Save Your Spoon

Save Your Spoon

Welcome to Save Your Spoon! I'm a speech/feeding therapist who gets it - living with chronic symptoms while building something meaningful. Using neuroscience and mindfulness, I support highly sensitive, ambitious women navigating chronic conditions (MCAS, autoimmunity, CFS) and neurodivergence (AuDHD). Whether you're building a business, planning for motherhood, or just trying to thrive in a world that wasn't built for sensitive nervous systems - this podcast will help you feel energized and alive when your body says otherwise. Life's too short to let anything stop us.
