In this episode, Maria Adlam, whom I adore so much, shares her personal and professional journey, and how that led her to connect deeper with her inner wisdom and to trust her intuition. Maria is a mum of two, an Intuitive Counsellor, Parent Mentor, a Reiki Master, and a Podcaster. Her passion is uplifting Mamas and walking alongside them to connect with their own inner wisdom and encourage them to shine their magic into the world. Maria does this all beautifully and artfully from a deeply grounded, nurturing place, and with so much compassion and grace. I love her so much.

1.    Be aware of your intuition, your inner guidance, and follow the breadcrumbs. Your inner wisdom will always put you on the right path for you

2.    Get curious about yourself and everything and everyone around you

3.    Being true to your personal values means more in life than a bigger paycheck

4.    Be the strongest advocate for your children no matter what anyone says, including doctors and other so called authorities

5.    Learning Reiki is such a gift, for yourself and for your family. It opens doors to everything, and connects you to your intuition

6.    Have and honor non-negotiable daily practices for yourself. These are what set you up to be able to serve everyone around you from a loving, patient, present space. What are yours? Get creative with fitting them in because it’s not always doable to carve out the time to get them done in the way you like to

7.    Find your people, your REAL people. They can come into your life in the most unsuspecting and inexplicable ways

8.    Gratitude is SO POWERFUL, no matter how basic. Find the good things in your day and life, even if it’s noticing the little things, like the sun was shining. Having a morning and evening gratitude or appreciation practice can carry you through the most difficult times in your life

9.    Find the beauty, awe, and wonder in nature everywhere and appreciate it, even if it’s a little flower or weed trying to poke through the concrete in the city
