Who is Mick Todd:
Mick Todd is the Founder and Chairman of 2b Limitless, a global coaching and leadership development firm he launched in 2003. Today, the organization operates across more than 35 countries and was recently named the Professional Services Coaching and Training Organisation of the Year, 2025. With over 25,000 hours of coaching experience in more than 30 countries, Mick was also honoured as Professional Services and Executive Coach of the Year, 2025.
Mick’s journey began in Australia, where his background in education and aspirations as a professional rugby coach laid the groundwork for his future in leadership development. While pursuing studies in psychology and organizational behaviour at CQUniversity, Mick was deeply influenced by the strengths-based philosophy of Donald O. Clifton, creator of the Gallup StrengthsFinder. The question “What will happen when we focus on what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?” became a core belief that would shape his entire coaching approach.
After relocating to Dubai, Mick built 2b Limitless from the ground up, navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship and cross-cultural leadership. His vision was clear: to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential through a strengths-driven methodology. Over the years, his coaching expanded from individual leaders and teams to global enterprises and senior executives.
Mick holds academic qualifications in education, psychology, and organizational behaviour, and is a certified coach with credentials from the NLP MindBridge Institute in North Carolina. He has also collaborated with Dr. Bill Joiner of MIT on Leadership Agility and is certified in several psychometric and strengths-based tools. Mick’s coaching is anchored in cultivating “rituals of great leadership” and inspiring meaningful, strengths-based change.
