This time of year tends to be a favorite for a lot of people (myself included) as we start transitioning into the spooky and holiday season. But there’s something else that also tends to make an appearance this time of year that isn’t as fun and that is the feeling of being burned out.

Whether you’re someone who is working a full-time job, going back to school, diving deep into a passion project or holding down the fort at home, burnout is a very common experience in our fast-paced world. So many of us have dealt with it at some point in our lives, I myself have been battling with it recently and if you’ve ever experienced it you know that those seasons can start to feel pretty discouraging. But what if I told you that burnout can actually be a blessing in disguise? In today's episode, we're going to explore how burnout, although challenging, can serve as a powerful catalyst for bringing about personal growth and how to use it to our advantage.
