Welcome to day five of theRainbows and Cleanse journey

that I'm on.
So I actually feel fine andamazing.
It's so weird that I haven'teaten since Friday and today is
Wednesday.
The benefits of that is Ihaven't had to do cooking and
cleaning and organizing of foodand stuff and thinking about

what to eat, so that's been ahuge relief.
I have cooked for my partner,though my daughter.
This morning I woke up feelinga bit more heavy and harder to
move, so I didn't go for a walk.
However, I've been quiteproductive in my business and
doing lots of calls and stufffor people like I've been

working.
I've got a 30 minute time on mydesk, so I've been working in
30 minute blocks and thenallowing myself to have a break
in between, where I'll just goand have a lie down and listen
to a guided meditation, just toreally drop in and rest.
Today's very similar to yes,it's the same as yesterday so
(03:18):
taking the mix of tablets andthe sachet and drinking the
drink.
I didn't drink the drink untilabout 9am and I think that
contributed to why I was feelingso tired.
So what you actually do is put90 mils into a bottle of water
(03:40):
warm water so I've been puttingit in my drink bottle.
I'm hoping it doesn't tastelike it afterwards and you're
meant to sip that throughout theday, and so when I had that, it
just felt like everythingcalmed down, the hunger went and
I just felt more nourished andhad energy from it.
So that really helped me getthrough.

And I did chat to one of myclients and she just reminded me
that doing something like thisis preparing yourself for the
next stage, the next level ofwhat you're moving into.
So for me, it's really aboutjust letting go of the old
baggage and the old shit andbuild up inside of my body to

give me that clarity and thespace to invite in new energy in
the new chapter and it'sDecember, so the new year as
well.
So rather than doing thecleanse in 2025, in January,
when a lot of people usually do,I'm doing it before.
Then It'll be interesting if Ifeel like drinking alcohol or

what I feel like eating afterthis as well.
My friend mentioned it's reallyimportant to start eating
lightly and raw fruits andvegetables and then add in nuts
and seeds and then add in meat afew days later.
So so that's pretty much myupdate.
There's nothing huge to report.

I'm really amazed how good I'vebeen feeling and clear I feel,
lighter.
Actually, yesterday I didn'thave a purge or a release or
anything.
So I was like, okay, everythingmust be all clear and prepared
for the liver detox which istomorrow.
But then today there wasdefinitely movement and I was

like, whoa, where did that comefrom?
It was probably about 60centimetres.
You'll have to look at thephotos on the Zen Cleanse
website so you can see what Imean by these lengths, because
it comes together, all stuck,and it's what's been in your
intestines, building up andsoftening the mucoid plaque, and

then it all comes out with it.
So I'm pretty sure there shouldbe absolutely nothing left
inside of me now and that makesspace for, with the liver
cleanse, to purge out all.
Apparently quite a thick sludgecomes out from your liver along
with gallstones, so thereshould be space and all clear,
