Have you ever wondered why some people consistently achieve their goals while others remain stuck in endless cycles of planning and procrastination? The difference isn't talent or luck – it's a simple blueprint that transforms dreamers into doers.

Drawing from his remarkable journey from prison inmate to successful entrepreneur, Sean Crane breaks down the three vital elements that have repeatedly propelled him forward when facing seemingly impossible odds. This isn't theoretical advice from someone who hasn't lived it – it's battle-tested wisdom from someone who applied these principles to radically transform his life while serving time, maintaining sobriety, building a family, and creating a thriving business.

The blueprint begins with gaining absolute clarity about what you want. Using a powerful "brain dump" exercise, Sean demonstrates how getting honest about both your desires and what you need to eliminate creates the foundation for meaningful change. Without this clarity, distractions and procrastination inevitably derail your progress. The second element – taking massive action – separates those who achieve from those who merely wish. Sean passionately argues that imperfect action always trumps perfect inaction, and that the willingness to fail forward builds an unstoppable momentum. Finally, he reveals how unwavering faith carries you through inevitable challenges when results aren't immediately visible, allowing you to persist when others quit.

What makes this episode particularly compelling is Sean's vulnerable sharing of how this blueprint sustained him during his darkest moments in prison, when doing daily burpees and reading personal development books seemed pointless with years left to serve. Yet this same process that transformed his life behind bars continues working today in his business ventures. The approach works universally because it addresses the fundamental psychology of human achievement – we need direction, momentum, and resilience to create lasting change. Ready to stop wasting time and start creating the life you truly want? Listen now and discover how to become truly unstoppable.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Today, I want to break down a simple yet highly
effective blueprint that I'veused over and over and over to
level up in my life and getresults.
You got to know where you'regoing in life.
If you don't, you're going toget distracted, you're going to
waste time, you're going toprocrastinate.
I'd rather take action towardsa goal and fail than sit around
and think about it, because youknow what that's going to do.
Yeah, I might fail at that goal, but I'm going to learn, I'm

(00:22):
going to grow, I'm going topivot.
All entrepreneurs, all businessowners, all successful people,
all the individuals that youlook up to take risks and they
failed.
It's part of the game.
You got to be willing to justtake action.
Ok, stop fucking around, stopwasting time.
Do an audit of how you'respending your time, use Google
Calendar, plan ahead, beaccountable and take massive

(00:46):
action.
Don't be scared to take risks, because risk takers pay off.
Welcome back to another episodeof the Unstoppable Mindset
Podcast.
I'm your host, sean Crane.
Appreciate you guys being herelistening to this message.
Make sure to subscribe, likeand share with somebody who you
know needs to level up in theirlife and want some value.

(01:07):
Today, I want to break down asimple yet highly effective
blueprint that I've used overand over and over to level up in
my life and get results.
I'm always thinking about amessage that I can share with my
audience, to simplify what ittakes to be successful in life
in a way that they can absorbthe message, absorb the
information and apply it intheir lives.

(01:28):
And so there's three thingsthat I want to share with you
today that I've done over andover, incessantly, from the time
I was in prison, from the timeI got sober, the time I got out,
the time I started my family, the time I started my business,
to this very day.
It's a process that I can rinseand repeat over and over and
over to keep achieving my goalsin life.
And so the first thing is thatyou must have clarity and where

(01:52):
you're going and what change youwant to make in your life.
That's the first step.
I don't care right now if yourmain objective is to get sober,
if you want to improve yourfinancial situation, if you want
to lose weight, if you want toimprove everything all at once.
Right.
The first step is understandingwhat that change looks like,
and so what you want to do issimply write it down on a piece
of paper.
That's the start of the process, right?

(02:13):
Literally, get a line, a pieceof paper and draw a line down
the middle and on one side writepositive change, on the other
side, right, letting go of ornegative things.
Right, because what you want todo, when you get clarity around
your vision because your visionis the first thing you need you
need a vision.
You need to know where you'regoing.
Okay, just like if you weregoing to get a car and drive
across country, you'd put incoordinates to a GPS so you had

(02:33):
a roadmap.
You got to know where you'regoing in life.
If you don't, you're going toget distracted, you're going to
waste time, you're going toprocrastinate.
But once you clarify your goalsand where you're going, it's a
lot easier to eliminatedistractions.
It's a lot easier to say no tocertain things or people, right?
Someone wants to go out to thebar on Friday night and you're
like no, I got to get up earlytomorrow.
Right?
Someone wants you to take atrip with them.

(02:55):
You're like, no, actually I gotto work, I got things that I'm
doing.
Right, when you have clarityand you have a vision, it starts
to create that urgency and thatdirection that you need in life
.
So if you don't know what youwant because the first step is
articulating or clarifying whatyou want and being honest with
yourself, if you don't know whatyou want, a simple exercise is
to do what I call a brain dump.

(03:15):
It's to get a piece of paperand draw a line down the middle
and, on the right side, justwrite those single words or
those sentences that describeall those things you want.
So for my own example, I'mgoing to go back 13 years ago
and I started changing my life.
If I did this exercise, on theright side it'd say sober.
It'd say fit.
It'd say outgoing andcharismatic.
It'd say smart and educated.
It'd say family man.
It would say business owner, you know.

(03:38):
It would say pursuing mypassion.
It would say you know no limits.
It would say all these thingsthat exemplified who I wanted to
be and actual things I wantedto achieve.
And on the other side of thepaper, things that I no longer
wanted in my life, things thatdidn't serve me, things that I
knew I needed to have to change.
I'd write like no more drugsand alcohol, new friend group,

(03:59):
get away from toxicrelationships, you know.
Move away from my family.
You know, I would just start towrite things down that I needed
to eliminate.
Sometimes, when it comes tovision and goal setting, it's
just as important to know whatyou don't want as it is to
understand what you do want, andso one of the easiest ways to
start to clarify your vision isto write it out on paper.

(04:20):
And you got to be honest withyourselves, because a lot of
times, people have things theywant to change and do in their
lives, but they're not willingto articulate it because they're
scared.
If you're not willing toarticulate your goals or the
changes you want to make, they're never going to come into
fruition.
They're never going tomaterialize in your life.
You just have to understandthat Now.
The second thing that you needis to take action right.

(04:40):
So the first piece is having avision.
The second thing you need isaction, and I mean massive
action.
A lot of times, when peoplestart writing out their goals
and they think about things theywant to change, they want to
wait for this perfect momentwhere the stars align, where
it's just easy and 100%guaranteed that they're going to
be successful, and those peoplewait forever, until they die.
They never take action.
But the person that's willingto lean into their goals, fail

(05:04):
forward, so to speak, and justtake massive action and just
learn as they go, that's theperson that starts to build
momentum.
Like every goal, I've hadeverything I want to achieve.
As soon as I have the idea, assoon as I can clarify the goal,
I start moving towards it andwhatever that looks like, it
might be a couple of smallactions right away, might be a
phone call, I might be lookingsomething up on Google, right,

(05:24):
it might be doing research, reading a book, I don't care
what it is.
You got to start taking actiontowards your goals immediately
because that starts to buildmomentum.
But it also gives you a feelinginside of like I'm doing it.
I'm actually going towards whatI want.
And that is so important tobuild a pattern in your life of
being an action taker where youidentify with someone who goes
after their goals, someone whoachieves what they want.

(05:46):
You know, not someone whoprocrastinates, not someone who
lets fear dictate how they moveand doubt stop them in their
tracks.
So this is very importantAction taking is key.
I'd rather take action towardsa goal and fail than sit around
and think about it, because youknow what that's going to do.
Yeah, I might fail at that goal, but I'm going to learn.
I'm going to grow and I'm goingto pivot.

(06:07):
I'm going to keep going andthen the next time I'm moving
towards a goal, because I'm notscared to take action, I'm a
fucking action taker.
That's the identity that I'mforging.
Maybe I'm going to besuccessful.
Maybe I training yourself to besomeone that moves forward,
someone that's not scared totake risks, someone that can
stumble and fall down but youget back up.

(06:28):
That's way more valuable inlife than somebody that's just
scared to take action and you'rewaiting for that perfect
opportunity and you're notwilling to take risks.
All entrepreneurs, all businessowners, all successful people,
all the individuals that youlook up to take risks, and they
failed.
It's part of the game.
You gotta be Individuals thatyou look up to take risks, and
they failed.
It's part of the game.
You got to be willing to justtake action.

(06:49):
You guys, massive action iswhat creates results.
I've never met anyone thatthought themselves in the
results, but I know a lot ofpeople that have acted their way
into results, meaning theyproduce results by taking action
over time.
And here's the thing A lot oftimes, your goals and the things
you want to achieve are goingto take a lot longer to
materialize in your life thanyou think, and this is why the
third component might be themost important.
This is the third thing that Iconstantly utilize in my life to

(07:11):
stay focused, to keep movingforward despite the
circumstances I'm facing.
That is faith.
Faith that if I keep doing theright thing, it's going to work
out.
Faith that if I don't quit andgive up, somehow, someway I'm
going to achieve my goals.
Faith that everything's goingto be okay and I just got to
keep doing the right thing eachand every day.
This is so key, whether it'syou changing your life and

(07:32):
losing weight and going to thegym and seeing your body
transform, or you're running thebusiness, like I am, and you
have tons of ups and downs, training people you know,
earning revenue, economiccircumstances and factors that
affect your business, likethere's a million things that go
into being an entrepreneur thatare going to test you and
stress you out.
Faith is the most importantthing to have in those times,

(07:55):
and I can't articulate to youhow many occurrences I've had
where I was facing massivechallenges in my life but I was
persistent with my actions, Ihad the vision, so I knew where
I was going and I just had faiththat if I kept showing up, if I
kept showing up, if I keptdoing the right thing, if I kept
working, the play that it wasgoing to work out in my favor.
It always fucking does, and alot of times it works out better

(08:16):
than expected, and the timesthat it doesn't, those are
learning lessons and you pivotand you keep moving forward
anyway.
Oftentimes God's plan is goingto be different than your plan
and what you think the outcomesneed to look like or what your
expectations are.
They're different.
Or the path that you get toyour goal.
Sometimes it's a little altered, it's not that direct route
that you expected it to be, butwhen you have faith, you know

(08:39):
what it does.
It enables you to show up forjust one more day, just one more
day, and sometimes that can bethe difference between you
quitting and giving up andthrowing in the towel or
figuring out how to overcomethat problem, find a solution
and moving forward.
And you know this.
This blueprint that I'm sharingwith you guys is what I've done
all the way from my time inprison, when I was in prison,
like I said, I got very clear onwho I wanted to be.

(09:00):
It was an image in my mind, itwas a feeling inside of me.
I just knew who I wanted to be.
Most of you know who you wantto be.
You have an idea, you have afeeling inside of you, just like
I did.
And so that's the first pieceis having that clarity.
The second piece, though, wherea lot of you fail to take action
or fall short, is to actuallymove towards that vision, to do
something about it.

(09:20):
Quit that job you hate, leavethat toxic relationship, throw
away all your alcohol, hire acoach to help you get fit.
Whatever it is, there's noaction, and you guys, the
action's probably going to besomething that scares you.
It's going to be something thatgets you out of your comfort
zone.
That's how you change.
If you want to change your life, you must change first, and
it's going to be uncomfortablebecause it's something new and

(09:41):
different.
You haven't done it before, sorecognize that, going into it,
and if it's not scaring you, ifit's not creating apprehension,
if it's not causing you to havebutterflies in your stomach,
it's because you're not actuallypushing yourself hard enough.
The change you're going afteris not big enough.
You're still settling, you'restill in your comfort zone,

(10:04):
right?
So in prison, every day, I'd getup and just do burpees, read
books and focus on personaldevelopment.
I would do anything andeverything I could in my
environment to change.
You know how much faith I hadto muster up on a day-to-day
basis to make sense of thoseactions.
Like can you imagine, knowingthat you have five years left,
what's the point of doingfreaking burpees today?
Like, what's the point ofreading this book, what's the
point of anything, when you gotfive years left, waking up in a
concrete box?
But I had vision and I waswilling to take action because I

(10:26):
wanted to get to that place inmy life.
And then I believed thatsomehow some way was going to
work out, as long as I keptdoing the right thing, that if I
put out the good energy, thepositive energy, the fight, the
drive, the desire that I hadinside of me into the universe,
into the world, it was going tobe reciprocated.
That's faith right there.
Faith is doing the right thingand taking massive action even
when there's no end in sight, even when there's no guarantee

(10:48):
of your success.
And I did it for so long and itworked.
And I got out of prison and Idid it again and it worked and I
started my business,unstoppable 365, and it's
working today.
And so this is the blueprintthat I can rinse and repeat over
and over and over.
Circumstances change, goalschange, but the fundamentals of
how to achieve those goals arevery much the same.

(11:11):
Have a vision and get as muchdetail around that vision so you
have clarity as possible.
What that's going to do isgoing to eliminate distractions
and it's going to give you afocal point to aim for each and
every day.
Number two take massive action.
Take more action than you'retaking right now.
You're capable of way more.
Okay, stop fucking around, stopwasting time.
Do an audit of how you'respending your time, use Google

(11:32):
Calendar, plan ahead, beaccountable and take massive
action.
Don't be scared to take risk, because risk takers pay off.
You might take a couple L'salong the way, but you're going
to get way further in life ifyou're willing to take
calculated risk than if you'reone of those scared
motherfuckers sitting on thesidelines.
And number three faith.
Faith in God's plan.
God's plan is bigger than yours.
Faith that if you put in thework, it's going to pay out

(11:53):
Faith that if you just keepmarching on this path and you
don't quit and give up, and youkeep showing up, somehow,
someway, it's all going to beokay and work out in your favor.
I'm telling you, guys, I'mliving proof that this works.
Apply it in your life, sharethis message with someone that
needs to hear it and let's gochange the world together.
