rally attendees say they noticed the gunman before shots were fired.
That includes Michael Defrisia and his wife Amber. They join
us now, Thank you so much. Now, Michael, I understand
both of you were outside the secure perimeter and you
saw the suspect. What made you suspicious?

I have witnessed the guy going up the roof, and
we did not immediately think that it was somebody with
a gun. I just thought it was somebody trying to
get a better vantage point.

This was Nora O'Donnell, CBS Evening News. The Chiron says
breaking news. Man who took video of gunman describes rally shooting.
This witness, Mike Difrisia and his wife Amber, are the
most important witnesses in this case because they provided video
footage to TMZ that went around the world that showed

the shooter in the prone position allegedly firing into the crowd.
Eight days ago, we broke a story that his statements
were inconsistent and that if his statements were inconsistent, his
evidence cannot be trusted and his suspect. And two days ago,
FBI Director Chris Ray confirmed our reporting by telling the
world they do not have a witness who saw the

shooter climb.

Up the roof.

Ray, did he have a backpack going up the roof? Well,
there's nobody is. We haven't found anybody yet. Who's who
saw him climbing up the roof. The reason we the

on the roof is that's based on forensic our evidence
response and forensic analysis, the work, you know now getting
into all the details footprints and things like that that

we can you know, fingerprints, etcetera, that we can see
how we got on. But we don't have an eyewitness
at the moment who saw him climbing up.

They came to the political rally at the last minute
and watched Crooks climb up the building.

this guy shimmying up the building. I did not realize
he had had a gun at that point. I thought,
this is somebody watching the rally. They're gonna go get
the best seat in the house.

saw him climbing up.

Here. It says Amber noticed the dude climbing up onto
a nearby building. There Either the FBI doesn't believe them
or does it know about them. Either way, we have

The Secret Service is facing question about how the gunman
was able to get on that roof.

About one hundred and.

Thirty yards from where former President Trump was standing.

Every news agency in the world put that shooter right
where the CNN stooge just pointed on the left side
edge of the building.

a clear shot. And it also doesn't take into account
the screen which is right in front of that bleacher.
He's got to shoot through all of that crap. So
they sold you this angle, this shooting angle. This is

doesn't exist from the other side of the building. But
they had to match it to this image. They had

to match it up. But this is the real position
of the body. So we had CNNABC. Now we have
Fox News getting it wrong as well, which they know
changes the shot angle, the ballistics shot angle, and it
changes it drastically, folks, because now he has to deal

with the bleachers.

About four hundred feet from the stage with a direct
line of sight on the former president.

But this angle changes the line of sight. Here's the
old angle from the left edge of the building has
a line of sight, but now when the angle moves,
it has to go through the bleachers. Thing you could
see the arrow. Here's another angle. The orange is the
old angle. The purple would be the new one going
through the bleachers. It was the viral reaction to this

position of the body. We forced them to do that.

gunman now in the right spot right there, and the
Today Show just changed their position of the shooter. And
they're in damaged control mode folks, because they're busted here.

when they were notified in the interim it still remains
under right.

And when he fell off of the he let go
the municipal officer.

When the briefing that I had was the municipal officer
saws Krooks saw him, and Crooks turned and leveled the
gun at him in a position tactically of extreme disadvantage,
suspend it in the air, with your legs dangling after somebody.

Had boosted you up and he let go right he
let go and he fell back down, And was there
at that point any communications that there's a shooter on
the roof from the municipal officers who were there.

That's all part of the after action. We're just trying
to get a sequence events up to the point when
Crooks then fired the weapons. So that's been the focus
of our investigation was.

But there was at least you said you thought two
and a half to three minutes between the time when
the officer the municipal officers tried to hoist on top
of the roof, Crooks pointed a gun at them, they dropped,
and then between that time and when he fired the shots.

I don't want to give you an exact period of time,
but it was it was minutes. It was a very
short period of time, even for his ability, and not seconds.
I would say minutes, but I can't. I would be
remiss if I gave you, and I want to be
very clear on the record. When you an investigation like this,
the timeline is critical. You're asking me I was briefed.
I'm answering, to the best of my ability right now,

and I know my time is up.

These officers are sticking to two and a half to
three minutes. FBI Director Ray testified yesterday it was just
a few seconds. We have a problem. FBI Director Chris
Ray testified one day after Colonel Paris regarding the same
event when the officer fell from the roof and instead
of it being two point five to three minutes before
shots were fired, Christopher Ray says it was only seconds.

The first time that anybody from law enforcement.

Saw the subject on the roof was a few minutes
before the shooting.

Not with a gun, they didn't at that point.

before saw him on the roof and started ray, did

who saw him climbing up the roof. The reason we
the reason why I've talked about how we think he
got on the roof is that's based on forensic our
evidence response.

That we're you know, without getting into all the details,
footprints and things like that that we can you know,
fingerprints et cetera. We can see how we got on,
but we don't have an eyewitness at the moment who
saw him climbing up. So a few minutes before the shooting,
local law enforcement saw him on the roof. Again not

no weapon identified at that point. A few seconds before
the shooting is when the law enforcement officer that I've
talked about already saw is the one who was assisted
by another officer who saw up on the roof, saw.

The shooter in a prone shooting position with the gun turns.
How long did that happen before that? Was that that sighting?
That is the first time to mind. Now that's the
first time anybody from law.

Enforcement saw him with a weapon, that is seconds before
he shot at Christmas.

All of my experience as an attorney who has interrogated
witnesses and as a poker player, tell me these guys
are telling the truth. Christopher Ray has a tell when
I don't like what he's saying here, he looks sincere,

Their testimony being in conflict indicates a potential second shooter,

It's all for, the guy in the right hand corner
with the ar style rifle. Now, I'm going to show

the couple that walks. They start running, all right, and
then you see the guy in red. But this guy here,
he's trailing those two. Here he is again in slow motion.

He's following those two. And when I stopped it, I

our style rifle. It just looked very closely. I've adjusted

But he's holding what appears to be an AR style rifle. Now,
those two go to the fifth tree, and it's five
trees back. That's five four three two one. That guy

is trailing then, and he would have a shot like
this from there to the stage, an excellent, perfect open
shot to Donald Trump. Remember when Donald Trump turns to
the right, that's when they went for him. Look at
this guy's got He's got an AR rifle in his hand.
There's no doubt about it. And how does this guy
capture everything? Why is he looking over there at that moment?

He captures the shots, the girl, the couple, and nothing
on a stage until after it stops here, right, he
captures this as well. This is significant. This is the uh,
this is the fingerprint, all right, this is the calling card.
