Could you live to be 200 years old? That's the audacious goal driving this fascinating exploration of peptide therapy with Dr. Jay and Sean Michael Curran. As they reveal, the secret might already be inside you – your body naturally contains roughly 50,000 different peptides performing countless biological functions right now.

These remarkable chains of amino acids serve as cellular messengers, directing everything from healing to metabolism. Yet most people misunderstand peptides, confusing them with steroids or viewing them as exotic supplements. The truth? Peptide therapy harnesses compounds already present in your body to enhance natural processes rather than forcing unnatural reactions.

Sean shares his transformative experience with BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound), which eliminated years of chronic joint pain that even medication couldn't touch. Unlike anti-inflammatories that block healing processes, BPC-157 supports your body's natural inflammatory response while accelerating recovery. We also explore Tesamorelin, which optimizes natural growth hormone release by stimulating your pituitary gland during sleep, and SLOOP, a cutting-edge peptide that enhances mitochondrial function and workout results.

Perhaps most importantly, this conversation serves as a crucial warning about peptide sourcing. Studies show 80-85% of peptides from unregulated online sources are contaminated, degraded, or mislabeled – highlighting why professional guidance and quality sourcing are non-negotiable. Dr. Jay emphasizes that peptides aren't magical solutions but work best as part of a comprehensive approach to health that includes proper nutrition, regular exercise, and hormone optimization.

Whether your goal is peak performance, faster recovery, or extraordinary longevity, peptides offer a promising pathway – but only when approached methodically with expert guidance. Ready to discover how your body's own chemistry might hold the key to living better, longer? This episode provides the perfect introduction to this revolutionary field.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
to live to 200 years old.
That's the goal.
I want to be able to run amarathon when I'm a century
years old.
I want to be able to see mygreat-grandkids running on the
beach and chasing them around.
I want to live forever.
So we're covering everythingthat I've done at this point to
start reversing my age and feelbetter than ever.
Good afternoon, my name isShawn Michael Curran.

(00:25):
I'm here with the man, dr Jay,himself co-founders of
Unstoppable 365.
And today we're going to betalking about peptides.
What are they?
Who should take them?
How do they help you?
Are they safe?
Where do I get them?
Those are questions we getasked a lot, dr Jay, when it
comes to peptides.
Those are questions we getasked a lot, dr J.
When it comes to peptides, people think they're steroids or

(00:46):
that they're this new novelsupplement that's just come
around.
So let's start to maybe debunksome of the myths by first
getting clear on what is apeptide.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Yeah, well, and this is, of course, part two of the
series we're working on, of whatwe're taking to get jacked on
the forever right.
Is that what you said?

Speaker 1 (01:04):
Yeah, yeah, I should have opened that in the intro.
This is a part of a mini seriesthat Dr Jay and I are doing.
What I'm personally takingbased on Dr Jay's recommendation
my doctor as well as one of myteam members in Unstoppable 365,
but he's helping me and guidingme to live to 200 years old.
That's the goal.

(01:24):
I want to be able to run amarathon when I'm a century
years old.
I want to be able to see mygreat, great grandkids running
on the beach and chasing themaround.
I want to live forever.
So we're covering everythingthat I've done at this point to
start reversing my age and feelbetter than ever.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Yep, all right.
So then, yeah, back to yourquestion.
So, because what is a peptide?
All right, so a peptide iswe're trying to not be too
science classy here so a peptideis a little chain of amino
acids in your body that signalsthings to happen, and what
people don't realize is thatright now, if you're watching

(01:57):
this, there's 50,000 peptidesdifferent peptides working in
your body and there's millionsand billions of them working
right now.
And so what peptides therapiesare is we can take those
peptides, or pieces of thosepeptides or other peptides, and
stimulate those same processes, and so they're doing all types
of things in your body, but in away that's a much more natural

(02:20):
based.
Rather than using a harsh, strong chemical trying to force
a reaction, we're using peptidesto to stimulate a natural
process or or reverse a naturalprocess, or enhance a process.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Okay, so two things you said that everyone should
listen to and pay attention to.
Number one peptides, are just astring of amino acids put
together in a certain sequence, just like proteins.
And secondly, you have thosepeptides inside of your body in
vast numbers right now, workingto help you optimize your health
.
So for anybody who thinkspeptides are steroids or who

(02:54):
gets scared or just curious whenthey hear the word peptide, you
need to know that you alreadyhave peptides in your body right
now, working their magic tohelp you to be healthy, fit,
probably with a lot of things.
Dr Jay, why don't we segue intothe next question that viewers
often have what do peptidesactually do for you?

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Yeah, so.
So peptides, like I said, makeprocesses go and in fact, your
brain is one of the biggestpeptide making pharmacies in the
world.
So you think a thought and yourbrain is going to signal
peptide production and makethings happen through your body,
and then those signals, thosepeptides, is sent throughout the
body to make stuff happen.
And so that's amazing and allof our cells do that, because

(03:34):
really what happens is whensomething happens in a cell, it
signals the DNA Sorry, we'regetting a little bit too science
classy here but signals the DNA, and DNA signals RNA sequencing
, which then signals a peptideproduction, and so almost
everything that's happening ishappening in our body based on
peptide signaling and peptideproduction.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Yeah, so that's really interesting.
So what you're saying is,peptides are very important to
just your overall health andyour sustain, to be able to live
and sustain on a day-to-daybasis, right?

Speaker 2 (04:05):
yeah, and they do lots of things, and some like,
for instance, insulin is.
People think, oh, insulin is ahormone, a hormone that controls
your, your metabolism, controlsyour, your carb burning versus
fat burning, um, but it'sactually.
Insulin is a peptide, um, andso or it's a piece of a peptide
and that that causes signaling.
So these peptides are doing somany things in the body, and, in
fact, insulin was the veryfirst peptide therapy that

(04:27):
existed, and so peptide therapyis not new.
Insulin was developed as atherapy in the 1940s and 1950s,
and so that's when peptidetherapy started, um,
therapeutically, and so it'sbeen around for a long time so
is it safe to say?

Speaker 1 (04:41):
peptides work as messengers in the cells.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
And lots of other things.
That's just part of what theydo.
They're definitely messengers, but they make things happen, and
so that's Like a catalyst, yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Okay, very interesting.
Now, if somebody's watchingthis and they're curious about
taking peptides, should justanybody take peptides, who
should, who shouldn't, and whatfor?

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Yeah, just anybody take peptides who should, who
shouldn't, and what for?
Yeah, so we're coming into atime right now where peptide
therapy is a super trendy thing.
Right, there's lots of evendoctors, there's lots of of
influencers that they they seepeople posting about peptides,
um, and then start recommendingthem, like literally, I know
doctors who are recommendingprescribing peptides because

(05:24):
they watch someone's socialmedia account and that's where
they learn to prescribe peptides, which is crazy.
Um, because there's a right wayto do it and a wrong way to do
it, and you know, learning froma social media account how to
prescribe teslamorlin is not theright way to do it.
Um, if you're wondering, um, butso I've been, you know, for
instance, with us, we we've beenprescribing these peptides for
10 years or longer in some casesthat people don't even realize

(05:48):
have been around that long.
And so going to a doctor whoknows what they're doing and
knows what's going on insideyour body and then knows how
peptides can then influencewhat's going on inside your body
, is what you need to do,because without that, you're
randomly guessing, you aren'tgoing to know if you're getting
the right stuff.
You aren't going to know ifyou're getting the right stuff.
You're not gonna know if you'regetting the right stuff for you

(06:09):
and you're gonna get very mixedresults, if any results at all,
and hopefully not negativeresults.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
Yeah, and that brings up two points the importance of
getting your blood work done, which we do at Unstoppable 365.
Dr Jay personally reviews mylabs and you're the one who's
recommended peptides for me.
Prior to that, I was justtaking peptides that I heard
were good for you.
Like you mentioned, not a lot.
I started taking BPC-157because I heard everyone saying

(06:40):
how great it was for recovery.
It would help your body torecover faster and at the time I
had all these beat up bodyparts.
I had aches and pains in myjoints and just a lot of issues.
So I was ordering a Wolverine itwas called Wolverine spray
online and they would send it tome in the mail and I think I'd
spray it in my nostril like twoor three times a day.

(07:00):
When I told you that you'relike man, do not take this stuff
because, number one, you don'tknow.
You know what's in that spraybottle, how much of the actual
peptides in there, and, secondly, like they could also be adding
other stuff into the bottlethat could be harmful for you.
I know a lot of people that dothat.

(07:20):
They order peptides offline notknowing if they need any or
what's going on in their bodybecause they haven't done the
blood work.
If that's you, you shoulddefinitely do the blood work
with Dr J, and you could reachout to me on Facebook, Sean
Michael Crane, Send me a DM orgo to unstoppable365.com to
learn how to do that.
But second of all, do not justorder stuff offline like I was
doing, Because, like you said, that can be very harmful for you

(07:43):
long term.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
Right, yeah, because they've actually done studies on
this Because, like I said, peptide therapy is not new.
It's been around for a longtime.
They've been doing lots ofstudies on this and there's
companies.
Every year they'll go and orderfrom these websites online.
They'll order hundreds ofdifferent samples of all the
different things, and 80 to 85%of those samples come back and

(08:08):
they're contaminated withsomething that's toxic for your
body, or they don't even havethe peptide in there that you
think you're going to get, orit's in very small amounts and
it's degraded and notfunctioning.
And so I'm sure there's sometimes where you might get a good
batch and have something.
Um and I think, sean, we talkedabout this too like the first
time you took that peptide fromwhatever random website or
wherever I was coming from, fromchina, who knows where like you
felt like you got some prettyresults, but then those results

(08:29):
weren't continuous or theyweren't regular throughout that
process, and the next one wasdifferent and different types of
things, and so the peptidesthat we fit into our programs
for our clients come fromreliable sources that are
third-party tested, that areguaranteeing accuracy and
efficacy of their products andwe know are practicing the good
standards that, whether they'recoming from an actual

(08:50):
compounding pharmacy or anothergood source within the United
States, because, some of youknow, most peptides that are
available are available throughcompounding pharmacy, but
there's a few that we like touse therapeutically that are not
quite available yet throughcompounding pharmacy, but we
still get from a really reliablesource that is still meeting
the standards of a pharmacy.
They're just not an actualpharmacy for different reasons.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
Yeah, and that company where I was ordering
peptides before I startedworking with you, they actually
one day just shut down.
Their website shut down.
I knew people that wereordering through them and they
got burned.
They had paid money and theynever got their shipment, which
is common for companies that areworking in that gray area and
they're not supposed to beselling peptides in the first
place.
But let's jump right into whatI'm actually taking, based on

(09:34):
your recommendation.
This is the first peptide I everstarted taking and you were an
advocate of this for me to helpheal my leaky gut, and what
happened was when I startedtaking this after about three
months really and when I startedtaking this after about three
months really I noticed aprofound impact on my joints and
all those previous injuriesthat I had.

(09:56):
This is BPC-157, if you'rewondering what this one is, it's
a pill form, so I take two perday in the morning, but I used
to have so much aches and painsin my shoulders and I'm telling
you, man, like it would radiateup into my neck or in my back
and I couldn't really sleep welland it was constant.
There wasn't a week that I wentin 2024 without being in pain

(10:19):
and if it wasn't my shoulders,it was my right knee, because
I'm missing cartilage and I havea torn meniscus or some lower
back thing going on.
And today this is thehealthiest and best I've ever
felt.
I mean since I was a little kid, right, but I've been training
in the gym doing triathlons, ironman competitions, ultra
marathons for 13 years, so I'veput my body through it right and

(10:42):
I can accredit a lot of therelief.
I feel in pain due to thispeptide, bpc-157.
Now I have cut out gluten frommy diet based on your
recommendation, because you saidthat was going to lead to a lot
of inflammation, aches andpains, and I've tightened up my
diet a little bit.
I was eating pretty clean whenyou and I met, but, man, let's

(11:03):
talk about the significance andimpact of BPC-157 for those who
are curious.

Speaker 2 (11:09):
Yeah, I do.
I also have my own right hereon my desk too.
So cause it's really good.
So cause this BPC-157 capsulesis pretty close to I would
recommend for every singleperson to take it.
There's a few small exceptionsfor different periods of time
that we might have someone nottake it, but it is so good.
So what BPC stands for?

(11:31):
It stands for body protectioncompound, which is a pretty cool
name, I don't.
I mean, I think they should gooff of that better than the BPC
one, five, seven body protectioncompound.

Speaker 1 (11:38):
I didn't know that I'm going to start using that.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
So which is why you know they have the Wolverine
stacks and different things thatthey use that with because it
does help your body heal and thethat bpc peptide exists in your
body naturally as part of yourstomach acid and so that's why
it works so good in capsule form, because that's where you're
not the natural production of itwill happen when you have leaky
gut, when you have, you know, over aging and after you've had

(12:02):
poor diet beating up on yourdigestive system for a long time
, your, your natural productionjust decreases of that, which is
why it's so good, um, but soit's good for helping with with
digestive health, with leaky guthealing and then just general
overall inflammation, helpingprotect your body, protect your
joints, protect your ligaments, your tendons, your muscles,
protecting your brain frominflammation.

(12:23):
So and the good thing about theBBC Is and this is maybe a topic
we can discuss another time,but there's a there's a lot of
people talking.
You know you take aanti-inflammatory like ibuprofen
or Advil for pain or for tolower inflammation, but that's
actually cuts off the healingprocess and there there's lots
of negatives that come alongwith that.

(12:44):
The BPC supports the naturalinflammatory process and helps
your body to actually heal andget better.
So that's really good product.
Like I said, I've had, I've hadclients now taking it for for
over a decade every day and andthey and they notice a big,
profound difference, like youtalked about for you.
They're they're noticing thatin their lives too, so it's a

(13:04):
really good one.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
It's been around a long time and definitely is a
good good, essential key pointof, key point of of building off
of health, for digestive healthespecially so yeah, before I
started taking bpc 157 bodyprotection compound I love that
name, by the way but before Iwas taking it daily, I was
starting to take a lot ofibuprofen because I was in so

(13:25):
much pain.
I didn't want to be in pain andI tried to just grit my teeth
and get through it.
But when you can't sleep orwhen you're irritable around
your kids and you know thatibuprofen is going to
temporarily take the pain away,it becomes a habit.
But then I got to the pointwhere the ibuprofen wasn't
really doing much and honestly,dr j, I was like starting to
feel miserable sometimes.
I'm a pretty positive guy, butwhen you're in pain it affects

(13:47):
you and I swear, man, since I'vebeen taking this peptide it's
changed my life.
It's been almost a year now.
I take two capsules everymorning and I'm so grateful
because not only is it helpingrelieve the pain, but it's
something that's healthy.
It's helping me to gethealthier.
It's not ruining my gut liningor poisoning me like all those
other pain relievers do.
So next one I want to.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Yeah, before we go on to the next one, let's talk a
little bit more about BPC,because there is also injectable
forms, and so the injectableform and the capsule forms, they
have kind of a differentpurpose.
I mean, like you mentionednasal sprays as well, so I don't
know there might be acompounding pharmacy right now
that's making it a nasal spray.
I don't know of one, or theones that I use are not doing it

(14:31):
that way.
Capsule form is the the bestway to take it for general
health.
If you are targeting a specificjoint, so you have a shoulder
injury, you can get aninjectable bpc and inject in the
area of the shoulder to helpheal a specific joint faster.
And that, and doing bothtogether the capsules and the
injections to heal an injury isa is a great idea.
But make sure you're gettingthat from a compounding pharmacy

(14:52):
or equivalent level to do that.
If you, if you're able to buythat without talking to a doctor
, you're not getting it from aplace that is meeting standards.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
So that's really good advice.
So let's reiterate that ifyou're getting the injectable
bpc 157 without doctor'srecommendation, it might not be
good quality.
You might not know.
If you're getting theinjectable BPC 157 without
doctor's recommendation, itmight not be good quality.
You might not know what you'reinjecting in your body.
You probably shouldn't do itright, and that's, you know, a
good standard for all peptidesyeah, and let's talk about
injecting things into your body, because I think people assume,

(15:24):
if they see someone using aneedle, that it's either a drug
that they shouldn't be puttingin their body or it's some type
of steroid.
Now, this is Tessamorelin.
I don't know if you could seethe label.
I've been on this for probablysix to eight months, so I want
to talk to you about and this isinjectable.

(15:45):
So I inject it into, kind oflike right near your belly
button.
You pinch some of that skin, some of that.
What is that?
Subcontinuous body fat, and youdo an injection before bed.
So let's talk about what thisdoes, who, if anybody's
interested in taking it, whythey should, and kind of break
down what tesamorelin is as faras a peptide goes.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
Right, yeah, so tesamorelin is in the class of
my favorite group of peptides,so it's one of a group of
peptides, and those peptideswork to optimize natural growth
hormone release, and so it'sreally good.
Next step, usually with clients, we'll kind of get their
hormones optimized, theirnutrition optimized and

(16:25):
testosterone optimized, and thenthe tesamorelin, or a growth
hormone peptide, is a reallygood next step.
And so what's great about thisis it stimulates, like I said,
it stimulates your naturalgrowth hormone release and it
makes your hypothalamus and yourpituitary that's in the middle
of your brain, middle of yourhead, that's responsible for
controlling those hormones.
It makes them act younger andproduce more like you did when

(16:49):
you were younger.
Right, because, sean, you knowyou're you're almost as old as I
am.
My birthday's coming up soon andI think my wife would tell me
I'm turning 42.
Um, but if I can get mypituitary gland to release
growth hormone like I did when Iwas a teenager, I can still get
those responses.
And that's where something likethis tesla moreland comes into

(17:09):
play, because it can get yourbody acting or at least on the
growth hormone level acting likeyou did when you're younger,
and that's beneficial for forhealing, for, especially from
workouts, different things, soit's really good, amazing stuff.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
Yeah, I mean and I think that helps with a number
of things Recovery, strength inthe gym, your ability to burn
muscle and build muscle and burnbody fat, because you know you
hear stories of people likeactually injecting growth
hormone into their bodies.
So how is the testamoylindifferent than people who are

(17:47):
doing HGH?

Speaker 2 (17:48):
Oh yeah, that's a really good question because it
does work very differently andit does provide those same
benefits of doing actual HGH.
And so that growth hormone, whether it's injected or whether
it stimulates your naturalproduction, does help, like you
said, with workout, recovery, building, muscle burning, fat
boosting, libido, mental clarity, focus.

(18:10):
All those benefits come with it, which is why it's such a good.
It's an anti-aging molecule.
It's really important.
So the peptide is differentbecause it works with your
body's natural processes.
Your body naturally likes torelease growth hormone at night,
while you're sleeping, and sowhile you're sleeping you
release little, small pulses ofgrowth hormone.
Just just that's the only timeduring the day.

(18:32):
So a hard workout sometimes canstimulate a little bit of
growth hormone release.
What about the?
Sorry to interrupt you, but Isaw, uh, yeah, there's a few
little things like that and evenso, like, say, you do like a
three day fast, on the third day, like that night, you'll
release more growth hormonenaturally than you will on the
first days.
So there's a few little thingsto boost that up.
Um, but when you inject growthhormone, it's like your gas

(18:55):
pedals press down all the timeand so the it's really about an
ebb and flow kind of thing ourbody body really likes to.
You know, heal and recover andrebuild.
And then then it's like you'reworking out and so you won't go.
You don't go and lift weightsfor 24 hours a day.
You need the rest and recoverytime.
When you have that growthhormone all the time at high

(19:16):
levels in your body, it's likeyou're working out 24 seven.
This is like go, go, go, go, go, go go all the time.
When you need to get thatbalance built in is really what
it is.
And and the peptides, um, workbetter in that because they do
build in that natural balance, that circadian rhythm, that,
that that how the body wants tofunction, Um, and then when we
do it that way, there's so manyless side effects and so many

(19:38):
all all the potential negativesthat come with growth hormone
are going away, and so I meanall the potential negatives that
come with growth hormone aregoing away.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
Very insightful, very insightful.
So we're kind of getting acategory, it sounds like, of
performance peptides.
I don't know if that's whatyou'd call them, but this next
one, I mean in combination withthe testamoylin, seems to do
just that.
It's called SLUP, slup.
I always mispronounce it.
Slup sounds cooler SLUP.
This stat it's called slupsloop.
I always mispronounce it.

(20:05):
Slup sounds cooler sloop.
This is a newer peptide, right?
I mean, it's somewhat newer.
Can you explain to anybodywatching this what is sloop and
what does it do?

Speaker 2 (20:11):
yeah, so.
So the full name for sloop umis the slupp332 um, and this is
a newer peptide.
You're right, it's been around.
It hasn't been around for aslong as some of the others, and
this is that's one of the greatthings about being in the world
of peptide therapy is there'snew things that are coming out
and new ways that we're findingmedicine, and so, like I told

(20:31):
you at the beginning, right nowyou have 50,000 plus peptides
working in your body, and sowhat science is doing is they're
looking and figuring out whenyou, when you do something, what
peptide is being activated, andso like, for instance, like
when you exercise, what peptidesare being activated that
provide the benefits of exercise.
And that's where, where theydiscovered sloop, where they

(20:54):
discovered this peptide, is theyfigured out that when you
exercise, your body naturallystimulates more of this peptide
and it causes benefits in yourmitochondria, metabolism,
boosting all those things, andso then they're like okay, if we
can take that peptide and giveit to you, just by itself, does
it do some of the same things?
And it does so.
So what what sloop does is itworks in your mitochondria to

(21:16):
stimulate similar type ofresponses in your body to what
exercise would do, and so ithits a special receptor in your
mitochondria, responses in yourbody to what exercise would do,
and so it's a special receptorin your mitochondria that makes
your body respond like it wasexercising, which is pretty cool
.
It's kind of some people say,oh, it's exercise in a pill,
which is close, but not really.
But when you do exercise andtake it, it does enhance the

(21:36):
benefits of exercise and enhancethe functioning of your
mitochondria, stimulatemitochondrial health.
Lots of lots of benefits thatcome with it.
Of course we got a little tooscience classy there.

Speaker 1 (21:47):
No, that's really cool to know.
People would think that's amagic pill, like, oh, I can just
take this and my body's goingto respond.
Like I worked out, even thoughI didn't With the Sloop, I
typically take it after I workout with my breakfast in the
morning.
Same with the BPC 157,.
Is that a good recommended time, or would you recommend taking
it, maybe at night when I do thetest tomorrow?

Speaker 2 (22:07):
So yeah, the sloop, taking it anytime is good
because it will.
You know, right around aworkout is best.
There are some studies thatshow taking it right before the
workout might be a little bitmore beneficial, anyway.
So.
But you're taking it regularlyall the time is good too.
Anyway.
So, but you're, you're takingit regularly all the time is
good too.
And versus, like the test ofMoreland, you know, works best
at night before bed, becausethat's when we want it in the

(22:28):
bloodstream and in your body forit to stimulate that natural
production at night, whileyou're sleeping.
So yeah, the sloop is workingall day long.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
So okay, that's good to know.
I guess a good question to ask,and people ask this all the
time are peptides dangerous?
Is there a reason why weshouldn't take peptides?
Is there anything that you know, any misinformation out there
or stuff that we should clear upright now?

Speaker 2 (22:52):
Yeah, and really that's where we're talking about
going to a provider or doctorwho one knows you, but then two,
two knows what that peptide isgoing to do?
Um, because those peptides aredo lots of things.
So like, for instance, thatsloop peptide.
It um stimulates your body toburn, especially burn carbs,

(23:12):
much faster than other things, and so, and it speeds up your
metabolism.
And so, if you, I've hadclients that take it and they
tell me that they just feel sohungry all the time, and that's
because it's working, becauseit's turning on your cells
Metabolism is turning on yourcells, and so being able to have
someone to explain andunderstand what's going on
inside that body for you isreally important so that you can

(23:34):
know that that's actually aproper response for Sloop.
When some people might be like,oh, this is a weight loss
peptide because it's going tohelp you feel like you're
exercising, they're not going torealize that, oh, no, it's,
it's working.
It's more of like an exerciseenhancer, not definitely not an
exercise replacer.
And this is what, how yourbody's going to feel, this, how
your body's going to respond, and so that you can stay on the
track, because some people theymight take that and they're like

(23:56):
, oh, I feel too hungry on thesloop and they might stop taking
it.
And then they miss out on allthose benefits when really it's
just the body needs to adjust, the metabolism is going to
adjust and it's going to be justfine within three to four weeks
.

Speaker 1 (24:11):
So that's good info there.
I mean, it kind of comes backto you know, if you're going to
do anything in life, do it theright way.
You know a lot of people try tocut corners and they're all
looking for the magic pill, thequick fix.
And it's like when I startedlooking into blood work and
supplementation at this level, Iwanted to do everything in a
methodical fashion, meaning Iwant you to review my blood work

(24:33):
, I want to be able to see allmy biomarkers so I know exactly
what's going on with my health.
And then my supplementation, meaning peptides, daily vitamins
, anything that I'm taking.
I want it to be based on myresults, not some cookie cutter
program.
And you know that's what weoffer at Unstoppable 365.
That's why working with you hasbeen such a game changer for
our clients, because they canget that custom protocol that

(24:55):
they follow.
That's not like everybody elsein the program.
They're all different.
So if there's somebodylistening to this right now, you
can drop a comment.
Me and Dr Jail will see it, wecan respond, or you can go to
unstoppable365.com.
But if you're interested inblood work, supplementation,
peptides, fitness and nutritionprograms, that's what we offer
at Unstoppable 365.
We'd be happy to have aconversation with you and get

(25:17):
you set up.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
Yeah, yeah.
And the one other thing too.
Like you brought up therewithout saying it specifically,
you have to be doing thefoundational stuff first.
If you think a peptide is goingto do the work for you and you
can go eat whatever crap garbagediet you want, that's not how
it is.
Um, you need to get your dietdialed in, you need to get your
supplements dialed in, you needto get your hormones dialed in.
All those things are are somuch more important to your

(25:41):
foundational health than a fancypeptide.
Um, you know cause I can.
I know why people that come tome and they're on three, four
$5,000 worth of peptideprotocols per month and yet
they're going and eating atMcDonald's and eating garbage
and they're like I don't knowwhy these peptides aren't
working for me.
Like well, because you, yourcells, are starving, and so you,
your cells, are starving andyou'll ramp up your cells and

(26:04):
your cells are going to be evenmore starving and more
malnourished and you're going tofeel even worse.
And so that's where you knowthere's a set methodical process
and, whether or not you realizeit, sean, for you, but like
that's we, we did it right foryou, it right for you, and so
that's why your results.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
we do that right for our clients so that they can get
the results that they want.
So, yeah, and I tell everyonethat it's a very methodical
process because it's not likeyou just put people on a bunch
of stuff, you know, like it's astep-by-step process where, okay
, you got your nutrition andexercise down.
That's your foundation.
You're hydrating every day.
Now we can look at, you know, your nutrient absorption rates.
We covered week like dailysupplements.
Today we talked about peptides.

(26:42):
Next week we'll talk abouthormones and what role they play
in our next episode.
So you got to do it the rightway, because if you don't, it's
not going to work for you, andthat's the benefit of having a
coach and a team of experts toguide you and help you optimize
your health.
It's not guesswork, it'smethodical, it's systematic and
we're very intentional.
So, thank you for Dr J.
