Speaker 1 (00:00):
I've never been that
guy.
I want to change some fuckinglives.
I want to make an impact on thisworld.
For me, it's not just onlinecoaching.
I think a lot of these guyslook like fucking clowns and
it's very obvious to me thatthey care more about how they
look than actually changingpeople's lives.
And I felt so alive and so onfire in that tiny little cell.
I thought to myself damn, if Icould feel this in here, imagine
(00:26):
what I could have felt and doneout there.
Imagine what I will do outthere.
Welcome back to another episodeof the Unstoppable Mindset
Podcast.
I'm your host, sean Crane.
Hey, check it out.
If you're an online coach, ifyou're in the coaching space, if
you're on social media puttingout content and you want to
(00:49):
build a business online, I'mgoing to share with you exactly
what I've done to build a sevenfigure business and beyond, and
share with you guys all thevalue, all the strategies, all
the hires, all the moves thatI've made over the past five
years to go from a guy with nomoney, no clients, to a guy with
thousands of clients, millionsof dollars and I'm just getting
started Now.
A lot of people online.
They talk about this a lotright what I've done to build a
(01:11):
seven-figure business.
They're driving Lambos.
People just want to flash.
I've never been that guy.
I want to change some fuckinglives.
I want to make an impact onthis world.
For me, it's not just onlinecoaching.
I see what's happening in thepolitical space.
I see what's happening with theawareness that people are
generating the collectiveconsciousness, as some people
call it.
I'm truly out there to make animpact and I'm authentic and I'm
(01:34):
fucking genuine and that's whymy brand stands out.
Like, I don't like makingvideos about money.
I don't like, you know, lambosand chains and all that shit.
I think a lot of these guyslook like fucking clowns and
it's very obvious to me thatthey care more about how they
look than actually changingpeople's lives.
That's why I'm going to outlastall them and that's why I'm
going to build the mostsuccessful coaching business in
(01:55):
the country, and I'm doing thatright now.
So at the core of what I do,it's always been to impact lives
.
That's first and foremost, before the money, before what I
get out of it, before how I look, my content, my fucking watch
it's the impact that my client, the person on the other end of
my coaching receives.
That transformation to me is sopersonal, it's so profound.
(02:17):
That's why I do what I do, andI started coaching people in
prison.
I started coaching guys allaround me who were drawn and
attracted to me because I waschanging my life.
I was working out every day.
Before everyone was getting up,you know, I was out on the
track running miles like amadman in a hundred degree
weather.
I was reading the frickingdictionary because I wanted to
learn, you know.
And then I was taking collegecourses, and then I was reading
books on the side and I was justdoing everything and anything I
(02:39):
could to develop myself.
And that's when guys startedreaching out.
They're like hey, I want towork out with Ukraine.
Hey, what books are you reading?
Hey, dude, I see you takingcollege courses.
Why the heck are you doing that?
And it gave me the opportunityto spend time with these guys
and share with them and coachthem and mentor them.
And that's when I realized thatI wanted to be of service to the
world.
I wanted to be a coach and Iwant to make an impact in other
(02:59):
people's lives.
Because you have to understand, the shift that I went through
was so profound, going fromsomeone who was so hopeless, who
was battling addiction, who wasthis close to losing his life.
Then I get thrown in a jailcell telling me that I might
spend the rest of my life inthere, like can you imagine what
a dark place I was in at thattime?
And there was no hope, therewas no light at the end of the
(03:23):
tunnel.
And then God intervened in mylife and I committed to a life
of sobriety, a life ofexcellence, and I started
fighting each and every day torebuild myself.
And that's when I started tofeel this powerful shift inside
of me and I started to feelgratitude and love and joy and
optimism.
And I just became this man on amission for redemption.
(03:44):
And I felt so alive and so onfire in that tiny little cell
and I thought to myself damn, ifI could feel this in here,
imagine what I could have feltand done out there, imagine what
I will do out there.
And it was that thought andfeeling that pulled me through
those five and a half years andit helped me to start radically
transforming my life.
(04:05):
And so when I came home, I wasshocked to see how many people
were taking this gift forgranted, how many people had
just settled.
You know I'd see guys from highschool and now they're fat.
You know they're drinking everyday, doing the same shit they
were when they were 16.
They're working jobs thatthey'd complain about.
They complain about their wives, they complain about their kids
.
I'm like, damn dude, likeyou're complaining about the
(04:27):
life that you've created.
Don't you realize that?
And I just saw zombies allaround me just going through the
motions in life.
They were jaded, they had givenup, they had tapped out already
and I thought this is crazy, man.
These people have so much lifeleft to live.
Don't they realize what aprecious gift they have?
And I wanted nothing more thanto replicate the transformation
(04:47):
I went through in my jail cellin as many lives as possible.
At the core of what I do whetherit's speaking on stages,
speaking to you on my podcast, writing my book, even the
messages I give to my kids everyday in the morning or at night
before bed you know, at the coreof what I do, it's to see other
people, to get to a place inlife that I've been able to
(05:07):
experience, and I'm stillfighting every day to experience
this feeling.
You know it's something thatyou have to earn, you have to
have daily routines and habitsand a mindset and you have to go
after your goals and you haveto push to achieve your dreams.
That's what keeps me alive.
That's why I do it each andevery day.
So building my coachingbusiness was just an extension
of myself.
(05:29):
If you want to build a brandthat stands out, you got to be
authentic.
There's so many corny, lamefucking coaches out there that
are doing the same thing.
They see other people doing andthey all blend in and they all
look the same.
You might make a couplethousand dollars getting clients
here and there, but are yougoing to build something real,
something that lasts, somethingthat impacts?
I'm not here to make a couplethousand bucks and change a
(05:50):
couple guys lives so I can postabout on social media.
I want to change millions oflives.
I want to change the world, andso the way I'm doing that is
number one.
You have to have that genuinedesire to help people.
That has to be the core.
You have to be authentic.
You got to build a brand thatstands out and resonates with
people, and the way you do thatis you just work on yourself and
you be truthful and honest andthe right people are going to be
(06:11):
drawn to you.
So if you're doing onlinecoaching, don't try to be like
Joe Blow.
Don't try to be like this guy.
Success leaves clues and youcan see what other people are
doing and what these influencersor top guys in the industry are
doing.
But be yourself, be true towhat you believe in, what you
want to achieve in your life, what you like, what you don't
like, and you know what they say.
Your vibe attracts your tribe.
The right people are going tostart to be drawn to your
(06:31):
message over time, and so I'vejust shared so much content
online for so many years thatI've just started to get so many
individuals reaching out andfollowing me and asking for help
.
And it doesn't matter how manyfollowers you have or how many
views you get.
If you get a lot of views fromthe right people, obviously
that's a good thing, but itmatters how many people really
are drawn to your message andwant to work with you.
Even when I had like a thousandfollowers on Facebook or
(06:54):
Instagram, I was helpinghundreds of people and making a
lot of money and building mybusiness, you know, and I
realized, wow, okay, it's notabout having a million followers
.
It's about having 10,000individuals that'll pay you to
hire you, that really want towork with you because they feel
your message You've alreadychanged their lives with your
message and they want to go onthat path that you've proven
(07:14):
works.
And so that's what I did forthe first three, four years.
It's just posting contentonline.
I wrote my book, I was speakingon stages, I was building my
brand, I was putting in the work, you know, three, four years of
traveling every other weekend, putting out content every single
day, having coaching calls withguys like messages, thousands,
millions of messages to thispoint, back and forth in the DMs
(07:35):
.
And so I got to a point where, okay, I had built a seven figure
business, I had started tobuild somewhat of a name for
myself.
I had spoken on stages.
You know, I got paid to speakand travel, and I was doing all
these things I wanted to do.
But I realized, in order to hitthat next level, I had to do it
with other individuals who arelike-minded.
I had to build a team.
I had to build a real company, not just Sean the hustler, the
(07:57):
coach, right, trying to figureit out as he goes.
We have, we have to go throughall these steps, but that's when
I realized, okay, I want tobuild a world-class team of
coaches, of individuals, thatcan help me take it to the next
level, because I aspire tochange a billion lives.
I aspire to build a billiondollar company.
My company Unstoppable 365,will be the number one health
(08:18):
and fitness company for businessowners in America.
I guarantee you that.
That's the goal, that's what meand my team are going for, and
we will pull it off.
I've called every shot I'vecalled, I've manifested into
reality.
Nobody's doing what we're, andso, in order to build the team
that I built, I'm going to sharewith you who those individuals
(08:38):
are and what order I hired themand why that was so significant
at the time.
So the first person I hired wasmy COO, which is a chief
operating officer.
In fact, he reached out forcoaching via Facebook because he
saw my content all day long, all day long saw me growing and
was like, damn, like, I see whatSean's doing.
I'm going to reach out and hirehim.
And he hired me at first justto show him the social media
(09:01):
stuff I was doing, how I wasbuilding my coaching business,
and then our relationship turnedfrom him being a client to him
asking me questions aboutbusiness, me understanding more
about his business.
As far as the tech stuff, theautomations, all the computer
shit for lack of better term, and that's not my forte I like
to speak, I'm passionate, I liketo coach people.
I don't want to be sitting heredilly dallying on a fucking
(09:23):
computer all day, right, and youknow the tech stuff's important
.
You got to have systems inplace, you got to have
automations, you got to have allthat to be running like a
well-oiled machine.
So I hired him and that was thefirst person I brought into my
company.
The next person I brought in wasmy coach, matt Fleming.
He's one of my coaches and thereason for that is because I
needed help.
I wanted to make sure that allmy clients were getting the
(09:44):
right coaching, the rightfollow-up, they were getting the
fulfillment they needed.
We were holding them to a highstandard and giving them
everything they needed toachieve their results.
So I brought in that coach.
Right, and for any of you whoare doing online coaching right
now, hiring another coach isprobably going to be the first
person that you want to hire, and for that, for the reason
(10:07):
that they can help you.
They can do the fulfillment.
That'll free you up to createcontent and do sales.
What you do is you give them arev share.
You give them 25% of profits oror a percentage of the clients
that they're looking after foryou.
Okay, with my COO I did asimilar thing.
I gave him a rev share to start, which is just a percentage of
profits, and then from there Istarted adding other team
members VAs for outboundmessaging.
You know VAs to help us withadministrative stuff.
(10:30):
You know lots of VAs to helpwith just the day-to-day tasks
of running the business.
And then, more recently, Ibrought in Dr J, who's a
legitimate doctor who does bloodwork.
He can prescribe things likepeptides.
He does hormonal replacementtherapy.
He can take any individual onthe planet, help them become a
healthier version of themselves.
And you know a lot of doctorsjust give you pills and they're
bought out by the pharmaceuticalcompany, so they just mask the
(10:52):
symptoms with these pills thatthey tell you need.
Well, what we're doing is we'realleviating the actual problems
people are having, not justaddressing the symptoms.
We're fixing them right.
We're identifying the rootcause and, through Dr J's
practice of blood work andsupplementation, diet, nutrition
, all the stuff we teach.
We're helping people really gethealthier, like not just mask
(11:13):
the symptoms, and so that's beenthe coolest thing is bringing
in a doctor, then a dietician, then other coaches, and now we
have 15 team members that arehelping me to fulfill the vision
.
And it's evolved over time.
Like when I first started, itwas just me, you know, kind of
being a hard ass with my clients, talking a little shit, getting
them fired up.
I want to see these guys takeaction, I want to see them take
(11:35):
control of their lives, and somy message was just direct, it
was aggressive, it was focused, there was profanity, there was
drive, there was passion behindmy message.
And now it's evolved into avery professional organization
where we have doctors, dieticians, all these experts,
(11:55):
you know, and we're working withseven, eight, nine figure
business owners andentrepreneurs, because they see
that we have the premium qualityproduct out there.
And I tell people all the time, like, when it comes to your
health, you want to hire youknow the cheapest product or do
you want to hire a product thatis going to get you the best
health that you could possiblyhave in your life?
Like that's the difference,right?
And so you guys watch what wedo.
(12:16):
In the next half a decade anddecade, unstoppable 365 will be
the number one health andfitness program in the country.
It's already in the works.
I'm manifesting it.
I'm working towards it rightnow, relentlessly, every single
day.
If you guys want more contentabout coaching, online coaching,
fitness, how I've scaled mybusiness in more detail, I'd be
(12:38):
happy to do some of that content.
It's not something I talk abouta lot because I'm just not
excited to share to othercoaches about how to be a coach,
but I want to provide value.
So if this episode was valuablefor you, shoot me a message.
Like I said, share it withsomebody that needs to hear it
and go out there and build yourempire.
Man, I want that for you.
A lot of people need you rightnow.
(13:02):
A lot of people need coaches, they need help, they need
guidance and we need more realleaders to step it up.
