupt
(30:59):
your hormones. And so that's that's where we're yours right
to learn a little more. Ron Yes, how we can.
Speaker 3 (31:06):
And the Good Energy book that you see on that slide, guys,
that's your first Easter egg for the night. This is
one of the resources that we love. This book. We
both read it and there is a chart in this
book that says, Okay, these are the micro nutrients that
you need to get. I thinks page like one fifty seven,
and so part of the nutrition routine that Gen recommended
for me covers every single thing in the chart, with
the exception of like one thing, and you get it
(31:28):
from a steak. Right. So I think it's important to
start educating yourself not on just like oh, I'm eating clean,
Well what does that even mean? Because the bottom line
is we can't even eat enough food stay in a
calorie deficit. If we're trying to maintain our weight, we
can't even eat enough food to get these nutrients. Okay,
you can't. You'd be eating bushels of spinach and partens
(31:50):
of strawberries and you know, buckets of blueberries. Like nobody's
going to eat this much. You don't have this much
time and nobody wants to eat this much. So part
of what this Good Energy book does that I think
is exciting is it like summarizes all the nutrients that
we know we need. And she even doctor Casey Means
has a chapter on women in menopause and the nutrients
that we need. So we've taken that book into account
(32:12):
in the in the next section of this presentation, and
I think it's going to help you be less overwhelmed.
If you've listened to that book or read that.
Speaker 5 (32:20):
Book, you close it and you're like, uh, well you
just said now what I do right.
Speaker 3 (32:24):
Well, this is like what to do after you read
that book. So it's coming up and we're going to
simplify it. And Gie's just a tidbit too.
Speaker 5 (32:30):
I thought this was interesting, but they have actually researched
Cord placental chords and the mother can actually transmit up
to two hundred or one hundred and seventy eight.
Speaker 3 (32:40):
I think it is chemicals to the fetus to the baby. Yeah,
so it's really important people.
Speaker 5 (32:45):
I don't think we stress as society enough that we
really should be, you know, minimizing those disruptors, those toxins
that works those two Yeah, okay, So just to wrap
up before we on on my part, it's very important
to relearn.
Speaker 3 (32:59):
How to eat.
Speaker 5 (33:00):
You have to ask yourself, are we hungry or is
it the hormones, because you could say, well I just eat,
I don't know why I'm still hungry. So one, we
need to make sure we're eating enough protein as well.
So we're going to prioritize protein. And I always say,
let's strive for one gram per pound of desired weight.
And honestly, if you want body recomposition, you need to
(33:22):
eat more protein. So you need to eat really one
and a half to almost two grams per pound of
desired weight. So if your weight, I don't know if
you want to reveal your weight, but you were eating,
you eat how much protein a day? I shoot for
one hundred and fifteen grams Okay, that's great, And how
do you monitor that from my fitness now?
Speaker 3 (33:41):
I actually just at this point have been doing it
for so long that I okay, I keep it running total.
You know what food? Yeah, okay, I do, and I
have I kind of map it out, like this is
one I'm gonnaving for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. You
have to plan. Yeah, you got a plan. If you
enter your day without a plan for protein, you're probably
gonna fail.
Speaker 2 (33:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (33:58):
I would always say you to my fitness pal. That
is a great start, and then you can see how
much you're not getting it. And then you want to
eat slowly and mindfully. You want to make sure that
you don't overstuff, and you want to also what.
Speaker 3 (34:14):
You were able to eat before you can't get away with.
Speaker 5 (34:16):
When you go into menopause, you develop new food allergies,
You develop more bloating or abdominal pain to certain foods
as well, So that's a big one.
Speaker 3 (34:27):
And then obviously healthy fats and fiber. Fiber is huge.
Speaker 5 (34:30):
You have to feed the microbiome with the proper nutrients
that it needs, and fiber is a huge resource for that.
And then obviously healthy fats and then timed eating. That
can be meaning you're cut you have a cutoff time
and you're eating less calories towards the end of the day,
or it can be in a rent fasting, which I'm
not a huge ban for this period in life of
(34:51):
menopause because it stresses the body out. Jen woke up
with a fasting sugar of one thirty one. You were
not eating at the time. We also, and she can
tell you she started increasing and starting her protein first thing,
within thirty minutes of your day, right, Yeah.
Speaker 3 (35:06):
I have thirty grams of protein before I USU eat
a cup of coffee. It's like the first thing I do.
So I get that into the shake. It's super easy.
She'd have to be right.
Speaker 5 (35:14):
Well, I recommend the thirty thirty thirty rule, thirty grams
of protein within thirty minutes of waking up, followed by
thirty minutes of activity.
Speaker 3 (35:21):
All right, I think I'm nailing that. I nailed that today,
for sure. I nailed that. It's all about the little wins, everybody. Okay,
So from here we're going to go into the nutrition
routine that Jen recommended for me, and the supplements that
I take are from a company called live pure. They
are amazing. We're going to talk about what makes them
so amazing in a little while, But what I want
(35:43):
to do is talk about how this nutrition plan has
created a clean slate.
Speaker 5 (35:49):
Right.
Speaker 3 (35:50):
So she said that your estrogen receptors are all over
your body and that's what's causing things like vertigo and
brain fog, all the things. Right, So we got to
clean off theen receptors. And I think the biggest point
I want to make is that if your body doesn't
have a clean slate, all of the hormone replacement therapy
in the world is not going to really do that
much because it's not getting to your receptors. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (36:12):
Remember that slide with the toxic barbie. Yeah, that's what
you want to get.
Speaker 3 (36:16):
You want to clean that. We have to cleanse, balance,
cleanse out the toxins, balance everything that's going on in
our bodies, and build up the nutrition that we're lacking
because we're not getting it in our food because we can't.
We just simply cannot eat our way into that. So
just think this whole time. This is the clean slate
nutrition plan, and that's this is what's going to help
me get my hormones balanced. It's nutrition before hormones. So
(36:40):
here we go. This is what my routine looks like.
The second thing, big point I want to make is
if you can't create a doable routine for yourself, it
doesn't matter. If you aren't getting it in, it doesn't matter.
So at the end of the day, I was like, Jen,
whatever you recommend, it needs to be like the gar
animals of supplements. Make it, make so and make it easy.
Speaker 2 (37:01):
So this is what we.
Speaker 3 (37:02):
Started with, and I'm going to walk you through what
these why these are important, and which nutrients I'm banging
out by this routine that are so important for menopause.
We will cover most of it. We will not cover
all of it because we don't want to be here
for three hours, but we're going to get started. So
I'm kicking off the day with a probiotic first thing
in the morning. And that little tub you see of
(37:24):
organic sulfur so sulfur is uh. It's a mineral and
it used to be very prevalent in our soil, but
because of the way we farm, it is less prevalent
to not prevalent in our vegetables, in our fruits, and
in our animals because they're grazing out there, and it's
not coming up from the soil anymore. Okay, so the
way we farm has extracted that mineral. Our bodies really
(37:46):
need that mineral. So we start the day with a
couple scoops of sulfur dissolved and we're water. Shoot it back,
take a probiotic, slam down my protein shake, take my
dog for a walk. Okay, that's it. Then I come
back in and it's time for breakfast. I'm gonna have
a smoothie, and this is how I get the majority
of the minerals and vitamins in in one quick drink.
(38:08):
So this takes like two minutes, and I'm gonna walk
you through what these products are in the next couple
of sides. So I won't walk you through what they
are right now, but as you can see, there's some scooping,
there's some pouring, there's some blending, and we're done. And
then midday, I'm giving myself a little treat. Sometimes I
drink these all together, sometimes I drink them separately. It
just depends on how I feel about water that day.
(38:30):
Sometimes I get really bored with water, so I like
to like spice it up. So there's a couple of
things that I take mid day. Those are they have
L carnatine in them to help me convert fat into
energy when I'm starting to feel a little at the midday.
There's a probiotic in there that's the meat collagen, and
then there's some greens. Then right before bed, I'm coming
in hot with some calcium and magnesium to help me sleep.
(38:54):
There's some fiber there in the mela, and then there's
something called serene here at the bottom, which we will
talk about. It is. It is amazing. You don't have
ticket at night. You just take it any time you're
gonna stress out. Okay, that's what you want. Take a serene.
Don't kill anyone, take a serene. Okay. So let's walk
through these really quick. And I like to call this
section eating for your symptoms. Right, So the mood I
(39:17):
want to kill someone, what should we be taking. So
we're gonna kick it off with Oshawa Ganda. It reduces
I have notes, guys, because this is too much for
my foggy little brain to remember. So just there'll be
a little bit of this forgive me. Oshwa Ganda reduces
stress and anxiety, and it supports hormone balance and mood stability.
So it's a good one. You're gonna you probably have
seen it all over TikTok and heard all about it.
(39:38):
You can't get this in your groceries. It's a root.
What are you gonna do? Go find an oshwaganda root
and count it, pound it with a fork.
Speaker 2 (39:44):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (39:44):
I don't think you're gonna do that. So anyway, we
get it by taking Serene. And there's also Focus, which
is the green bag there. That's a scoop and it
is amazing, Uh, replacement for things like celsius h and energy.
You're drinks and those of you who can't drink caffeine. Yeah,
monster drinks, people who can't really tolerate coffee. This is
(40:08):
your jam. And it's called Focus because it helps you
actually focus. Next, we have l fianine. It promotes relaxation
and reduces stress. Again amazing. We have that l fianine
in two of the products here, Daily Build and Focus.
So Daily Build is our multi vitamin twenty three minerals
and vitamins. It's a liquid. It also comes in capsules
(40:28):
for when you travel or if you just prefer that
you just I throw it in my smoothie. But the
back of this thing reads like your entire medicine cabinet.
So I want you, guys, after this to go like
this to your medicine cabinet. Count the number of bottles
you have. I'm sure I'm going to assure you that
everything you have is probably in this bottle. And it's
one little shot, super simple. I love that B six
(40:52):
is going to alleviate the mood swings and it supports
brain health and energy. You can eat this. This you
can get from food, poultry, fish, chickpeas, bananas, or you
could supplement them with focus and daily build and even
go In has B six in it. So go In
is like wine without the alcohol. It is a calming elixir.
(41:14):
It is based on Eastern medicine. It's full of Chinese herbs,
it tastes delicious. Your children will absolutely adore it, and
it's really good for teenagers because God played a trick.
He gave us teenage girls at the same time he
gave us pyimenopause. So somebody needs to open a bottle
of go In and calm down. So you're gonna want
to do that, And then mummioh is the last one.
(41:36):
So you might have heard hilogit sometimes it's referred to
as that, and that's a root. You can't really get
it from food, but that's in serene and it helps
support your body's natural ability to chill out and handle stresses.
It's an adaptogen, right, yeah, okay, so we love that.
That's eating for mood. So if you want to feel happy,
these are some things that will help you, Okay. Bone health,
(41:58):
we talked about this with a being a big one.
This is a big one. And also for bone health.
I am walking with a way to jacket now I
think that helps as well to help with bone densitynsity. Yes,
so that's part of bone health, right, bone density, bone health, yes, right, okay.
Collagen really good for your hair, skin, and nails, we
know this, but also good for your bone strength and
(42:18):
your joint health. You can get this with bone broth
and things like that. But me collagen is delicious and
includes five thousand milligrams of biotin hyaluronic acid. It's hydrolyzed
type one and three collagen, which is the highest premium
collagen you can get. And then the thing that's cool
about this collagen is also a probiotic and there's seventeen
(42:39):
billion Korean probiotics in this, so it's amazing for the skin, hair,
and nails. So I prefer to get my collagen in
that way. Calcium fantastic for your bones. We know this.
Do you really want to drink gallons of milk? No,
you don't, it's gross. So it's easier to get calcium,
(43:00):
nice clean, plant based version of calcium into your body
with calcium MK. But there's also magnesium and vitamin D
and vitamin K in there, and those things work together.
So you're not gonna absorb calcium unless it has the
right things with it. So you can go take your
centrum calcium whatever's all day long and they're gonna sit
in your gut. But this is a liquid form and
(43:21):
it absorbs really really quickly, and it tastes kind of
it tastes pretty yummy. Vitamin D, so it aids with
calcium absorption for the bone health. It is in the
calcium at the perfect amount. You could eat your way
into some vitamin D, fatty fish, cod liver oil, eggs,
beef liver, fortified milks, cheese, yogurt. Again, you could just
(43:43):
eat all day. I guess, or you could take one
shot of.
Speaker 5 (43:47):
Daily bill chambering and we didn't talk about your level.
Bit her level was like seventy eight.
Speaker 3 (43:52):
Which is phenomenal, pretty good. It's greed sometimes I win.
All my other labs were not winning, but that one
was really good.
Speaker 2 (44:00):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (44:00):
Sure Timic reduces inflammation and joint pain, so that's a
really good one. It's a rude also, but it is
prevalent in daily build. So if you want to have
good bones, that's your move. Brain health, brain health, Rodeola Rosea. Okay,
So this is when I hear a lot on all
(44:21):
of the tiktoks. The algorithm knows that I have menopause.
It just gives me just menopause of that and people
laughing about women in space. I don't know that's what's
happening this week, but anyway, so I just get a
lot of menopause tiktoks, and I see a lot about
Rodeola Rosea, and then I get her TikTok. I know.
I send them all a jen I'm like, is this true?
So anyway? Whatever? And usually it is. So it's a
(44:41):
powerful adaptogen that reduces fatigue and enhances stamina. So you know,
when it comes to the brain, you can start to
feel a little sluggish. So this one's really good in
the brain. It is not found in foods, so I
get it from Serene. The alphianine again promotes relaxation, reduces stress,
and supports cognitive function. I love that for us. We
get that in focus, or used to be called energy.
(45:03):
It's now called focus. You can drink green tea and
black tea to get that as well. And then B
six alleviates moodswings. I think we already talked about this one.
We love that you can get it from poultry and fish,
but we love this bottle to go in and that's
how I'm getting the B six and that's how I'm
getting the boost in the brain health. By the way,
I told you that story about the lady I paid
fifty six thousand dollars a year to be my brain.
(45:25):
When I started taking Mela, which is the purple bag,
it's that's microsliced chia. And it's not just any microsliced chia,
you guys. And we'll get to like really explaining what
that is. It is full of omegas. And my brain
like fired back up and I started doing the things
I had asked her to do. And she's like, why
are you doing my job? Boss? And I'm like, oh
(45:47):
my god, I'm doing your job. So I gave her
a different job and she'dn't have to be my brain
anymore because my brain came back. And secretly I thought
I had dementia, but I don't, so I'm very excited
about that. So anyway, brain health, if you're into your
brain working, these are your moves, all right, fatigue again,
rodeola rosea. Iron B twelve and B six, so iron
you can get all day long from meat. I'm like
(46:08):
losing myself. Hold on one second, where am I.
Speaker 5 (46:12):
Here? I am?
Speaker 3 (46:13):
Okay? Iron B twelve and B six. So B six
alleviates mood swings and supports brain health, and the B
twelve supports nerve health and aids in red of blood
cell reproduction. So that's pretty great. But iron iron is
in daily build. But I do feel like you have
to also eat your way into enough iron.
Speaker 5 (46:32):
Yeah she's working in a cast iron cook on a
cast iron pan.
Speaker 3 (46:35):
Okay, Yeah, Like there's some in daily build, but it's
not enough. So there's meats, sardines, beans, dark chocolate, and
pumpkin seeds. So who knew there's some iron and pumpkin seeds.
So there we go, and that's supposed to be really good.
That it's the buzz. Now with the hair, Oh really, yeah,
I need to eat some pumpkin seeds. Okay, hair, skin,
and nails. So we've talked about the meat collagen. It
(46:57):
is amazing for hair, skin, and nails. We've talked about
IoT in. Vitamin E amazing vitamin is a powerful antioxidant
that helps protect your skin cells. I did not know
this about vitamini. I used to like get vitamini and
squeeze them onto my fingers because I don't know my
mom taught me that or something. But it helps protect
your skin cells from oxidative stress. Oh yes, so obviously
(47:20):
going to be good for your hair, skin, and nails.
And tell me why probiotics are so good for your skin.
I'm pretty sure your gut hates your skin, right.
Speaker 5 (47:29):
It's the it's the inside, you know, your skin is
the exterior mirror.
Speaker 3 (47:33):
It's like it's it's like going on with the gut.
When you're when you start to break out, you know
that something's wrong with what you've been eating right. Yeah,
that's usually like I get on to Charlie, I'm like,
something's going on. Okay, yeah, you need to take a proboig.
So I'm going to pause on hair, skin, and nails.
We're eating our way through some symptoms. But what I
want to tell you guys is, while we're talking about skin,
(47:55):
it is the biggest organ of our body. And so
when we are looking at how we're taking care of
our skin, we also need to talk about what's in
those products because we're slathering them all over our skin
and it's getting absorbed like immediately, okay, And so I
want to take a pause because the raffle tonight is
for a full set of Sensia skincare. It's Korean skincare.
(48:20):
It's one hundred percent plant based Korean skincare, and every
single ingredient is EWG rated. And if you haven't heard
of what WG is, it's Environmental Working Group and they
rate products based on levels of toxicity and they look
at things like cancer risk, and they look at allergies
(48:40):
and immune suppression, and they look at disruptors of endocrine
you know, and reproductive systems, and you like start thinking
about your kids and You're like, wait a minute, what
are they putting on their face? You know these teenage
girls they're going to Sephora and Alta and they are
slathering crazy, like insane amounts of product, like thirty products
their face. They get ready with me videos, Are you
(49:01):
kidding me? They take like ten minutes and these girls
are just it's like one hundred steps. Okay, Well, what's
in all those products that's going on their face? Right?
So I've started looking up all of the products on EWG.
And I used to be a huge abogie snob and
a bajie is like, it works. My skin looked great,
but then I looked it up and it's full of
stuff that I don't want to put on my body.
(49:24):
And so is My daughter used to love Mario Bidescu,
me too, Yeah, and then Zoe. One time I got
a gift for Zoe. It's extremely expensive and it felt
very bougie for like all twenty seven days that the
whole kit lasted, and then it ran out and then
I was like, oh, just it was amazing, let me
go replace it. And then I had sticker shock and
then we never did that again. So Zo is fabulous,
(49:46):
but it is also not the cleanest, right, So I
would encourage you to go to the EWG website and
look up what you're using on your face, and look
up what your kids are using on their face. I
looked up Clear Clear. I look with Nutrigina Clinique. Yeah,
what that marketing is amazing. I thought that was always
the cleanest brand. Okay, but anyway, dove, go look at
(50:07):
them all, figure out what your kids are using, and
then know that you can come back to Cinsia Skincare.
Fantastic for your kids too. My daughter is twenty three.
She will never turn back. The Sinsia Skincare is the
highest rating that you can get on the EWG rating,
and there's multiple products in the skincare line and they
are rated. So anyway, we'll stop that infomercial in EWG.
(50:31):
But here's a look at the Sinsia skincare line that
some lucky host this is gonna win tonight. There's a cleanser,
a toner in a light emulsion, and then a cream.
Speaker 6 (50:40):
That is like h it is amazing. So anyway, you
can learn more about that from whoever invited you. Okay, inflammation,
back to eating.
Speaker 3 (50:51):
For your pain sent us, that's right, pain. So I
have a friend Teresa Gonzalez that Rachel is gonna pull
up for me in just a minute. And what I
want to talk about real quickly, with inflammation, you got
to attack it from the inside out. There's no stretching
that's going to do anything for your inflammation. So organic
sulfirstball your number one tool in the tool belt to
(51:14):
battle inflammation. But tumerk's really powerful too, and We've talked
about both of these things. So I'm not going to
go through everything all again, but i will concentrate on
foll late because it aids in cellular or pair of
your DNA production, So that's an important one. And for us,
the daily build has the full late in it. And
we again we've talked about all of these things. These
(51:34):
three products that you're looking at have those things. So
I'm going to turn it over to miss Teresa, who's
a really good friend of ours, and she is going
to talk about her little inflammation journey. Hi.
Speaker 7 (51:46):
Thanks for having me.
Speaker 6 (51:48):
Yes.
Speaker 7 (51:48):
So, when I was in my late twenties, I started
having a lot of inflammation. And I've already been kind
of a I've already been a health nut, but I
just kind of attribute it to being a runner.
Speaker 3 (52:00):
I've been in sports since I've been in middle.
Speaker 7 (52:02):
School, probably elementary, and so I just you know, from
being running a runner.
Speaker 3 (52:06):
I just attributed to that. But man, then I got
plant of fasci iis and I started getting a lot of.
Speaker 7 (52:13):
Sport injuries, shin splints, plant of fasciitis, and so that
was miserable because I love to exercise, and so yeah,
I started supplementing with a bunch of these products that
you'll hear about later tonight, and all my joint pain
went away.
Speaker 2 (52:30):
So it's amazing.
Speaker 7 (52:31):
I've never had plunt offresh i itis since I still
get to run, I still get to do all my
you know, exercises that make me feel really good, and
I no longer have like the joint pain in my knuckles,
and I even had it in my toes. So yeah,
it's been really good. So I'm a huge believer and
you are what you eat.
Speaker 3 (52:49):
And you know, when you.
Speaker 7 (52:50):
Start putting foods that fuel yourselves and deinflame the body,
it makes such an impact. And I think a huge
part of that also is detail. I'm a huge believer
in getting the toxins out. I'm a cardiac nurse. I
see a lot of sickness, and so I'm always trying
to do and put in my body the best things
that I think will help my body here from the
(53:11):
inside out. And so this stuff that you're going to
learn about tonight along with you know, all the single
vitamins and nutrients that you're hearing about.
Speaker 3 (53:22):
They're just huge.
Speaker 7 (53:23):
So I don't take ibuprofen. I can't remember the last
time I've taken ibuprofen because I know that this stuff
is so medicinal in what it does for our bodies.
Speaker 3 (53:35):
Thank you, Teresa. I love it. And she is like
totally underselling how much she runs. But okay, all right,
how do we get back to gonna have to share
my screen again? Here we go. All right, you can
see us again. Great fantastic, So thank you Teresa for
(53:58):
sharing your inflammation story. Muscles and metabolism. L Carnatine is magical.
That product you see down on the bottom right that
is has a fantastic brand called el carnipure in it
is L carnatine. It converts fat into energy. We've already
talked about protein and biotin fiber. You got to get
(54:21):
it in. You have to get it in. And I
want to spend just a second on mela. Mela is
microsliced double microsliced chia, and these are not chia seeds
from Gainesville. These are chia seeds that are harvested in
volcanic regions so that they are more packed with omegas
and ala fatty acids. And then the fiber that you
get just from a couple scoops of mela blows the
(54:42):
doors off of what you could eat your way into
in one day. So I highly highly recommend that. And
then also just one quick note on insulin resistance. Actually
that's coming up in a second Heart health. We got
omega's fibers and antioxidants. That daily build that I told
(55:03):
you looks like your medicine cabinet. There's reservatrol in that,
and reservatrol is a powerhouse for the heart. You can
get it in red grapes, and you can get it
in blueberries and cranberries and nuts and things like that,
but you get a huge hit of it with the
daily build. So whoo where did I go? Okay, insulin resistance,
(55:27):
this is like near and dear to my heart, you guys,
because when Jen showed me my labs and she's like,
you're almost a type two diabetic. I freaked out. I
have worked out my whole life. You guys, like weight
has not been a problem. I'm a very active person.
I didn't see this one coming, and I think everyone
needs to go get their labs done because you can't
see it so much.
Speaker 2 (55:46):
You know.
Speaker 3 (55:47):
It kind of crept up on me. So you know,
there's a lot we can do for insulin resistance. But
all of the nutrients that you see that you get
from the products that you see reduce insulin resistance during perimenopause,
and they support blood sugar regulation. So that's what you're
going for. You need something to help the blood sugar
stop being so erratic. Fiber is going to slow the
(56:10):
glucose absorption. Magnesium and chromium and zinc are going to
increase the insulin sensitivity. Vitamin D B six, B twelve,
it helps support energy production. So all of these things
are kind of working together, and I feel like this
is the secret weapon for me personally. This is like
my three favorite all right, And she's wearing a glucose
(56:32):
monitor be cause sodad I because it's a really good idea.
And you should try it anyway. Just to summarize this,
So this is the nutrition routine that Jen has prescribed
to me. And I say prescribed because many of these
products are in the physician's desk reference. And also you
can use your HSA to pay for these, Okay, So
this is a medical expense. This is my prescription. My
(56:55):
supplements are my prescription. I happen to have a Live
Pure business. I don't ever have to pay for these.
I have built this business over the last couple of years.
I started because I was interested in improving my health.
I stick with it because it is so smart, not
(57:15):
only financially, but it is so smart for my family.
It is easy for me to get this all together
and not have to play like let me figure it
out puzzle pieces for supplementation. And you know, I've got
Rachel coming on because I really I want her to
explain what this opportunity is going to look like. If
it's something that you're looking for, and maybe you're not,
(57:37):
but maybe you are looking for your next thing. Anyway,
before we go into that, the person that invited you
has a Live Pure site and you can enjoy twenty
five percent off discount with their code, so get in
touch with the person that invited You. Don't ever pay
retail for anything. You can get twenty five percent off
and get all of those products. Some of them will
(57:59):
last you longer than a month, some of them will not.
And Rachel's going to walk you through why buying from
Live Pure is an incredible deal. But I wanted to
also mention that if you decide to try this nutrition
routine that Jen has prescribed for me, you're going to
qualify for a promotion that's happening right now. So anybody
who's a new customer to Live Pure is going to
(58:20):
have the chance to choose from five different products and
you'll get these products one of any of your choice
for a year for free. And this ends May thirty first,
So you can see there there's awesome, awesome products to
choose from. We've talked about the me collagen, but there's
also a box of ten Sensia skincare masks, so that's
pretty amazing. That's like going to the Ritz Carlton and
(58:41):
getting ten bonus masks at the end of your facial
mind blown. Anyway, the swapship is very easy, very very
easy to sign up for and it's very very easy
to pause, cancel, change, all the things that you used
to probably drive you crazy. If you've ever been in
any kind of of automated subscription before, there's none of
(59:03):
those hassles or headaches. It's very easy, very user friendly.
So what does one hundred points of product look like?
It usually looks like whatever the three products are you
ran out of. It's three products and you're gonna run
out of them. If you're doing my routine, you run
out a daily build, you'll run out of calcium because
those are perfectly measured to have thirty servings. So anyway,
that's what smartship is. I want to also mention that
(59:25):
there are there were a few things in my routine
that aren't in that minute possible pack. Remember that little
afternoon drink. We call this skinny Greens. There's the Aquaaline,
which is amazing for fallos. The testimonies are insane. We're
gonna show a Facebook page you can go check them
all out, but you can see all these people having
these crazy results. There's a Greens product this is you know,
if you've ever heard of AG one, this is better
(59:48):
than that. And then there's the meat collagen which we've
talked about. So these three together, I added into my
Menapossible pack a little bit about aqualine because I feel
like everyone always it was like say more when you
say visceral fat, I say, say more, burn visceral fat
and turn it into metabolic energy. This is the el
carnatine working. But there's also a prebiotic to this drink
(01:00:12):
as well, so we know that we need those. You're
getting kind of two for one there, and that also
could be a smart ship. So this is also what
a one hundred points looks like. This is little skinny
greens pack, so I think that's kind of a fun
no brainer. And then I also have a vegan nutrition shake,
so this is how I get that thirty grams of
(01:00:32):
protein in the morning because I do that with Samila
and all it all works out. And that's also one
hundred points. So before I bring on Rachel, I want
to pause for the Menopause Revolution. I'm just kidding. I
just that word is in my face on the slide. No,
I want to pause and just say I watched the
Oprah special and I'm happy that there are so many
(01:00:57):
people talking about menopause. I think it's our time. It's exciting.
I feel like gen X is going to be the
generation that demystifies this. Our moms just didn't know. It's
not their fault. Nobody talked to them, so they didn't
talk to us. So we are the ones who are
going to get to talk to our daughters and make
sure that they understand what's coming down the pipe and
get prepared. And like I said, Holly Berry thought I
(01:01:19):
was going to skip her. But the other thing she
said that just like I couldn't get out of my mind,
she said, I had no concern about what anyone thought anymore.
There's a liberation that comes with that. When I realized
I didn't have to stay stuck alone in this rage
full place, then I felt the power. I think that
is huge, and that is why I asked Rachel to
(01:01:40):
jump on tonight. Because we don't have to be stuck
alone in this rageful place. We can actually feel empowered.
We can do something different. You know, I read statistics
that gen X is underfunded for their retirement. That's scary.
I read that people are a little disillusioned, they're scared
(01:02:01):
about retirement, or they don't think they're going to retire
at all. And I read the empty nester syndrome and
people wondering what to do with themselves, and all I
can think is, like, You've got to find the next
thing that has you passionate and excited. And when I
met Rachel Garcia, and I think she took over. So, Rachel,
can you put up the slide that has you on it?
(01:02:27):
I met Rachel a few years ago, and it's one
slide back, please. I met this powerhouse woman and she
just kind of like floored me a little bit. She's
been a physician's assistant, she has twenty years of experience,
she's a master's in clinical research. She's a mother of
(01:02:48):
two boys, and she has sixteen years of experience with
Live Pure, and she's coached thousands of people. But that's
not even what like just floored me so much. It
was the fact that she's also one of the nicest
peop that I've ever met. She lives two doors down
for me and has become a super close friend. And
to be this motivating and empowering to me and be
(01:03:09):
also just a good bud is kind of incredible. I
feel very blessed to have her here. I we asked
her to join us tonight, because no one knows more
about the Live Pure routine, the company, and quite frankly,
the business opportunity that is involved with Live Pure. So
I asked Rachel to come on because you need to
hear pre bearn.
Speaker 2 (01:03:31):
Well, you guys just did an amazing job. So that
was very, very fun for me to watch and listen to,
and I loved hearing you guys walk through everything. I
made some notes about some things that I need to
listen to, and I'm using canvas for the first time
for a presentation. So bear with me as I walk
my way through this. I'm going to start by sharing
my story just a little bit. How did I come
across this company. I was practicing medicine as a physician
(01:03:53):
assistant in two thousand and eight, and I was working
twelve to fourteen hour days. My boys were nine months
old and three years old at the time, and I
was looking for another stream of income because I was
working twelve to fourteen hour days and I found out
I was capped out at two hundred and fifty thousand
dollars a year. And back then in two thousand and eight,
we didn't have YouTube and TikTok and Instagram, so I
(01:04:13):
went to Barnes and Noble, which is like my favorite
place in the world, and I started doing research on
other streams of income. So my husband started a construction company,
and I opened a skincare retail store, a brick and
mortar literally location, with employees and taxes and paperwork and
all the stuff that goes with that. But the way
that I stumbled upon this, not even realizing it was
a business, was my nephew had been diagnosed with severe autism.
(01:04:34):
And if you've not been paying attention, autism is all
over the news in the last forty eight hours. In fact,
it has just been discovered that in California, one in
sixteen boys, one in sixteen are being diagnosed with autism.
It is it is catastrophic, what is happening. And in
two thousand and eight, when my sister was told your
son will never speak, he will never have more than
(01:04:56):
the mind of a three year old, I had a
lot of questions and I began, I'm doing my own research,
and started trying to do all these things that these
ladies are talking you through. I read the book The
China Study, and I had learned that plant nutrition is
really important. But I was doing what most people do.
I think who start getting into nutrition sooner or later.
Everybody figures out your body is your only body.
Speaker 3 (01:05:18):
You only get one.
Speaker 2 (01:05:20):
And we better figure out how to take care of it.
And most people, at least girls, I'm sure that I
knew how to change a tire.
Speaker 3 (01:05:27):
I got flat.
Speaker 2 (01:05:28):
Tires at the University of Florida. I could pull over
and change that tire. I could change the tire. I
knew where the jack was in the back of the
car and you had to take the tire off. But
you asked most people where they're pancreas is, where their
thyroid is or what you know, where their organs are?
They're like, I have no idea. They just don't know
which is bananas. Because we have multiple cars throughout our life.
And so I started to really dive into things I
(01:05:50):
was not taught in medical school. I was not taught
about cleansing the toxins out of your body. I wasn't
taught about pouring plant based nutrition in So I'm learning
all of this stuff really only because of my nephew's diagnosis,
and I'm trying to do it on my own. And
we have a garden and a juicer and thousands of
dollars worth of supplements, this huge, huge supplement pantry, and
we didn't travel with and we couldn't tell when we
(01:06:12):
took it. We couldn't tell when we didn't take it. It
was just like it's good for you. And so my
brothers called me and said, hey, we know you're really
into nutrition. Will you take a look at this company.
And so it'd be like hearing everything these ladies talked
about tonight and like suddenly a switch is flipped and
you're like, I need to pay more attention. But then
you go start trying to do the research on your own.
(01:06:33):
Now I have a master's degree in clinical medical sciences,
so doing that said research was probably a little bit
easier for me than someone who maybe has a degree
in business or some other kind of a degree. And
so I did all this research and then I started
buying all this stuff from seventeen different companies. And when
I found this company, I was like, they are talking
about everything I've been learning about. We must cleanse the
(01:06:56):
toxins out, we must pour plant based nutrition in. We
must get out side and move. We're sitting is the
new smoking, by the way. We must get the sunlight
to our face every day, and I'm like, who are
these people? And then I learned they'd been using it
in a clinical practice with patients for thirty years. I mean,
for me, that was the big check mark. I was like, Okay,
(01:07:17):
I can't out research thirty years. And I'm a researcher.
I couldn't out research that. So I take their daily
build and I compare it to the vitamin I'm using.
Not even close. Like the vitamin I was using, which
was really good and really expensive, didn't even come close
to what our daily build contained. The omega threes that
I was using didn't even come close to what our
mila contained. The calcium she barely touched on. The calcium,
(01:07:39):
oh my gosh, the plant based calcium with magnesium, vitamin K,
vitamin D what I was taking didn't even come close
to comparing to that they touched on. Iron Earlier, I
used to be anemic. I didn't eat a lot of
red meat. If you don't eat a lot of red meat,
one of the questions people will ask a lot is
do you guys can have products that have iron? We
have our daily build small amount of life, but our
(01:08:00):
go what goji does She mentioned goji earlier, which has
been used in the Himalayan mountains for thousands of years
and is called the happy berry because it increases the
mood at elebdo. What goji does is it allows your
body to absorb the iron out of the blood more quickly,
more naturally, so your iron levels can go up naturally.
(01:08:21):
It's pretty phenomenal stuff. And so I started binding all
these products and I was like, this is amazing. And
we start using them, expecting no results, because really, who
gets results when they take their vitamins. But within days,
my insomnia issues are gone, my son's horrible constipation issues
are gone, my husband's extreme depression anger issues. Six weeks in,
(01:08:44):
we're gone. And along the way, we're losing weight. And
so I was in my early thirties when we stumbled
upon this company. Let me see how easy this is
to oh very good when we stumbled upon this company.
And I'm gonna tell you a little bit about the company,
because it's now been sixteen years that I've been sharing
this message. Sixteen years. I've been recommending it to my patients,
my colleagues, my friends. I've been featured in books, I've
(01:09:06):
gone on Good Morning America. We've changed tens of thousands
of lives by spreading this message and by partnering with
women like Jen von Hagen and Jen Murphy who now
also have picked up this mantle of we must tell people.
Because we are very well educated women, we have the
resources to buy very expensive supplements. That's not necessary. You
(01:09:29):
don't need seven different kinds of brands of different companies.
I'm going to mix this vitamin with this omega, with
this cleanse. We have it all. It's been studied. We
have third party verification. Do you know what that means?
That means every single product they have, they send it
off to three separate laboratories to make sure that we
(01:09:49):
have the vitamin D, the vitamin K, the magnesium macacium,
the omega threees that we say we have. And you
can go do your own research on the studies that
have been done recently showing that the vitamins carry at GENC,
the vitamins carried at Walgreens and CBS, ninety percent of
them don't even contain what they say they contain. So
if you're gonna buy it, guys, if you're gonna buy
it and you're gonna supplement you need to make sure
(01:10:11):
you're putting it in your body right. You wanna make
sure it's actually good, it's actually what they say it is.
And again, if you're gonna if you're gonna skimp on something,
and this is not expensive, what we're talking about is
not expensive. If you're gonna skimp on something, skimp on
your clothes, skimp on your car, skimp on your curtains,
skimp on the flowers you're gonna buy in the spring
that I just bought today, don't skimp on what you're
(01:10:31):
feeding your house your one irreplaceable asset. So this company's
been around seventeen years. We have over four hundred healthcare
providers and literally one joining every day at least who
are saying, I'm gonna recommend this to my patients. Look
at Jen Murphy seeing patients every day, recommending these products
to her patients. She is one of over four hundred
(01:10:51):
recommending it every day. We just had a new veterinarian
en roll yesterday. I had a new dentist and roll
three days ago. We have eye doctors, have massage therapists,
We have multiple aestheticians who all that they deal with
is the skin. What Jennifer was talking about with the
ewg rating guys. Dermatology was my world for twenty years,
(01:11:12):
and I started waking up and thinking about we live
in Florida. All the sunscreen we put on our faces,
our entire lives, and then we go bake, We go
and bake in the sun. That's like putting this saran
wrap on your food and sticking it in the microwave.
What were we doing? So this company is aware, they're pure,
(01:11:33):
they're clean, They're making sure that what they give us,
it's not just something that a bunch of scientists get
together and go ooh. Health and wellness is a big
deal with the new administration of our country. It's a
big deal. Let's get some stuff together. Let's create a
new vitamin see that you can stick in your ass
or snort up your nose. Like no. They started seventeen
years ago. They had a three year waiting list of
(01:11:55):
people waiting to get started on these products. It's been
used for thirty years before the company was started. Many
of our products are one ingredient products, like the sulfur.
It's just a mineral that your body needs to work
its way.
Speaker 3 (01:12:09):
It's made to work.
Speaker 2 (01:12:10):
So we have over eighty products. They're natural, they're pure.
Many of them are in the physician's desk reference. If
you're not medical, you might not know what that means.
It's what Jen and I use to write prescriptions. We
use the PDR to write prescriptions, and our products are
in there. You purchase everything online, click of a button.
You don't have to go to the health food store
and deal with the eighteen year old walking around the corner.
(01:12:30):
Can I help you, ma'am? He makes minimum wage. You
don't need help from the eighteen year old. By the way,
if you're googling natural alternatives for metapausal symptoms, the first
fifty things that pop up somebody paid for that. Jen
is in marketing. She's paid to make things pop up
on the Internet. And she's chosen to do this on
(01:12:51):
the side. Why because you've heard it's radically impacted a
lot her life and she hasn't even told you that
the stories of her children and how it's impacted their lives.
We have a thirty day satisfaction guarantee, no question tasked
thirty days in. You're not happy, return it? Where do
you get that? Do you get that at Walgreens?
Speaker 3 (01:13:08):
No?
Speaker 2 (01:13:08):
Do you get that at Whole Foods. Absolutely not. This
is a you have really nothing to lose but weight
and hot flashes and brain fog and so much to gain.
So our people will ask I like to hit objections
head on. I've been doing this so long. I'm confident
as I'll get out people. Is it FDA approved? News flash,
Prescriptions are FDA approved, Vaccines should be FDA approved. Food
(01:13:32):
and supplements don't need FDA approval. That's like asking, is
this banana FDA approved? But we do have FDA approved
facilities because what we have is actual food, So that's
a big deal. And again, something that doesn't work, they
don't make it past two years. We've been around seventeen years,
and we're growing by the hour, by the hour. So
(01:13:54):
the package that the ladies talked about, the meta possible package,
great package. I often refer to this package is a
thirty day servicing because I talk about the kids and
the grandparents and the teens and the everybody all ages, okay,
And there's two extra products in this package that aren't
in our thirty day servicing. This is our thirty day servicing.
We're gonna service your body for thirty days. I call
(01:14:17):
it the thirty day servicing because I want you to
think of taking your car in. You know, we've had
multiple cars for a servicing. We all in Florida. We
all service our air conditioning units because we know what
happens when we don't. That's not good in Florida. Right,
But your body, we will put it through hell and back,
and then we'll be trying to find the answers on
our own, doing this crazy research on the keyboards. Unless
(01:14:41):
believing whatever's put out there. Who invited you tonight, ask
them their story. Our stories are real. They're gonna talk
about resource that you can get to where you see
thousands of testimonies. We started that one of those pages
in twenty eighteen and there's over fourteen thousand people and
they're posting testimonies daily. It's real. So you heard them
(01:15:02):
mentioning different products. Now these just so you know, we're
going through a rebranding phase. So our products are actually
going through this beautiful rebranding and you're going to see
some things that look a little different on this screen
versus maybe some other screens. This package I love because
when I got started, I was very convicted as a
mom about how I was feeding my children, and let's
(01:15:27):
face it, we're juggling a lot of plates, ladies, right,
We're juggling a lot of plates. We got to do
the homework and the laundry and get the food on
the table. And we're doing the best we can. And
when my nephew was diagnosed with autism, and I went
and did all the research and I realized it all
comes back to what they're consuming and the toxins they're
not getting out of their body. I was very convicted
and I said, I have to do better. So when
(01:15:47):
I saw this, I'm like, it's not for me. I mean,
yeay for me, but if you have a family and
you love them, for it was for me. I want
it for my husband because he's a bear, but I
do love him and I want him to last forever.
I wanted it for my kid. I wanted it for
my sister and her son. So I got what they
call the VIP package. Not because I had any interest
in building the business. I was like, I was businessed out.
(01:16:08):
I was like, I'm telling anybody about this, no way.
But I totally wanted it for my family. This has
two thirty day servicings for you and your spouse. And
then it's got our sports sign, which we haven't had
time to talk about tonight. It's got the coffee that
has cordyceps in it, which is one of the free
products we get every single month. It's got all of
the superfruits, which we've just barely been touching on tonight.
(01:16:30):
But I always say, if you're over forty or you're
on prescription medications, you want to make sure that you
get those superfruits. It's got the Korean Glass skincare. Guys,
I used to sell the most expensive skincare products in
the world. Yes, they are not nearly as safe regarding
the EWG safety rating. They don't even come close to
as safe as our products. They are four times as
(01:16:53):
expensive as our lived peer products, and these deliver results.
You should see the before and after pay pictures of
the skincare. You actually get it for free with this system.
You get the Awquaine, you get the sports line, you
get our immune boosting products. Okay, so this is the
package I started with, and within days we started to
see results. Within three months, we'd had such radical changes
(01:17:16):
with our weight, with our sleep, with my husband's depression
and anger issues, and my nephew started speaking. He was
totally nonverbal, enter lived here. He started speaking, and I said,
I'm telling the world. And I began sixteen years ago
to figure out how to share this message and listen.
I don't know if any of you've ever been involved
(01:17:36):
with something where you're sharing it. But I didn't know
what the heck I was doing. I had nobody teaching me.
I had nobody coaching me. So I ran around like
a headless chicken. And if you were sitting down next
to me at the soccer field, I'd be like, do
you know about omega threes? Do you have me pain?
Do you have headaches?
Speaker 3 (01:17:48):
Let me help you?
Speaker 2 (01:17:49):
Do you have hot? Back then, it wasn't about the
hot flashes. Back then, my focus was I want time
freedom so I can be with my kids. I made
great money as a PA, but I didn't have time freemam.
I wanted time freedom to be with my kids, and
I wanted to make sure they had the healthiest upbringing
I could possibly give them. Now I'm forty nine. I
turned fifty in June. Now my focus has changed. I
went through menopause. I don't know why I went through menopause.
(01:18:10):
At forty four. But I did. I went through it,
didn't even know I was in. It came in, came out.
You know why, because I use all of this, and
I've been using all of this for sixteen years. So
now I'm on the other side of menopause. And let
me tell you, ladies, it's great. There are no periods.
You don't have to worry about tampons, you don't have
to worry about ay that stuff anymore. It's a fantastic
place to live. I don't ever have that problem anymore.
(01:18:33):
And because of everything, I don't have libido issues. My
hair's not falling out, I don't have any weight loss issues.
This is a place you want to be and my
focus has changed. My boys are now seventeen and twenty.
They grew up with this health and nutrition. They are healthy,
strong men. My twenty year old coach is Jen von
Hagen's son in growing muscles, and he's coming home from
(01:18:53):
Clemson to get bigger and better and stronger. And these
two ladies kids are getting more nutrition before they leave
house for the school in the morning. Then their whole
neighborhood gets in a week. Their kids are and your
kids can too, and so as we went through it,
I was just telling everybody, but I wasn't getting the
time freedom that this profession says you should have. So
(01:19:15):
I tweaked, and I tried, and I tweaked and I tried,
And as time went by, I began to mentoring coach
because I started to be able to not getting people
off prescription medications. That was a given. We've helped tens
of thousands of people do that. That's why people like Jen
Murphy are involved here. Okay, that's a given. But I
wanted to be able to help people like these two
(01:19:35):
ladies earn checks. They earned weekly checks. I wanted to
help people like this earn trips. They earned trips, and
that became a goal of mine, was to help everyone,
whether you're a medicine or not, whether you're in marketing,
whether you work at the gardening center where you whether
you work at a daycare, whether you're homeschool with five kids.
If you want to create a weekly check, if you
want to earn a trip once a year or to
(01:19:56):
a place like Bali or Switzerland, we can help you
do that. And so what I've added on to the
VIP package with this company is that you get all
of those products, which are actually three If you went
and like went to the cart added am online, it'd
be three thousand dollars worth of products. You get fifteen
hundred dollars worth of products for free. Okay, but you're
also getting access to a mentoring and coaching program that
(01:20:17):
I only offer to people who come in with that package.
This is a weekly Q and A session. This is
annual leadership retreats. We're going to Barbados in just a
couple months. We were at the Keys earlier this year.
This is a monthly set up for people who once
they began to really get their feet going or we're
checking in on a regular basis and holding you accountable
(01:20:39):
to your goals. I've hired personal trainers multiple times throughout
my life, and I don't ever hire them because I
need them to tell me what to do. I hired
them because I need the accountability, and I paid a
lot of money. You get built in accountability while you're
getting your family's health on track. It's well over ten
thousand dollars of volume value. You're also getting increased bonuses
from the company, which that's just a side thing. You
(01:21:00):
get shipping free your brand partner, your business is free
to start, and then you're also getting increased bonuses from
the company through October. Part of what you get with
this is something that I invested thousands of dollars in
last November. I took thousands of dollars and invested it
into this onboarding launching program because the biggest problem everybody
always says is I don't have time. I don't have time.
(01:21:21):
I don't have time. I don't have time. Well, we
made it so that if you can give us thirty
minutes a day, we can get your your investment back
in thirty days and have you locked in with The
goal is two thousand dollars worth of income by the
time we hit three months. Does everybody do it?
Speaker 5 (01:21:36):
No?
Speaker 2 (01:21:37):
Why most people aren't willing to give us thirty minutes
a day. But if you're looking for a way to
create an additional stream of income, and a thousand to
two thousand dollars a month sounds great to you.
Speaker 4 (01:21:46):
Get ready.
Speaker 2 (01:21:47):
This is different than anything you have ever seen before.
Because I've been in the field for sixteen years. I'm
still spending time doing live presentations, teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
Because I went to school to change people's lives. I
went to medical school today help people, and I've never
found a better way to help people, but also give
women time freedom that they're looking for. And so I
(01:22:08):
will say again, if you can give us thirty minutes
a day. Not everybody does this, Not everybody's coachable, not
everybody's willing to be consistent. But if you sit here
and you think, can I give it thirty minutes a day.
You don't have to get sweaty, you don't have to
go to the gym, you can sit in your car
on your phone. If you can give us thirty minutes
a day, your financial future can be changed forever. We
already know your health is going to be changed, your
(01:22:29):
financial future can be changed as well. And it's listen,
we're not just talking. This is something that we implement
and do. Jennifer started partnered with us last November. She
made nineteen and twelve weeks, forty thousand and five months,
and she'll be with me and Bali in September, and
we have a couple after couple after couple that partners
with US gets plugged into the system and creates tens
of thousands of dollars of income. I don't know if
(01:22:52):
you're looking to create an additional income. I don't know
if you're intrigued by what you heard tonight. This is
a longer presentation. Every Monday night, at eight o'clock I
do a live presentation that about thirty minutes long. We
have a quick ten minute video that we share to
people to see if they're interested in taking a look.
But when somebody partners with me, I say, please don't
tell anybody go through our thirty minute a day training.
By the end of the second week, you'll be ready
(01:23:13):
to start inviting people, and we're going to walk you
through that process and what it looks like.
Speaker 3 (01:23:17):
This is the.
Speaker 2 (01:23:18):
Group of people who are both both Jennifers are in
this picture with us in the Keys earlier this year.
This is over forty people that were with us in
Italy two years ago. Jennifer von Hagen is in this group.
And this is over fifty that were with us in
Greece just last year. George Clooney was at the resort.
We were out four days before us. These are not
holiday and express trips, guys. This is phenomenal, phenomenal stuff.
(01:23:41):
This is Switzerland. Just this past September. The most beautiful
country I have ever been to in my life. And
we're going to Bali this coming September, and so I
will tell you this. If there's anything that has stuck
with you tonight, maybe it's the thirty day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you don't change, nothing changes. Don't let another night
of hot flashes, another day of hip pain, another day
(01:24:03):
of brain fog, another day of being concerned of do
I have cancer? What is this pain? What is going on?
Don't let that go on any longer. Let's get you
plugged into a system. Let's get your body on track
and change your life. And you're going to grow in
this community of people who truly truly love each other
and work towards changing lives together. So I think I'm done, Yes, yes,
(01:24:24):
thank you ladies. I'm going to jump off and hand
it back over to you.
Speaker 3 (01:24:28):
All right, great, I'm requesting to share. Okay, here we go. Ooops?
What did I do? All right? Oh? Please? All right?
(01:25:01):
So we're about Hello. Thank you Rachel so much. That
was awesome. I've heard Rachel speak many times, and I
am always like fired up when she's done. Yes, yes,
I feel myself like getting more and more excited, and
I think it's just a blessing that we all ran
into each other. You know, live here is how I know.
(01:25:21):
Jen my sister originally asked me to take a look.
She is how I got into this, and it's something
we've done together and we have so much fun. The
traveling and the camaraderie and the friends are the icing
on the cake. But truly, when I look at the
rest of my life and you know where I'm headed,
I there's part of this for me that is an
(01:25:43):
exit ramp out of corporate life. It's an exit ramp
into the future that I want to live and the
time I want to spend with my husband and the
trips I want to go on. So truly, if you
are sitting here wondering what to do with this next
could be exciting phase of your life, you should take look.
You should absolutely take a look. So to wrap it up,
(01:26:03):
we want to remind you that there are some free
resources for you. There's Gen's a very comprehensive list of
lab work. There is a step by step guide of
the minute possible routine, the nutrition routine that GEN has
prescribed for me, and those can be found on the
Menepossible page. Whoever invited you will have access to those
as well. They're just PDFs and we will definitely get
(01:26:26):
them to you. If you don't know someone that invited
you and you just kind of randomly found out about it,
please look for the Minute Possible page on Facebook and
I will let you in and you can have access
to those. Some other resources that Jen and I actually
really love. We're trading books back and forth all the time.
The new Pentopause by Mary Claire Haver. Estrogen Matters is
(01:26:47):
one of Jen's favorites because estrogen does matter good energy.
We talked about that one. It's a fantastic book. I
listened to it on audio and then I love it
so much that I bought the actual paper copy. There's
two commune on Facebook that I think is worth checking out.
One is Changing Lives of Pure. It's like the Yelp
of Pure and it is just full. There's like fourteen
(01:27:09):
thousand people on it talking about the products that they
use to handle the things in their lives. And it's
not just about menopause. It is men, women, children, dogs, cats,
all of it. And so you can use a little
search bar there type in your ailment type in your question,
you're going to find some stories and people will tell
you exactly what they're doing to eat their way into
better health. And then Wake her Up is a really
(01:27:32):
cool resource. Marcella runs that and she has a list
of healthcare providers on that site. So I am lucky
to have Jen like she. I can see her house
from my office. We're in Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach area.
Jen's right here and I can call her any time.
But not already has that. And you know, you gotta
have someone who can listen to you. So if you're
(01:27:53):
looking for a provider, Jen works in multiple states, maybe
check her out. But also she's not licensed in your say,
this is a really good resource for you to find
find someone who will listen and understand you. And so
we're going to bring on Lenley. I believe if we can.
Who is going to announce our hostess winner? And I
(01:28:14):
think we will wrap it up with some questions. I
was pulling out my Facebook while Rachel was talking because
these are the questions that came in. And then Rachel,
I don't know if there's any questions in the chat,
we have some coming in from Facebook. So Hi Lenley, Hi, Hey,
so while we're looking for our first question here, you
want to tell us who won the hostess raffle.
Speaker 8 (01:28:36):
Absolutely, so I'm excited to share this with you guys.
The winner is going to get that Sensia pac and
the mask.
Speaker 3 (01:28:44):
So it looks like the winner.
Speaker 8 (01:28:45):
Tonight is Hillary Jones. So congratulations Hillary, And I'm just excited.
If you guys are watching or with a group or
in your Jammi's in bed tonight, just know what a
difference maker these products can be and how great it
is to have access to information like this. I think
(01:29:05):
our moms would have loved to have been able to
jump on something from home to learn more about this
that we're going through and to prepare.
Speaker 3 (01:29:12):
You know, I'm.
Speaker 8 (01:29:13):
Forty six, I'm in the Perry side of menopause, getting closer.
I can tell things are changing with my body. But
I'm so glad to be prepared with the right nutrition.
I'm glad to be prepared with the blood work that
I need to be digging into and having kind of
some baselines and knowing where to look and who to
ask and how to find answers. And Jen and Jen
(01:29:37):
are amazing. I love hearing Jen's story and her changes
and then being able to ask Jen the awkward questions
that I don't really want to ask my doctor, but
that I can ask Jen and talk about all the
things from peeing in your pants to you know, sex drive,
to hot flashes to all the things. So it's it's
(01:30:00):
just nice to know we have a community.
Speaker 3 (01:30:01):
So thanks for being on tonight.
Speaker 8 (01:30:03):
If you all have questions, put them in the chat
or get back to the person that invited you tonight
and at least get some information and answers about what
to do next. So thanks for having me on girls, Thank.
Speaker 3 (01:30:15):
You Linley, Hillary. Someone will be in touch about the
treasure that you just won. So we got some questions
from Facebook, So Jen, why don't you take it away? Okay,
this is a good one.
Speaker 5 (01:30:27):
So this is from Tammy and says can hormones and
if so, which ones can be used in over fifty
nine group?
Speaker 3 (01:30:36):
I'm missing this age. So she's saying which hormones can
be used in over age fifty nine?
Speaker 5 (01:30:40):
Yes, so actually all the hormones can be used. I
recommend more of the bioidentical side of things just because
they're cleaner, but you can it depends on how long
you've been out of you know, been in min a pause.
The literature used to state that if you're over ten years,
then you out of menopause, then you can do.
Speaker 3 (01:31:06):
You know, you can't do hormones, but that's not true.
Speaker 5 (01:31:08):
I actually just recently put my mother on biodentical estradyl
and progesterone for reasons medical conditions that I think can
only help and not harm her.
Speaker 3 (01:31:19):
So she is on those two.
Speaker 5 (01:31:21):
Obviously, if somebody has thin bones and my patient doesn't
want to go on the medications to help the bone,
you know, the prescribed f DA proved medications that we're
exploring testosterone resistance training that we talked about. We know
that hormones are needed for the labia, the vaginal walls,
you know, because they get very dry and our course
gets painful. I know many women will use lubrication over
(01:31:45):
the counter, but there is you can do testosterone cream
to the lady. Always say to lady parts h d
aga or extra dial so estrogens to the to laby
as well. So there are some definitely that you're not
alone and you can there are hormones you can take
look into. I'm World Link trained and I really like
to promote other World Link trained providers. I know there's
(01:32:06):
one in Tennessee. I know there's they're all over. They're
made and they're working towards more providers if they're not
in your area, but they are trained with evidence based medicine,
and so you really want to follow somebody who knows
the research and the literature. So that's kind of how
I follow with my practice is with.
Speaker 3 (01:32:26):
Evidence based medicine.
Speaker 5 (01:32:27):
We have another question from Rebecca about what helps with
the menobelly. I think we kind of answered that a
little bit. I mean, some additional products for menobelly could
be on track. I recommended that today, uh to somebody,
and that is taking it with breakfast and that's a
product that helps to normalize that glucose. Again, you've got
(01:32:48):
to get down to the root cause of why somebody
is waking up with a elevated fasting sugar. Is it
because they are not sleeping at night? Do they have
sleep apnea?
Speaker 3 (01:32:57):
Do they have.
Speaker 5 (01:33:00):
Stressors that they're not controlling well, So you have to
kind of understand what the root cause.
Speaker 3 (01:33:06):
Of what is leading to them in a valid yep.
Speaker 5 (01:33:09):
Okay, I'm investigating HRT both testosterone and estrogen and want
to know how thinking about nutrition and supplements will interact
no interaction at all. This is this nutrition is actually
recognized in your body.
Speaker 3 (01:33:24):
As food when you say, yeah, so it does not
interact with HRT. Good question.
Speaker 5 (01:33:33):
Okay, what vitamins, minerals, trace elements need to be supplemented?
And I think I think it kind of yeah, I.
Speaker 3 (01:33:39):
Think, Tara, I think our whole presentation probably covered that one.
This was these questions were submitted beforehand, so sounds like
we tillally address that. Oh and then mood and anxiety. Yep,
all right, So Rachel, do you have any more questions coming?
Speaker 2 (01:33:52):
Yes, I do, there is. I'm going to read a
few of them off for you guys. Okay, so somebody's
asking about the kind of glucose monitor. How did you
get that?
Speaker 5 (01:34:02):
Okay, So I've gotten connected with a great represent rep
from a company, so I have them in my office.
Speaker 3 (01:34:11):
But I also prescribed them.
Speaker 5 (01:34:12):
And had one covered today by insurance, so sometimes they
require par authorization.
Speaker 3 (01:34:18):
There.
Speaker 5 (01:34:18):
They have assistance programs with coupons, so you can use
coupon codes. What's the brand I x coom, there's x
COM seven, or there's Freeze Lifestyle.
Speaker 3 (01:34:27):
Libre is another one.
Speaker 5 (01:34:28):
But what's so cool about it is is you know,
you connected to your phone, so it gives you a graph.
It's constantly a constant read, so you know what your
sugars are. That's a great way to track, particularly with
insular resistance.
Speaker 3 (01:34:39):
When you said, John, yeah, I loved it. It was
so informative. And foods that I thought weren't going to
do anything in my blood sugar, I was surprised. And
then foods that I thought, right now drive me crazy
did nothing. So it's and everybody's body is different. So
I would highly recommend getting to know yourself on the
blood gluecose level for at least ten days and making
some adjustment. It's made a humongous difference for me. Yeah,
(01:35:02):
it really does.
Speaker 5 (01:35:03):
I've had patients where they've lost twenty pounds just doing
a glucose monitor no GLP one, not even hormones, but
putting good nutrition in the nutrition and the glucose monitoring.
Speaker 2 (01:35:13):
Yeah, I posted that in the chat blast. Everybody who's listening,
you can go to the chat blast and you can
see I posted those two things. Jen, I also would
like you to tell us in just a minute, how
can people contact you if they're interested in working with
you before we finish, let's definitely put that in there.
The next question is, okay, two questions. Can you say
(01:35:34):
the thirty something rule about eat within thirty minutes after
waking up? That's one question, okay, I said eat, Yeah,
go ahead, thirty grams and eat, go ahead, you say it.
Speaker 5 (01:35:46):
Thirty minutes of waking followed by thirty minutes of activity.
That thirty minutes of activity could be getting ready, it's
just not then sitting. So I always like a way
to lose weight is you have to move after you're eating.
Speaker 3 (01:36:00):
That's with every meal.
Speaker 5 (01:36:01):
So breakfast your protein does, serve protein shake and then
she's off to work you or do you go work out?
Speaker 3 (01:36:09):
Or you walk your dog?
Speaker 2 (01:36:10):
Like how do you?
Speaker 3 (01:36:11):
Sometimes I walk the dog. Sometimes I would just go
straight to the gym.
Speaker 5 (01:36:13):
Okay, so yeah, yeah, So there's a lot of new
research by Stacy Sims. Doctor Stacey Sims, she was on
with mel Robbins recently. She's phenomenal, but she will tell
you that women cannot work out fasting and that's old
and women really should be cold plunging and thirty three
degree temperature of water.
Speaker 3 (01:36:33):
Yes, I heard that too.
Speaker 2 (01:36:35):
Okay. Second, if testing sugar after eating and to see
if certain foods are affecting me, what does my sugar
need to stay under?
Speaker 3 (01:36:42):
Oh that's good.
Speaker 5 (01:36:43):
So obviously I set a very tight range. I want
it to be less than one seventy. I will tell
you I have a Bobby Approved app as well, so
I do you and I do Bobby Approved.
Speaker 3 (01:36:54):
And I bought these Lindel.
Speaker 5 (01:36:55):
Chips and they were so good, but I steadily my
sugars went up to one eighty five just from eating
mental chips. Even though it was Bobby proved, had no
chemicals or anything, it didn't matter. So that's why you
definitely want to make sure and you want to tighter.
You don't want the spipes you want to run. Obviously
you're going to spike up a little bit. But that
also told me I wasn't eating protein. I was snacking
(01:37:16):
on a card right right. Lentils are grain, so yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:37:21):
Mm hmm. Okay, somebody's asking one of the Facebook pages
that you.
Speaker 3 (01:37:25):
Mentioned, changing Lives with Pure and the Minute Possible page.
The Minute Possible page is very adjacent to what you're
seeing tonight. We just share information about menopause and funny memes,
and you know, it's just a place where we can
just talk about symptoms and different live pures.
Speaker 2 (01:37:42):
Whoever invited you to this can invite you to each
of those pages. Okay, whoever invites you to this, ask
them to invite you to those pages. Next question, what
are your recommendations about testosterone pellet treatment for someone who's
had a mastectomy due to Dcis that was estrogen prop positive?
Speaker 3 (01:38:00):
That's a great question. I would say pellets are fine,
They're easy.
Speaker 5 (01:38:04):
The only thing about pellets is it creates a super
like physiological response and then that declines.
Speaker 3 (01:38:11):
You have no control over that.
Speaker 5 (01:38:13):
I love to sawstro into the lady parts because actually
has anti poptotic like breast helps the breast tissue and
it fights that breast cancer risk.
Speaker 2 (01:38:23):
She's talking about the cream guys, putting the cream on
that area rather than a pelp.
Speaker 3 (01:38:28):
He dagged me to put testoster and cream on my
lady bits because she thinks it's the best action. And
I will just say one more time for the ladies
in the back, I did the pellets and you can't
get off of that roller coaster. So if the testosterone
amount is wrong, and Rachel actually told me this, and
then I did did He told me I'm taking the
(01:38:48):
pillets anyways, and now I have a wig on. It's
a wig. Okay, it's a wig, beautiful wig. My hair's
going back. Don't get too panicked. But but you know,
you can have a visceral reaction to too much testosterone.
To just be very careful. Well, some woman, I mean,
do pellets and handlesent really?
Speaker 4 (01:39:05):
Well?
Speaker 3 (01:39:05):
My mom did the pelots, loved it. Yeah, my bestie
did the pellets, loved it. I just I happened to
get too much testosterone. So I'm just saying, be careful.
That's it.
Speaker 2 (01:39:15):
Ok I checked bioidentical hormones by estrogen slash testosterone slash
DHA and a cream and two hundred milligrams for test
room for seven years and was diagnosed with stage one
breast cancer and can no longer take hormones. What is
an alternative that can be taken at sixty one?
Speaker 5 (01:39:30):
Well, yeah, thencologists will never agree to hormones, but we
know that. And so you had stage one, so you
actually had a better prognosis than probably if you had
not been on those hormones. You know, that's a hard call.
That's something I love the Estrogen Matters book. Read that
because that's very informative. It was written by an ecologist.
His wife had breast cancer and she talks about it.
(01:39:53):
So and the baby come out with a second book.
I would inform yourself it's you can. I would definitely
look into the d I don't I supplement or the
supplement not a not with a cream into stop storms
your lady parts would be fantastic since you are seven
years post cancer, right, read the right, seven years.
Speaker 3 (01:40:13):
Post ten years.
Speaker 2 (01:40:14):
Yeah, she used it for seven years and was diagnosed
with stage when breast cancer can no longer take hormones.
She's sixty one.
Speaker 5 (01:40:20):
Now, how long are you within the window of breast cancer?
You know, obviously you're cleared, but you would want to
make sure that you've kind of been, you know, and
it's also what your comfort level is. But educating yourselves
for sure.
Speaker 2 (01:40:36):
So two people have asked was it recorded? Yes, it's recorded,
and we will stick this in the meta Possible Facebook
group for one. We'll put it there and we'll see
where else we're going to post it, but we're definitely
going to put it in that meta Possible Facebook group.
So make sure you guys get in there. Next question, Estradle,
what age should you stop using?
Speaker 5 (01:40:55):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (01:40:55):
I don't think you should ever stop using hormones. You
can have any year old using hormones.
Speaker 5 (01:41:01):
The moment my grandmother stopped her hormones was the moment
she declined and ended up. Her life ended with dementia.
So are women that need it. So I would say,
if you feel good, stay on it and back to
the breast cancer survivor being on hormones and then no longer.
(01:41:21):
I mean there's I actually just make if somebody comes
to me and they want really want hormones, then we
just we write out us like they have to put.
Speaker 3 (01:41:29):
It in writing.
Speaker 5 (01:41:30):
It's kind of one of my protocols as far as
making sure that you know that they really have taken
the time to understand the risk factors and then as
well as the benefits for the hormones.
Speaker 2 (01:41:41):
Very smart, Jennifer. Okay, what are your recommendations about testosterone
pellet treatment for someone who's had a mask dectomy due
to d CIS that was estrogen positive? What are your
recommendations about testosterone pellets treatment for someone who's had a
mass dec to me due to d CIS that was
estrogen positive.
Speaker 5 (01:42:00):
Again, I I that goes back to that testoster I
would do testaters and cream I wouldn't so, but it's
also comfort of.
Speaker 2 (01:42:07):
What you want.
Speaker 3 (01:42:09):
I don't do pellets.
Speaker 5 (01:42:10):
I only do you know, pills and creams and said that,
and I achieve really optimal levels just on that alone.
It's not that you can't do pellets. You just don't,
Like Jen said, you don't have control. And when Jen
became one of my patients, that was one of the
things we were.
Speaker 3 (01:42:24):
Not going to ever do again.
Speaker 5 (01:42:25):
So I think if I was faced with, you know,
person mistectomy, had you know, estrogen positive, I would explore
the testosteron crane first, see how you feel with that.
It helps with vaginal dryness, it's helping your vaginal microbiome,
the it's lowering your risk of ut I S as
you age so and then obviously maintaining your bone density,
(01:42:46):
which is important. So yeah, I would I would explore
that before the pellet.
Speaker 2 (01:42:53):
Okay, what products do you recommend? One for sleep apnea?
Speaker 3 (01:43:00):
You have to we got to lose weight. We gotta
lose and you need to lose weight.
Speaker 2 (01:43:05):
Yeah, we've got it.
Speaker 3 (01:43:07):
You've got to do your homework. You got to do
your part.
Speaker 5 (01:43:09):
It's not just one product either, It's it's a multitude products.
Speaker 3 (01:43:12):
It's working well, it's eating.
Speaker 5 (01:43:14):
Smarter, it's the glucose monitor. We're using all the tools
to help with that insul resistance. That and most of
the time, if you lose weight, that sleep at me
it goes away.
Speaker 2 (01:43:23):
MHM. Number two. If you have heart disease in your family,
what hormones would you take if you need them and
what would you avoid?
Speaker 5 (01:43:30):
Oh, I would take everything. I would take extra dial
I would take testosterone.
Speaker 3 (01:43:34):
I would take I mean, I have heart disease.
Speaker 5 (01:43:36):
My dad had open heart surgery at fifty four, So yeah,
I would I would take everything. We know the benefits
of the our heart protective. Also what we didn't mention
was the thyroid. The thyroid is actually really important in
terms of protecting the heart. Most patients with thyroid disease
will first go on synthroid or liveth roxin, which is
just T four, And honestly, if you could supplement and
(01:43:59):
get the T three with it, that will help tremendously.
Speaker 3 (01:44:02):
It will.
Speaker 5 (01:44:03):
You know, it not only helps metabolism, but it actually
helps your heart function, it helps your brain. They've studied
high T levels and patients with bipolar disease. It does
superior over those who needed the antipsychotics. It creates a
nice mood elevation, helps your hair, skin, and nails as well.
Speaker 2 (01:44:21):
So yeah, OK, what would you suggest for vaginal atrophy?
Speaker 5 (01:44:28):
Well, you could do estrogen cream. About seventy percent of
the population with that who end up with UTIs and
whatnot go on estrogen cream. You could do tuster and cream.
They have estrogen pessaries. Now, when you're doing vaginal estrogen,
it's not converting, it's not systemic. So a if you've
had breast cancer and you can't go on hormones, you
actually can go.
Speaker 3 (01:44:48):
On vaginal estrogen.
Speaker 5 (01:44:49):
It's not going to increase your risk.
Speaker 3 (01:44:52):
So that's a misconception.
Speaker 5 (01:44:55):
And the dwians know this, They understand that, or they
should as far as from that protection.
Speaker 3 (01:45:02):
So yeah, I'm a big fan of that.
Speaker 2 (01:45:06):
Do you recommend taking baseline labs for pre menopausal symptoms? Begin?
Speaker 5 (01:45:10):
Oh? Yes, yes, I just had a twenty six year
old in my office today, referred from somebody else, maybe
another one of my patients, and deficient, invitamin B deficient
and vitamin D deficient and ferretin iron, I mean twenty
six years old. That's huge because if she were to
get pregnant, she's going into that pregnancy way depleted, you know.
(01:45:34):
So also concern when I see low be vitamin deficiencies,
particularly not my PUER people, but my non peer people
I worry about, you know, do they have the mthfrgen
mutation That obviously can put somebody at higher risk for
certain conditions, and so we want to make sure we
address that.
Speaker 2 (01:45:55):
Okay, ladies, I think we're done amazing.
Speaker 3 (01:45:59):
Anyone who's still he hanging with us, thank you for joining.

Of the way.
Speaker 1 (01:47:55):

lives of one hundred thousand people with your help, starting
with your very own Save myfreedom dot us. We can't
wait for you to join us.
Speaker 2 (01:48:25):
So a thirty day servicing is what I talk about
a lot. If you know me, you know this is
what I talk about. Yes, you could pick it. Oh
that daily bill vitamin. I want that you might take
that vitamin and feel no difference at all. And in
the beginning I would trying to figure out what products
work for who and customize a plan and overwhelming this
is what I know. If I give one hundred people
(01:48:46):
the seven products and they service their body for thirty days.
At the end of thirty days, there are six very
noticeable changes that cause ninety three out of one hundred
people to repeat purchase. Are you struggling with your health?
Are you worried about the future of your health. Are
you worried about the future of your children's health? Yes,
your children can take this too, But most of us
(01:49:07):
treat our car and our phone better than this one
irreplaceable asset. How many cars have you had in your
life yet? If you take it in for its servicing
every ten thousand miles, the lights are going off, right,
you take it in for the servicing and they say, oh,
you need new breaks, new tires. That happened to me
last time I took my car in. What am I
gonna do?
Speaker 3 (01:49:24):
Oh? Keep it. I don't really need those things fixed.
Speaker 2 (01:49:27):
No, you turn your credit card over and they pay
two thousand and three thousand and four thousand whatever it
is for the new breaks and the tires. I'm saying
two hundred and eighty nine dollars to do a thirty
day servicing. If your phone breaks, you're spending a couple
hundred dollars minimum to get it fixed. You have one body,
and I'm giving you the opportunity to change change the
way you live the rest of your life. You can
(01:49:49):
be in the gym in your sixties, seventies, and eighties,
or you can be in a wheelchair you choose now.
Speaker 3 (01:49:53):
Hi.
Speaker 2 (01:49:53):
We're Rachel On Javier Garcia. When we first learned about
this company that we're going to be sharing with you,
we had just invested one hundred thousand dollar in two
new businesses, a skincare retail store and a construction company.
On top of that, we each had a full time job.
I was practicing medicine full time as a physician assistant,
and Javier was working as a construction estimator. Our boys
were nine months old and three years old. To say
(01:50:15):
we were busy is an understatement. We actually had very
successful careers, but we had absolutely no time. Thus the
decision to start two new businesses that summer. Our nephew
had been diagnosed with severe autism that summer. This diagnosis
and the news that he would never speak and would
never have more than the mind of a three year old,
rocked our world. I have a master's degree in clinical
medical sciences, and I had a lot of questions. Those
(01:50:35):
questions led me to the understanding that nutrition really matters.
What we eat really matters, and suddenly I became extremely
passionate about getting the toxins that we had been consuming
all of those years out of our bodies and getting
good nutrition in When I was asked to take a
look at this company, I was blown away. They were
teaching about their philosophy of cleanse, balance, and build, a
philosophy that had been used in a clinical practice with
(01:50:56):
patients for thirty years before this company started cleansing your
body the toxins we've been consuming all of our lives, plastics,
tef lawn, aluminum, foil, plastic bags, balancing out our sleep,
our exercise, our pH and building our trillions of cells
up with the plant based nutrition it needs. I immediately
recognized their message as truth. Within days of jumping in
(01:51:16):
with their family package, which we needed for our entire family,
we started to notice changes in our sleep, energy levels,
and bowel habits. In six weeks, wait was dropping off
of my husband and myself, and my husband's up and
down moods had evened out, no more anger outbursts or
depressive episodes, which quite frankly, was marriage saving. I can
happily say we've now been married twenty six years, three
(01:51:38):
months and my nephew started speaking for the first time.
The doctors were wrong. I suddenly felt an ethical obligation
to share this with as many people as possible. I
will tell you that my nephew graduated last year from
high school. He's still on the spectrum, he still has autism,
but his life was totally different because of this company
and their philosophy. I was writing two hundred prescriptions per
day in two thousand and eight. I had stumbled onto
(01:52:01):
something that allowed people's bodies to heal themselves by getting
rid of the toxins and pouring in nutrition. So we
began to tell others about our results and the power
behind the company's message, and as we did, things changed fast.
We started to grow this group of people who wanted
to have the same results that we did, and we
taught them to do exactly what we did. This was
sixteen years ago. We've watched things that we placed on
(01:52:22):
our vision boards years ago come to pass over and
over and over again. How we have this family of
choice that we get to travel the world with. These
are people who were searching for changes just like we were,
and they plugged into everything that we taught them to
do and had radical changes in their lives as well.
We have now helped tens of thousands of people through
prescriptions in the trash and thousands of people create an
(01:52:42):
extra stream of income. If you're looking for a change,
I hope you'll take a closer look. Some people are
attracted to the help that is offered here. Liftpure offers
the very best of the best in health products. They
are committed to delivering the best that money can buy,
and they offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're looking for
a group of friends to have fun with, well, we
call this our family choice and we truly travel the
world together. If you're looking to increase your bank account
(01:53:04):
to pay off some debt to create another stream of income,
are you willing to work thirty minutes per day to
create that check? This just might be your answer. Lift
your products or manufactured and FDA approved facilities and even
listed in the physician's desk reference. Many health professionals recommend
them to their patients and they come with a one
hundred percent thirty day satisfaction guarantee. The starting point for
health transformation is our core plus system, a thirty day
(01:53:27):
servicing for your body to cleanse, balance, and nourish the
trillions of cells that you have that are screaming out
for nutrition. If you treat your body as well as
you treat your car. It is your one irreplaceable asset.
You only get one. It needs to be cleansed of toxins.
It needs good nutrition. For less than ten dollars a day,
you are going to flood your body with essential nutrients
(01:53:49):
and start feeling the difference within thirty days. Better sleep,
more energy, less pain, better mood, better bowel habits, and
weight loss are just a few of the benefits our
customers typically experience within thirty days of use. After thirty days,
ninety three percent of people who use the Core Plus
choose two to three products to go forward with indefinitely
(01:54:09):
because they can feel the difference when they consume them.
If you don't notice the difference when you take your supplements,
it's time to switch. If your lab work doesn't change
with supplement usage, it's time to switch. Simple smoothies are
one way to easily incorporate our products into your daily routine.
They're quick, nutritious, and help you stick to your health
goals while balancing your busy schedule. If you're ready to
transform your health, you can start with the Core Plus

special webinar that we put together.
Speaker 3 (01:56:38):
All right, they're going to go over to.
Speaker 1 (01:56:40):
Launchcartpartner dot com at is Launchcartpartner dot com.
Speaker 3 (01:56:43):
Launchcartpartner dot com.
Speaker 1 (01:56:45):
And you're going to see that in the rest of
the materials, I look at the cost, look at the cost,
and this is special. This is special that Greg's and
you're going to go over. Now what's in these monthly
plans for everybody?
Speaker 4 (01:56:57):
And everyone gets a two week free trial, right and
for ninety seven dollars a month, you get the two
way text messaging, you Google my Business, you get the
web chat, you get reputation management, you get the Facebook Manager,
Google my Business, call tracking, missed call, text back, text
to pay, social media planner, websites, and you get an
e commerce e comms store, and then access to launch Academy,
(01:57:18):
where we have forty different courses to teach you know
how to build launch of scale businesses. Then the growth
plan we add blogs, calendar scheduling, campaigns, the whole custom

launch ads itself is one hundred and ninety seven a month.
So basically you're getting a really good deal because you're
getting the CRM, all the tools everything we offer, and
launch ads with this scale plan for two hundred and
ninety seven a month. And I always tell people, look, theoretically,
(01:58:00):
if you're not in a position to spend two hundred
nine seven dollars a month in your business, you're just
pretending like this is the tools that should make you
thousands of dollars a month, right, Because when you can
sit somebody to opt in to you and then send
them a series of emails for a year, it's going
to make you more money. If you can send them
textbus for a year, it's going to make you more money.
If you can create that landing page, if you can
create that website, if you're going to get the phone
(01:58:20):
