And fear as a motivator is almost always for something that I didn’t want to do in the first place or isn’t satisfying.
Then why do I use it?
Because other people used it on me to motivate me to do what they wanted me to do. So, I witnessed from those experiences that it was a powerful motivator...

The overwhelm, the too much and not enough time feeling, not seeing anything joyful on the horizon...

Are you allowing good into your life? It happens moment by moment.
How to make small shifts to experience RELIEF and how that adds up to a good life, a great life!
Allowing things to be good and letting good into your life, bc we are so well trained to look for and expect things might good poorly.
Instead we can focus on piling appreciation upon appreciation.
Speaking to another who is in a challenging space w/o addin...
Allowing the feeling of relief, enjoyment and grounding as a result of self kindness right in this moment, is something you can do intentionally.
By putting attention on any emotion you help to create space and dissipate the intensity.
What if you lived the belief that, "All of me makes sense!"
This is the difference between indifference VS independent, being intentional with experiencing inner self kindness
