After experiencing my own personal “train wreck,” I became desperate for healing, hope, and the chance to truly live out my destiny. I made a promise to God: if He would show me the steps to become free from the pain of my situation, I would, in turn, show others the way.
This book includes those very steps, along with a reflective journal and coaching questions designed to deepen your healing journey

Somewhere along the line, I learned not to cry. Even when faced with death, I don’t cry. Yet, I tear up at animal rescue videos or sentimental commercials. It’s as if the real sorrow—the deep pain—never finds a way out.https://selfdiscoverywisdom.com/?p=130979

Why I Do What I Do

I help people find their way by helping them discover who they really are and the life that actually calls to them.

Not the life they were taught to want. Not the identity they cobbled together to survive. But the one that fits like truth in the bones.

My “why” is the “why.” All of the stories I tell get to the “why.” My first book is even titled, “Five Reasons Why Bad Things Happen.” I truly believe that getting to the “why” of any issue, whether it’s in real life or storytelling, is the path to healing and personal growth. Therefore, all my books, stories, and screenplays are about getting to the “why.”https://selfdiscoverywisdom.com/?p=130884

Give it a break. I've been scrolling through social media, and it's everywhere—someone has a moment of celebration, and right beside it is someone tearing them down. It’s just getting ridiculous. Whether you agree or not, why do we feel the need to bring someone else down just to make a point?https://selfdiscoverywisdom.com/?p=130760

Are you feeling the call? We all have opportunities for purpose and impact that are just waiting inside of us in the forms of our hopes, dreams, and talents, just waiting to be used to their fullest. My “why” comes from nearly 20 years of deep learning, personal growth, and navigating the highs and lows of both life and business. I now feel ready—and called—to share parts of my story. What I offer is my awareness, my inner compass guiding me to the next best choice, and the wisdom that comes only through lived experience. I believe in the power of sharing, not as answers, but as reminders—that in our own lives, the journey neve...
