Speaker 1 (00:12):
Thanks for watching
what's going on.
This is scolarius, I am johnolsen and with me, as always, is
(00:36):
dw.
The deserted wall burger serenedeserted wall makes no sense
but hey, dw let's go to my storeand let's have a burger oh gosh
, don't do 12 seconds into it no, no enough.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
That's worse than any
other impression it was not
that bad yeah all, it's actuallya good segue.
Hey, you know what?
Huh?
I don't know.
I was just trying to change thesubject from your bad
impression.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
All right.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
So I've got a Baja
Blast Punch today.
I've got a few more of thesehard Mountain Dews to finish up
before I can, and then I've gotI think I've got one or two more
of the Not your Dad's Rope Beer, and you've got your Diet Coke,
I think it is.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
That I do.
Yeah, it's a Diet Coke, becauseI'm still not doing the weed
drinks.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
Which is good.
Speaker 1 (01:41):
It is.
I have ingested, don't think Idid.
And and again, we are playingthe game.
When will it kick in anyways?
So hold on, I gotta take a chugokay, what?
Speaker 2 (01:58):
what is it that's
burning on your mind right now?
Speaker 1 (02:01):
oh, not a lot.
No, well, I mean not a lot, butalso a lot.
Uh, dw, last week we it wasbasically your show, right,
essentially well, yeah, it was.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
It was probably no
offense to our guests this week
or any other weeks, but it wasprobably the show I was looking
forward to the most because Iknew it was going to be a
reading for posy and for pumpkinand she, uh well, and in a way
(02:34):
I kind of had to lead it becauseshe's asking me the question,
so I had to address them.
So in a way I kind of had to,you know, to pilot that plane
type of thing Okay.
But I was excited for it andI'll say so.
She got a lot right.
There's a lot of things thateven she agreed she couldn't
(02:59):
determine.
Like there were some things.
I asked her is this what youwere talking about?
And she said I'm not sure youknow.
And nothing against her.
Even she admitted that shewasn't 100 percent on that and
some things that you know werekind of like.
She brought up October as beinga significant month.
(03:22):
But you've got a one in 12, 12chance of saying such and such
is a significant month, butyou've got a 1 in 12 12 chance
of saying such and such is asignificant month and I could
find something that'ssignificant with that month.
So I'm not I'm not trying todiscredit it at all, but it's
kind of I I was, I kept pressingher for like you got to give me
more because, yes, there'sstuff in october, but I I wish I
(03:44):
knew more of what it was you'reyou're driving at.
So now, that being said, shegot a lot of things right.
She did a lot of things rightand we didn't talk beforehand.
I tried, I tried very carefullynot to give her any clues or
lead her in any way, and she didget a lot of things right and
this is over zoom.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
So I mean this is not
, like we're not in the same
room, she's not reading anythingoff of you, like there's
nothing whatever.
So I mean, like this is legit, like we, this is how things go.
But dw, listen, hear me out.
Maverick's gonna take controlof the plane again today.
Okay, you be goose.
Speaker 2 (04:24):
Oh, I promise no, no,
no, no, no, you're not hitting
the canopy buddy I got you.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
You're right here, no
you're right here, but I'll be
rooster rooster makes it.
No, okay, in fact rooster savesmaverick, so that's kind of a
little bit more fittings, because I often save you, so
it's all right, but just yeah, I, I'm gonna, I'm not doing it,
I'm taking the reins and we'regonna do this, this whole show
(04:51):
thing, the way that that Iusually do it, and we're gonna
do it that way.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
Anyway, it doesn't
matter, you know and you're off
to a fantastic start.
By the way, I usually I usuallyam.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
So, with that being
said, you were talking about 1
in 12 chance of getting a month,right.
Well, dw, I know that you'remarried.
You know I'm going to begetting married at some point.
So I actually brought it up tothe queen consort like, hey, you
want to maybe set a date, yeah, and what'd she say?
(05:26):
Well, this is where it gotcomplicated.
You said 1 and 12, okay.
So we went through this and Iwas like, oh, guess what baby
next year, halloween is on asaturday, right, that'd be
perfect.
You know what I mean but then Istarted thinking oh no, I got
married in october to my firstwife, so we got it, that one's
(05:47):
gone.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
We can't do that, oh,
so you want something else.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
So.
So then I I went back and Iwent through all the months.
I'm like, well, january, wecan't do it because that's her
birthday, you know can't takeaway from her birthday february.
We can't do it because what Imean that's valentine's day.
You can't really do.
You know what I mean.
I don't want to share.
I don't want to share a weddingdate with Valentine's Day
because, like you know, whatever, march, we can't really do
(06:12):
March because March, mydaughter's birthday is in March
and I think, like, take it awayfrom her.
And then we went to April andI'm like, well, april, who knows
what's going on?
It could be Easter one year, itcould be, you know whatever.
And I'm like, yeah, you know, you know, like how are we going
to get everybody together andeat, you know, in april?
And you know it could be coldout, you know.
(06:33):
And then we're like may, maybewe could try may.
Like well, well, no, for thenext like four years we're gonna
have graduations in may, so wecan't really do that.
You know what I mean.
And then june we're thinkinglike maybe june, june, possibly
somewhere around there, uh, andthat one was kind of like
sitting there and then we wentlike, well, maybe july.
(06:54):
But like, yeah, we can't dojuly, because that's her son's
birthday's in july, we can't.
And then, and then we're like, okay, august is a possibility,
maybe, right, maybe.
And then we're like, well, wecould go to september.
But then no, no, no, I have abirthday in september, I have
other birthdays in September, and then everybody gets married
in September.
And then obviously we went backto October and went, nope,
(07:14):
that's not happening.
And then we're like, okay,maybe.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
So you're just not
going to get married, you're
like, screw it.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
We're just thinking
like maybe November?
And they're like, yeah, well, you know, then we're getting
into the holiday season.
You know Thanksgiving's inNovembermber, you can't really
like share with that, but it's areally good time to get all the
family together, but also, atthe same time, you don't want
all your family together all thetime, so you don't want two
events in in november, right, and then the same for december.
So then we're back to likemaybe, maybe it's june or august
(07:43):
.
Now we have to decide what yearbecause, like I said, there's
like four or five graduations ina row.
That's gonna be hard and andmoney consuming, you know.
You know, like her son and thenmy son and then her daughter,
and then maybe skip a year andthen my youngest daughter.
See what I mean.
There's like, oh, wow, so manylife events dw so yeah, yeah,
(08:05):
yeah, here's the thing.
That was a really long way ofsaying, like I mentioned it then
we didn't do anything about itat that point.
Speaker 2 (08:12):
So a couple of things
I'll say.
First off, my brother gotmarried in the fall.
He got married in November.
Okay, ended up being a nice day.
November is still.
There's a good chance you mighthave good weather.
It's probably going to be fallin terms of like leaves changing
and probably fall.
(08:32):
So nice pictures, stuff likethat november fall not
necessarily a bad idea.
Here's the other thing justbecause thanksgiving is in
november, you don't have tocount out the entire month.
You could do earlier in inNovember and then you're not
going to run into Thanksgivingall the time.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
Maybe that's true.
But you know, I don't know, Iwas just thinking of different
things.
Same thing with like Halloween, even though Halloween's the
31st, you could still I have atattoo on my arm that has the
name on it and she's like whydon't you just change the name
on there and we make adifference?
Speaker 2 (09:05):
I like, come on, I
like she was a tattoo of the
your wedding date of my ex-wifeyeah, her name.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
So okay.
So to save to.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
To save money, you
can keep the same date and then
just change the name.
Speaker 1 (09:20):
That's what she said
too and that she was saying it.
She didn't like that.
But no, that's not the way, notdoing that.
If anything, I'll just Likewe'll just exit out and then put
her name over it.
It would say Queen Consort, andthen we'll just exit out the
date and then put the other dateunderneath.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
We'll make it real
white trashy, like you know, or
you could do an end date Likeit's someone's life.
So October 1st through thisdate, because that's when the
divorce was final, and thenbelow that.
So you have like.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
I don't know what you
want to call it round two
Ironically enough, the divorceis final 21 years to the day, so
kind of weird, huh yeah yeah, talk about the universe saying
like, yeah, maybe we should moveon anywhere.
Speaker 3 (10:05):
Um, all right
speaking of that, we're gonna
move on to something here realquick.
Speaker 1 (10:09):
like you know, I'm
assuming that there are people
out there like, oh, that'shilarious, we like you guys and
everything.
And if it, if you do, if you dolike us, you're probably
sitting there wondering, likewhat are they doing?
You know, like what are theydoing?
Is DW playing with Posey?
I don't know.
Is John walking somewhere?
(10:33):
Most likely, I have no idea.
It doesn't matter what youthink we're doing, you can just
try to find out what we're doing.
And the way you can do that isyou can find us and you can find
DW, dw Serene Comedian onFacebook.
You can find me at John OlsonComedian 2.0 on Facebook.
You can find us both togetheron Facebook.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
We're not a couple.
Speaker 1 (10:54):
No, we're not a
couple.
But you can find us at theScolarius page Also, if you
wanted to, you can email us atscolariaspod at gmailcom.
We also have a TikTok page.
You know I try to TikTok butthat's for those Gen Zers and
whatnot.
They all do the TikTok-y thing.
I'm an Xer baby.
If TikTok used VHS tapes Iwould be banging on that shit.
(11:19):
But it's not how that works.
But you know we do have atiktok page.
It's scolarius eight.
We also have instagram, right,it's it's called guess what,
guess what it's called.
Speaker 2 (11:31):
Guess what it's
called uh, uh uh, scolarius,
it's just called scolarius dw.
Speaker 1 (11:39):
You know like you
should know this by now we've
been doing this for like 78episodes, for the love of God,
all right.
Also, if you wanted to, if youwanted to, you could go back and
listen to every single episodewe just talked like.
It's like 78.
It's actually more than thatwith the bonus episodes, but it
doesn't matter.
Like a lot of episodes atScalariusPodBuzzsproutcom.
(12:01):
Did you hear that?
I did that perfectly that time.
I didn't even stutterwhatsoever.
Did you say?
Speaker 2 (12:06):
perfectly.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
I did Perfectly.
Speaker 2 (12:09):
No, you said
perfectly.
Speaker 1 (12:11):
Wow, it was chef's
kiss, that's how that went.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
You said the phrase
perfectly, but then screwed up
the word perfectly.
Speaker 1 (12:17):
No, I didn't, I said
perfectly.
Speaker 2 (12:19):
We'll go back and
look at the tape no, we're not
going.
Speaker 1 (12:22):
You know we don't
edit this, it doesn't matter,
listen, okay.
So all that stuff, you knew youknew where to find us.
But I'm assuming if you knowwhere to find us, you're gonna
be like oh man, you know we, weneed some sclerius gear and you
know where you can get that.
Dw.
Yep, where, where do you getthat?
You're not helping, it's notvisual, I don't.
I don't tell mr ro A.
(12:43):
Mr Rogers episode.
Yes, sir, and then nothing elsehappens for the whole freaking
show Anyway.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
All right.
So rather than tell people thewhole website, I just say go to
Crowdmade and search forSclerius.
Rather than say Crowdmade, slash this, slash whatever, just
go to Crowdmade and look forSclerius.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
Okay, do it the easy
way, that's fine.
But go there and you could geta whole bunch of stuff, like we
have hats, we have mugs, we havephone cases for both an iphone
and a samsung.
Yeah, if whatever you want, ifyou want a case that says
sclariates on it, you could dothat.
Also, we have really coolt-shirts.
Yeah, we had t-shirts.
(13:24):
Uh, like my favorite t-shirt.
It says uh, here's the thing, because that's what dw says like
all the time.
That's one of my favorites.
And then also, you know the,the really cool t-shirt that
says you can find this together.
Speaker 2 (13:40):
But and on the other
side it says we're not we're not
a couple, that's right.
Speaker 1 (13:46):
You can find that one
right there at crowdmadecom.
Forward slash collections forslash scolarius pod see that's
where you did that perfectly.
Yeah, I did it, perfectly, perfectly, I did that either way
.
Go to crowdmadecom, searchscolarius pod, and you will find
all of our really cool gear.
(14:08):
And then, hey, the one, the onet-shirt you should get it says
I have no idea who john olsen is, because even though I'm the
one who, like, gathers the gas,I round them all up, I round the
guests up, and then we bringthem on and we say, hey, we have
a great old time, for likesometimes an hour and a half,
sometimes like three hours ofone time it would happen.
(14:29):
But either way, we do all that.
And then we get to the end andwe ask a certain question and
they're like I don't know whoJohn Olsen is.
So blah, blah, blah.
So anyway, anyway, just get theshirts, just go there and get
them.
It's crowdmadecom forward slashcollections, forward slash
sclarus pod.
Or just go to crowdmade and putin sclarus pod and you can get
(14:52):
all that stuff.
All right, sound good good, yeah, okay so, since we've been like
dabbling in the, um, you know, psychic medium type stuff we've
had, we've had a few, we've hada few psychic mediums on here.
Uh, we, we had a pet psychic onhere twice, same one, but still
and in last week you know shewas she did some really cool
(15:17):
readings of of the hell hounds,of serene manner and yeah, she
did really well.
So this week we're just goingto chat it up with another
psychic medium.
Oh, women's intuition.
Is it women's intuition or isit more close to psychic ability
or whatever else?
Speaker 3 (15:38):
And men, Older and
there are times where your
perception and your intuition issharper than it.
It's not, but I just think that, uh, I mean it's considered
paranormal.
Do I believe it is?
No because I don't view it thatway.
I view it as your guys mean.
