12. Have grace & compassion for yourself & others as you change your mindset & grow
13. Even though you are on a growth journey, you are still going to make mistakes.
14. Let people have their own paths. Accept people for who they are
15. When you rise, the people around you rise too

17. Everyone is scared as fuck. The fear & uncomfortableness don’t go away, we just learn how to dance with it differently & not let it hold us back
