Since it’s October and Halloween is just around the corner, we wanted to talk about one of our favourite haunted house novels. In fact, it’s a book so scary that Stephen King has described it as one of the most important horror novels of the twentieth century. It’s an absolute classic and has inspired a play, two movies and a Netflix series. Grab yourself a seasonal beverage, curl up under your favourite blanket and get cozy because it’s time to talk about Shirley Jackson’s The Haunting of Hill House.
